• River Ong (6/5): - I like the air conditioning in the living room — it saved us from the heat. The sofa is very comfortable for taking a nap. Everything is very clean and tidy, except for the bathroom. The shower drain isn't working properly because it's clogged with hair from previous customers. Also, the bedroom isn't cool enough; it was very warm. Most of us had to move to the living room to sleep since there's air conditioning there.

• Alexandra (10/5): I enjoyed my stay 10 out of 10. - A very clean apartment, fully equipped with all the amenities, the Host is A good landlord will support you during ur stay,if u need something, very close to city centre town,close shops, restaurants, pubs everything was handy to me. I loved my stay definitely I will come back. No dislikes. I liked everything.
• Amy (1/5): Liars and Thieves- Don't stay here - The location was excellent. Lots of cool bars and restaurants and walking distance to all the main attractions. This apartment advertised that it had 3 queen beds plus a sofa bed. As I could not see the 3rd queen bed in the photos I messaged the property directly before our stay to confirm it did indeed have 4 beds in total and I got a reply message confirming yes. I also messaged to ensure that the sofa bed would be made up with linen and also got a reply message ensuring it would. When we arrived there was only 2 bedrooms- 1 with a double bed and one with a queen bed, and there was no linen on the sofa bed. I tried calling the property and spoke to a receptionist 3 times who told me the manager would call me back, which they never did. When I asked the receptionist about the reply messages I had received she told me that AI had replied. I had to keep calling and eventually after an hour the receptionist gave me the 'managers' phone number and I had to call him directly myself. He was absolutely no help. He eventually offered via text to move properties- over a half an hour walk away and it was now 8pm at night. We decided to stay where we were as it was late and we didn't want the hassle of moving our things. When I asked about linen for the sofa bed the so called manager wanted to know what time we would be back (we went out for dinner) as he would be sending the linen in an uber and we had to be home to meet the uber and make the bed ourselves. We were forced to share beds. The manger told me we would get a partial refund and then when I tried texting the next day to follow up I got no reply and weeks later I am still chasing and still no reply. Don't stay here. The property managers and liars and thieves. At least they have updated the property description now but it's still wrong as it says a queen bed in both rooms but one room definitely has a small double bed.
• Dafni (10/5): Exceptional - Location, cleanliness, and everything provided was more than excellent! The front door to the entrance of the building was getting stuck and it was difficult to open. Other than that everything was perfect. I know that this is a building problem and not the owners.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - clean and very comfortable apartment. The apartment is very well equipped. I hadn't received the instructions of the house so I called the property to get the guidelines.Thus the property owner didn't provide it verbally and directed to my email. I had run out of battery though. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. Bad lighting in the bathroom and no lighting in one of the bedrooms. Today I received a message from the property owner saying to throw the garbage out of the apartment. This is an unjustifiable request for the rate of the apartment.
