• Aleksa (1/5): - The garden is nice, the block is very pleasant. There is NO free parking. We drove for one hour around the block looking for the parking, after a long day of travel. When we asked the staff on the phone, where to park, we got a simple answer 'Anywhere on the street', although it was already full. It is not very clean, the bathroom is too small and you are not supposed to throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Also we were told to switch on the boiler for hot water and then we had to wait for half an hour to be able to shower (after a full day of driving). For this price it is better to stay in a hotel.

• Arkadiusz (7/5): - Check-in jest źle zorganizowany. Gospodarz miał być na miejscu, aby przekazać klucze. Przyjechaliśmy na miejsce w wyznaczonym czasie. Nikogo nie było. Zadzwoniliśmy do gospodarza. Kazał nam czekać. Staliśmy pod drzwiami ponad pół godziny. Zadzwoniliśmy ponowni i powiedziano nam, że klucz jest w skrzynce na listy i możemy sami go wyjąć. Taka informacja powinna być wysłana z wyprzedzeniem. Niepotrzebnie traciliśmy czas. W obiekcie miały być 3 trzy. Z wyprzedzeniem przed przyjazdem prosiłem o przygotowanie trzech łóżek. Otrzymałem potwierdzenie, że tak będzie zrobione a przygotowano jedno łóżko pojedyncze i jedno podwójne. W łazience brakuje wieszaków na ręczniki. Taras jest miłym dodatkiem, ale krzesła są w złym stanie. Stół i krzesła były pokryte grupą warstwą pyłu.

• ΕΙΡΗΝΗ (9/5): Με θέα το πράσινο... - Πολύ ωραίο, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Έχει κοντά πολλά καταστήματα τροφίμων και είναι δέκα λεπτά περπάτημα από το Ιατρικό Ψυχικού πολύ ήθελα εγώ.

• Michał (5/5): If not for the very bad smell and lack of cleanliness I would recommend it far more. - The windows view with the plants was amazing. The location is pretty close to the metro. The dishes were dirty and sticky, there was dust on most of the stuff, and the smell from the shower drainage was horrendous, it smelled like a public toilet in the entire house and we couldn't get rid of it. There were parts of the celling that looked like the apartment was still under renovation. The view with the plants was amazing but when we wanted to eat outside amidst those plants we had to run back inside very fast because it was swarming with mosquitoes.

• Matthaios (9/5): Καλή τοποθεσία με κάποιες βελτιώσεις θα ήταν ιδανικό. - Άνετοι χώροι σε υπνοδωμάτιο και σαλονάκι. Ωραία τοποθεσία. Πολύ μικρό μπάνιο (άβολο για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά). Όχι πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο (πολύ σκόνη σε καλοριφέρ μπάνιου, στόρια, ράφια κλπ). Όχι καλός εξαερισμός.

• Fernández Martínez (9/5): - The AC didn't work at all ... So it was hot , we use the fans but still it was hot. If the parking is out in the street and is not a spot that belongs to the apartment then is better to not put it in the accommodation. It was hard for me to find parking near the place . Rest was all ok but not great .

• Emmanouil (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great and very easy to reach just 1km from the main Avenue and very close to Metro line 3. The internal garden was beautiful and the bed really comfortable. Nice TV The shower is not ideal for larger people
• Amanda (1/5): Highly misleading description of property - The beds were comfy. The rooms were large. Distance to metro was reasonable. The description of the property is woefully inaccurate. Our main criteria when searching for a place to stay was two bedrooms, 2 beds and air con. The property is made up of one reception room which the front door opens into, 1 bedroom, a very small bathroom and a very small kitchen. There are no other rooms or spaces. There is only 1 bed and a sofa bed. However the listing clearly states the property has 2 bedrooms, 2 beds and a sofa bed and a dinning area in the entrance hall. This suggests a minimum of 3 separate rooms in addition to the kitchen and bathroom. The whole place was grubby, the kitchen was very poorly equipped, the blinds are all broken, the air con did not work in either room, the shower is so small you have to bend at the knee to pick up your soap (and I'm a slim woman), and there is most definitely not a tennis court. The patio is beautiful although overgrown but there is only a patio not a garden as well as stated in the details and shown in the photos. Our trip was ruined by exhaustion due to an inability to sleep due to lack of air con and a proper second bed.

There is also a beautiful garden—even though I didn’t use it, the view of the greenery from the large window was truly relaxing. Vasil is very helpful and always available, responding immediately to any request.

The lack of safety to the back of the property, open to the street without any protection. Not really a two bedrooms, a bed and a sofa. Noisy building. No breakfast. No coffee. Some left overs from previous stays.

Lovely neighborhood, great restaurants in the area, supermarket just round the corner, easy access to metro station just 10 minutes walk. Bathroom/shower really too small for a tall guy like me.

I would never havd booked here had Iv of known this .

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - My family and I had such a comfortable stay at the accommodation. The location is excellent in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The metro station is approx. 15 min away by foot and there is a Lidl store nearby, also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The owner is a super host - very helpful, kind and gave directions and answers to all our questions.

Bathroom is small, fortunately we are small people,but for someone with 90kg it will be struggling to take a shower

Loved the enterior, very stylish and modern. Super location in a great neighborhood, jist a few metro stations to the center and with an easy entrance from the highway, if you travel by a car.

• Alexandra (8/5): The location is very good, close to the Metro and cozy! - The garden is what made us choose this apartament. It is very apacigua and the bed is really confortable. It is visible that the host took a lot of time in decorating it. We really enjoyed the products that were available, from shaving cream to different shampoo for men and women. The bathroom is indeed very small. It would have been really nice if we had some slippers available, as we would have to go in the garden with our own shoes and then walk in the apartament with them.

Toilet flush cap was missing, The owner suggested that I continue to press on the underlying pin as if I am the cousin 2. No toiletries, owner claimed they were there. 3. Kitchen was missing a number if essentials including the spatula 4. Mosquitoes were the bonus I spent an hour in the dump, booked a hotel and slept off the frustration. No more apartment renting, only hotels with known brands.

Nearby from a metro station to the city center and airport. Also nearby from restaurants. It says included breakfast but for the adults there is really only butter, jam, milk and juice. But a nice touch from the owner was chocolate corn flakes for the kids!

There was a microwave and a small stove to adapt for our needs every morning. Coffee was available on in the cupboard. nothing
