• Konstantina (1/5): - Η τοποθεσία βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά στο μετρό, σε κεντρικό δρόμο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ταράτσα. Φτάσαμε με το ασανσέρ στον όροφο και όταν ανεβήκαμε τις σκάλες, μας περίμενε ο ιδιοκτήτης μέσα στο διαμέρισμα, αν και νομιζαμε οτι ηταν ανωνυμο το τσεκ-ιν. Ωστοσο, ηταν ευγενεστατος, μας έκανε κάποιες ερωτήσεις και έφυγε. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ βρώμικο. Φαινόταν ότι είχε καιρό να μπει σκούπα και επίσης, στο μπανιο μύριζε η αποχέτευση. Υπήρχαν κάποιες παντόφλες αλλά εκτός συσκευασίας, σκονισμένες και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιηθούν. Επίσης, λεκάνη ντουζιέρας δεν υπήρχε. Αν ήθελες να κάνεις μπάνιο θα πατούσες στο πάτωμα, και η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε. Τα σεντόνια ήταν καθαρά ωστόσο, εξαιτίας της γενικής κατάστασης δεν ένιωθες άνετα γενικά να ακουμπήσεις το οτιδήποτε. Πορτα ασφαλείας δεν υπήρχε. Υπήρχε μια παλιά που δεν σε έκανε να νιώθεις ασφάλεια. Το καλό είναι ότι είχε 4 τοίχους. Γενικά, θεωρώ ότι η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής δεν ήταν καθόλου καλή. Με μικρότερη χρέωση τη βραδιά ή βελτίωση του διαμερίσματος θα ήταν αξιοπρεπεστατο για τα χρήματα του.

• Ntea SKOURTI (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Δίπλα σε μετρό, καφετέριες, εστιατόρια, φούρνους κτλ. Σχετικά ήσυχα αν και είσαι στην καρδιά του κέντρου. Αν εξαιρέσεις τα καθαρά σεντόνια και τις πετσέτες. Τα πάτωμα δεν ήταν καθαρό, χρειάσθηκε να σκουπίσουμε. Τις πρωινές ώρες έκαναν επίσκεψη μυρμήγκια σε μπάνιο και νεροχύτη κουζίνας. Στην ντουζιέρα υπήρχαν θέματα με το τηλέφωνο, έτρεχε το μισό νερό στο καλώδιο του τηλεφώνου. Επιπλέον το ψυγείο εξωτερικά έβγαζε ζεστό αέρα, παραδόξως δούλευε. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά, με μια μικρή επιδιόρθωση στα βασικά το στούντιο θα είναι φοβερό.
• Emilia (5/5): - the location was great and close to the metro, also nice to have a balcony there were ANTS in the apartment. we informed the owner when we saw them, he promised to keep us updated and never did - thank god it was our last night there. also, it was not really clean, the furniture was dusty, the kitchen was dirty and to me it honestly looked like they only changed the bed linen before our arrival.

• Edyta (7/5): The apartment is cozy and full of charm - We stayed at The Rooftop Studio in Athens for three nights and overall had a good experience. The apartment is cozy and full of charm. One of its biggest advantages is the location — very close to the metro and within walking distance of many main attractions. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering a great view. In the evening, it’s the perfect spot to relax with a drink and take in the atmosphere of the city. That said, the bathroom could use a bit of renovation, and unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell inside. Another issue is the door lock — it’s very tricky to open. If you don’t know the exact technique, it can be frustrating, so we would strongly recommend replacing it. Overall, it’s a nice little place for a short stay — we’d say perfect for 3 to 4 nights max. That said, the bathroom could use a bit of renovation, and unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell inside. Another issue is the door lock — it’s very tricky to open. If you don’t know the exact technique, it can be frustrating, so we would strongly recommend replacing it.

• Áron (9/5): Feel like a local, but comfortably. - The pictures made it look smaller, but the studio is quite enough for 5 nights. Perfect location, amazing view. We could make breakfast in the kitchen but I don't think it's possible to have a decent meal. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants, kiosks, bakerys and shops nearby. We got complementary coffee (capsules) and other amenities. Haven't even met the host, everything was great. Ants appear very easily, but the cute ones, and you can easily scare them away.

Bathroom is very small and difficult to use, you can't control water dispersion so it goes everywhere including on the toilet. If you are not capable of walking up five flights of stairs then this isn't for you as elevator isn't operating. Room was a bit dirty with the floors needing a good clean

So the overall stay enjoyable and I'd very much recommend :D Some items in the flat are working by the 'word of honour' ;)

• Patriciabt (9/5): I had a great time, I would go back - The rooftop apartment was very convienient for me attending an event at Megaron. A gem terrace with an amazing view on the Lycabettus hill. Nice little apartment for 1 person or a couple (queen bed) at a good value for this price, my ratings are based on price/value ratio. Soap, shampoo, coffee capsules, towels were provided as well as everything mentioned on booking's listing under equipment. The wifi was working reliably, The keys were easy to find in the box and lift to 5th floor, 1 floor below the apartment (If you have mobility difficulties, now that there are stairways at the entrance of the building and from 5th to 6th floor to reach the apartment). The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly (we didn't meet, friendly on messenging). Nearby are a grocery, a kiosk, the Megaro Moussikis metro station, bakeries, coffee shops and parks.
• Bob (9/5): A pleasant studio close to everything - This apartment is well located, about 300 metres from the Metro station and close to some nice eateries. It is quite spacious and the bed is very comfortable, although a bit awkward being on the floor. The shower is efficient and the sitting-out area is great. We found the 3-day tourist transport card to be an excellent option at 10 Euros per ticket. The cooking facilities are not really up to standard and the outside chairs are falling apart. Otherwise, this is a great option.

• Zach (9/5): Decent apartment for an unbeatable price - The Roof Top Studio is a very economic and well-located flat. It's perfect for short visits as it is well connected to the airport by the metro. While the apartment is not new, it is well maintained and clean. The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but for one person to stay a couple of days it's not a problem.
