• Sofija (9/5): A wonderful, spacious apartment - Spacious, large apartment with a stunning sea view. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop nearby. Getting to the city center or Vouliagmeni can be a bit tricky by bus, so I’d recommend taking a taxi instead. It’s faster and more comfortable.

• Colin (8/5): Pleasant stay with good beaches nearby or a short hop on the on-your-doorstep public transport - Decent beach directly opposite the apartment, and for any further afield visits, the bus and tram stops are right on your door step (bus), or a 1min walk (tram). Thankfully the aircon was amazing. 38°C is too hot for me! The balcony is lovely to sit and have breakfast, but any time after that in the summer it's just too hot (for us at least) 2 sets of keys to the apartment would have been lovely, it's a bit complicated organising when people want to come and go separately. Oddly for an apartment that sleeps 6 we had only 3 forks for our group of 5 - not a big deal, we bought some more.
• Spiros (6/5): The size of the apartment and view from bakcony were great but it needs a bit of work. If you don’t have a car you will - The apartment was very specious with a very large balcony overlooking the not so amazing to swim beach. Air conditioners worked very well The floor looks dirty and unfinished (renovations were obviously done but floor not redone so marks in the floor from previous walls, kitchen was very old and inside the cupboards smelled. It was advertised as having a sofa bed but it was just a couch you put sheets on, not a bed that folds out like a typical sofa bed. The cleaner was very rude. We got there at 2:15pm even though I told the host we would be there at 2. The cleaner was still in there and snapped at us so rudely. Bathroom was renovated but bed linen very dated. Wasn’t the cleanest feeling place we stayed in. Also, the area is very limited with supermarkets, taverns, only a couple of beach clubs across the road and no shortage of furniture stores.

• Michal (8/5): Big apartment with beatiful sea view - Beautiful view towards the sea! Big apartment with large living room, balcony and Smart-TV where you can enjoy your favorite streaming providers. Shower in bath room not working properly. Floor squeaks a lot when walking around.

Balcony overlooking the beach and sunset, where you can chill with a drink after a day long running around Athens and the Islands. Apartment is big, with a wide open space comprising the living, kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms & Bathrooms are also big and comfortable. Bus stop is underneath it, Tram stop is a few meters up the main road. Served by Uber and Wolt for those days where you would want to take it easier. Highly recommended. Nothing
• Steven (10/5): Relaxing with great ambience - favourite place I stayed at. - The place had a great vibe. It felt comfortable and relaxing. I stayed at about 20 accommodation places in Europe and although it wasn't the newest, this was definitely my favourite. Good view of the sea with a large front balcony. (few other balconies too). Facilities: All facilities you would want (elevator, washing machine, fridge, plates etc) - and generous consumables (had wash, shower gel, with a whole basket of toilet paper - no worries about running out like other places). Transport: The X96 Bus from the Airport stop right next door (40 m away) - Bus stop 5th KALAMAKIU (5η ΚΑΛΑΜΑΚΙΟΥ) - (X96 goes to Pireaus Port) Then there a many busses from this bus stop - A1, A2, B1, 140 etc. and also a tram across the road. Note: You can cross the road to the beach or tram stop at Leof Alimou at the traffic lights/pedestrian crossing (1 min walk) or use the pedestrian underpass here. - (As Google maps incorrectly shows you have to walk around a huge distance which is not true). Instructions sent for the property were very clear and easy. The huge tub could have had a shower holder, as I am more used to having showers.
