• maeva (5/5): Appartement défraîchi dans lequel on n'a pas envie de rester se reposer très longtemps. Quel gâchis! - J'ai apprécié la réactivité de Marios, qui n'a pas hésité, à ma demande, à se déplacer depuis l'autre bout d'Athènes, pour m'apporter des accessoires manquants comme le minimum pour préparer le petit déjeuner ( thé, huile, sel), à m'expliquer comment ouvrir la fenêtre avec une poignée cassée. Merci pour cette attention et pour l'aide à descendre ma grosse valise dans des escaliers casse-cou et sans rampe... La vétusté de l'appartement qui mériterai un bon rafraichissement des murs et le manque d'équipement dans la cuisine. Quel dommage qu'un lieu aussi bien placé dans Athènes ne soit pas plus soigné pour le confort et l'accueil des voyageurs. La vue sur des murs aveugles et un terrain vague ou des bareaux à l'une des fenêtres. La poignée d'une fenêtre est cassée et pour l'ouvrir, il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs reprises pour attraper le bon tour de main du premier coup. Le rideau de douche trop court qui inonde toute la salle de bain. De plus, l'immense balcon au gazon synthétique poussiéreux avec des plantes en pots ou jardinières, quasiment mortes assoiffées n'invite pas à s'y attarder.

• Ignacio (8/5): A comfortable, clean stay in an excellent location with great communication from the host. - The property met my expectations. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was clean and tidy. The sofa bed was very comfortable, I fell asleep instantly, and the main bed was also very good. The location was excellent, just a few steps from Monastiraki, with a great atmosphere in the area. Access was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The only minor issue was that the shutter/blind did not go all the way down. However, this was not a significant problem and did not affect the stay because there were good curtains.

• ane (3/5): Buena ubicación pero apartamento muy deficiente - La ubicación La persiana de la habitación estaba rota y estaba bajada completamente. Las cortinas de la sala también estaban rotas. Una lampara de la habitación también. El baño olía bastante mal y cada vez que se utilizaba hacia salía un pitido horrible que duraba unos minutos. Nos tuvimos que duchar algunas veces con agua fría.

Hand held shower handle had to be hold while showering. Second floor without lift. One electric cook top had to be moved nearer to sink for power point. No microwave. Older bed without support.

• Morgane (1/5): Mais Pourquoi vous torturer? C'EST NON. - Seul la localisation de l'hôtel et la chose qui veut sont prix. L'hôtel entièrement dans son entièreté. Pour commencer si vous tombez sur l'appartement P2, annuler instantanément et n'y allez pas c'est un cauchemar. Il est situé au premier étage et si vous avez des problèmes de genoux tenez-vous bien car c'est un premier étage avec un million de marches... merci de préciser quand on vient de se faire opérer 🫠.... Quand on rentre un tout petit couloir pas du tout nettoyé avec de la poussière et de la crasse dans chacun des angles vous accueillera. Certes il y a une armoire murale qui nous a bien servi je ne peux pas le cacher mais qui sent clairement le renfermé moisi. Pour ce qui est de la salle de bain laissez-moi rire. Comment est-ce possible de un: de ne pas avoir 2 porte à une douche, de deux: d'être autant dégueulasse, de trois: que tout simplement tout le monde peut nous voir, de quatre: une pomme de douche qui fuit plus que dans un navire coulé, de 5: comment peut-on avoir une petite étagère au-dessus du lavabo qui ne peux rien tenir car elle est penchée? Pour ce qui est de la chambre je suis habituée que mes séjours à Athènes ait une vue sur rien ce n'est pas un secret pour les hôtels low cost qu'il n'ai pas vraiment de vue à Athenes, le lit est confortable mais toujours un problème de propreté... Sympa aussi les cales DIY en carton sous le lit... Sans compter que si vous vous approchez trop côté fenêtre vous aurez le pied coller contre le lit car oui il y a de la colle par terre qui vous clouera au sol !!!!! Même armoire que dans l'entrée pue le moisi et qui n'est pas droite en plus de ça.. La cuisine/ salon je n'en parle même pas, j'ai à peine mis les pieds, les pieds qui collent d'ailleurs.... Si vous voulez vivre au pays des Minimoys où vous sentir comme un petit nain allez-y la hotte est à hauteur du visage et je fais 1m60.... D'ailleurs fameuse hotte qui ne mène nulle part elle est là pour décorer🤣.

• Vicky (8/5): Buena experiencia a nivel precio calidad, priorizando ubicacion para una estadía corta en Athens - La ubicación es perfecta, a pocas cuadras de una de las estaciones principales de medios de transporte públicos, caminando a la acrópolis y principales puntos turísticos, cercano a muchos restaurantes y de plaka El baño se mojaba al usar la ducha y no había elementos dentro del departamento para secar, pero el host ofreció que limpiaran o nos dio acceso a una mopa. El colchón de un lado no es tan bueno.

• Anne-Catherine (4/5): Correct sans plus, nous n'y retournerions pas. - Appartement sécuritaire (il faut passer trois portes avec codes pour se rendre à la chambre). Hôte répond rapidement aux messages via booking ou what's app. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans la chambre avant l'heure prévue. Bien situé. La chambre que nous avons eu ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos du site web.

We had to pay a further £600 to go to a decent apartment. There’s no way we could have stayed there. We expect you to fully refund the costs. That is the least you can do As above. It was atrocious.

The instructions sent by the host were very clear. The apartment is very basic but is good if you're not planning to stay inside all day Hand held shower and it can get a little noisy on Friday and Saturday night as it is close to the bars and restaurants

• Kurt (9/5): Central and clean flat - Location was great right in the heart of Psirri, the flat is basic, but this you know when you book, but it has everything for you to have a good stay for a couple of days, and i was out most of the time anyway, bed is big and comfortable. There are some small things to improve, but as i said, its an economic appartment, so it was really fine for me.

• Lina (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, a lot of restaurants around the place. The check-out was too early, and we didn't have enough time to organize our things. It's not easy to adjust the shower to take a bath.
• Avital (5/5): Not exactly what we hoped for but overall it was ok. - The location is perfect, the property is quite spacious, nice small balcony, safe and private, very good instructions for getting in, nice and attentive owner. There are some improvements need to be done for the property to be more comfortable, like door hangers for towels in the bathroom, the toilet makes an annoying noise after flashing. To get to apartments on the first floor you need to go up the stairs with no rail to hold on as you go. For my 72 year old mother it was very hard. The apartment is not suitable for people over 60.

• Attila (7/5): Apartement OK for a 4 person family, but scary neighborhood. - Host is fair, answered alls Questions. Inside of the property is well-equipped, OK for a 4 person family. Gate and door funct with code-lock, you get the code from the host. Pedestrian street, shopping area, supermaeket, restaurants, pharmacy, Acropolis is nearby (some minutes walk) The shower curtain is not suitable, therefore the floor of the bathroom is wet, a mop (and a new shower rose) would definitely be necessary. Free parking almost impossible, 1 night costs 20 € in as nearby parking place / parking yard. If you are used to the safety of big European cities, then this neighborhood (like 80% of Athens) will not be very safe, but scary for you. If this doesn't bother you, than this apartement is a good choice.

The location is great ,only 2 minutes to Monastiraki Square.You can easily walk to all attractions. There are nice cafes,bars and restaurants only 30 seconds away. The flat was clean and has everything you may need for a short stay. We totally love it 💙
