• Sinan (6/5): Location is very good but other conditions %40 - Location of apartment is the most valuable thing.The location is very close to akrapolis and plaka.Also monastraki and shopping ave u can walk by foot. I recommend this place who is going to use the room only for sleeping and wants a close location to acrapolis. The apartment is not too clean.And the bed is not comfortable,which is designed like collapsible.I changed the place of bed for better sleep and create enough space in room.Also apartment needs a air ventilation machine not a/c.Because if u close the Windows(which u must to close for avoid high street noise) it is hard to breath in the room.Also apartment is little bit noisy.Middle of the night or very early in the morning (6a.m) some body openes door and make enough noise to wake you up.Apartment is located -1th floor,it means that u dont have any wiev from Window.

• Rafail (9/5): Excellent location, clean apartment, value for money. - Location was perfect, near the metro station in a lively area, with a good night life. The photos and description are accurate. The host is friendly and helpful. Nothing, it was as expected.
• Marta (10/5): Posizione eccellente per un soggiorno ad Atene - Posizione top, direi che sicuramente il punto forte. Comodissima per girare a piedi la città ma anche a 2 minuti di cammino dalla metro. Lo staff molto disponibile, gentilissimo. La sistemazione è semplice, la pulizia ottima. Il bagno funzionale. Un'ottima soluzione per un soggiorno ad Atene.
• Maciej (6/5): - Lokalizacja Mieszkanie znajduje się w suterynie, co nie jest niestety podane w ogłoszeniu. Generalnie czysto, ale prawdopodobnie ze względu na lokalizację w piwnicy i dużą wilgotność tu i uwdzie ślady pleśni i specyficzny zapach w pomieszczeniu. Łazienka niski standard. Generalnie ok, żeby się przespać, ale szału nie ma.

• Edyta (9/5): Serdecznie polecam to miejsce ze względu na udogodnienia i lokalizację. - Lokalizacja, bardzo cicha uliczka , jednocześnie bardzo blisko metra oraz Akropolu. Bardzo blisko do miejsc odbioru na różne wycieczki obok Łuku Hadriana. Lodówka, pralka i kuchenka mikrofalowa bardzo ułatwiły pobyt. Bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy. Gospodarz zawsze odpisywał na nasze wiadomości i bardzo pomógł w dojeździe z lotniska.
• Beata (8/5): - Lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo dobra. Blisko do metra, sklepu czy zabytków. Okolica spokojna, cicha. Byliśmy w apartamencie po 22:00 i nie było problemu z zameldowaniem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, szybko odpowiadał na nasze pytania. Dodatkowo w apartamencie wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy na krótki pobyt - kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona, pralka , suszarka do bielizny. Słabe światło dzienne - apartament znajduje się na poziomie -1.
• Ajit (6/5): - The apartment was really nice and it is located in center of Athens. Facility inside apartment was nice and we enjoyed staying. To me the bed was not so comfortable. One very important point, the apartment is in the basement and it did not find this information during booking. Bed is not so comfortable. I think the mattress need to be replaced.

Walking distance to the Acropolis and many museums, restaurants and shopping areas. Yana (the host) was excellent. Friendly and answered emails quickly. I would stay here again and recommend.

Celui-ci est très conciliant. Ilm'a permis de laisser mon bagage jusqu'à une heure avant l'arrivée du locataire suivant. Merci pour cette gentillesse.
• joaoialima (1/5): Horrível. A pior de toda a minha história no Booking. - Nada. Nosso voo era de madrugada. Por isso paguei uma diária a mais para poder entrar no apartamento às 4AM. Chegamos extremamente cansados. A descrição do apartamento no Booking dizia "Toda a unidade situada no piso térreo" e tivemos um pouco de dificuldade de encontrá-lo pois na realidade se localizava num subsolo e não no térreo. O corredor desse subsolo já era bastante sujo. Ao entrarmos no apartamento a primeira coisa que chamou a atenção da minha esposa foi o cheiro forte de veneno de insetos. No começo pensei ser de mofo, pois o apartamento fica num subsolo, mas realmente parecia mais de veneno. Para tentar melhorar o cheiro, fui abrir a única janela mas ela dava para um poço de ar também bastante sujo e se via algo da rua apenas olhando pra cima. Resolvi fechar e ligar o ar-condicionado. Ele ligou, ajustei a temperatura para 18º, mas ficou muito fraco. Mal se sentia o ar sair. E o controle apagou totalmente. Era desses modelos genéricos que se compra quando se perde o original e simplesmente deixou de funcionar. Minha esposa resolveu tomar banho e a água só saia fria. Mas com o cansaço tomou assim mesmo. Eu tentei tomar e tive o mesmo problema. Enviei mensagens para o proprietário mas sem muita esperança de resposta tendo em vista o horário. Fomos deitar e descobrimos que o colchão mais parecia um colchão de acampamento, bem fino sobre uma cama de cimento. E o ar não funcionou e não esfriou nada. Estamos extremamente desconfortáveis e com muito calor, pois do lado de fora fazia 31º à noite e dentro do apartamento não fazia menos de 28º. Tendo certeza que não iria ficar nesse lugar horroroso, optei por já reservar as duas próximas noites em outro lugar. Pela manhã recebi uma mensagem do proprietário dizendo que havia um aviso na porta do quadro elétrico informando que para ligar a água quente eu deveria ligar uma chave... dentro do quadro de eletricidade (!). E que o ar condicionado estava funcionando. Realmente, funcionava mas não esfriava. Em agosto.
• Miriam (7/5): - La location è abbastanza centrale, a due minuti a piedi dalla metro e in 10 min a piedi si arriva anche in piazza Syntagma, quindi comodissima. Appartamento ben attrezzato anche per cucinare qualcosa ma la pulizia era scarsa. Consiglio quantomeno di pulire anche i condizionatori e i termosifoni di tanto in tanto. Tutto perfetto se non per l’igiene che scarseggia. Posizione

• Patricia (8/5): Stay here if you want a great location and save your dollars for other travel treats. - This was exceptionally good value for the cost: location was great for me. I could walk to Acropolis and Acropolis Museum (which you shouldn't miss) and less than 5 mins to Sygrou-Fix metro station.Hosts and their delegates were helpful and courteous. All the things you need for a longer stay are provided. Washing machine and clothes airing rack a big bonus. If you're there on a Friday, check out the local fresh produce street market. If you can't live without natural light, this apartment is basement level and so you always need to have lights switched on. Bonus is that it stays cool! If you are travelling solo, the bed configuration is not so useful - though easy to adapt.

Apartment was on lowest floor, felt like the basement. Only window was below street level. Great place for younger guests. As seniors with asthma and mobility issues the dampness and pullout bed caused issues for us.
