• Sophia (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr modern. Das Zimmer ist abgewendet von Straße, nördlich ausgerichtet, wodurch man den Straßenlärm gar nicht hörte. Check-In lief reibungslos über Schlüsselbox und wurde von Simone ausführlich und mithilfe von Fotos angeleitet. Simone ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist tatsächlich recht gut. Mit Koffer ist man von der Metro zu Fuß in 20min da. Es gibt einige gute Essgelegenheiten in der Nähe (zum Beispiel das Valitsa in 3min). Es gibt gleich einen Park in der Nähe. Wenn man den durchquert, ist man auch nach insgesamt 20min auf der Akropolis. Die Nachbarin hat einen gesprächigen Hund. Da kann Simone wirklich nichts dafür. Das war in unserer ersten Nacht nur schwierig zur Ruhe zu kommen, weil der Hund 4h lang bis 23 Uhr durch bellte. Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist, geht das auch in Ordnung.

Ottimo compromesso qualità prezzo per soggiornare qualche giorno e visitare la città. Check in e check out molto facili e comodi, con la possibilità di recuperare le chiavi tramite loker di fianco al portone d'ingresso. L'appartamento era in ordine ma un po sporco purtroppo. Tutto sommato nulla di irrimediabile

The host is incredibly accommodating and nice, very easy to communicate with. We had a very good time. The building is noisy, but this is not the fault of the host and the place is very good, so its not a problem.

Molto comodo per raggiungere l'Acropoli, i maggiori luoghi di interesse e la fermata della Metro. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso con supermercato vicino aperto h 24. Gran valore aggiunto la presenza del caffè per tutta la permanenza del soggiorno, di una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo e i dispenser shampoo/bagnoschiuma all'interno della doccia. • Sharon (10/5): A wonderful place to stay - This studio apartment was in a quiet, local neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom fantastic. It was safe to walk here from the centre of Athens, even at midnight. It's only a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis from the apartment, 25 - 30 minute walk to the Plaka or Monastiraki Square. Another advantage is that you get to walk by some of the main archealogical sites of Athens when walking to the unit. Simone was a great host who communicated with us regularly, both before we checked in & during our stay. He told us about luggage storage for when we checked out (our flight home was very late at night), as well as helped us to get a taxi to the train station when we checked out. The apartment was perfect, so there was nothing that we didn't like.

The location is perfect for seeing all the historic sites around the city, only a 20 minute walk from the acropolis! Also only a short walk from the metro/train station for access from the airport. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and Simone is an excellent host! Communication via WhatsApp was great, and the arrival instructions with the key safe worked perfectly. Highly recommend staying here for a visit to Athens!

We had all the facilities and the neibourhood was quiet. the bed was really comfortable and there were different types of pillows. It was very clean and well decorated. We arrived very early in the morning, we were going to a cruise straight away from the airport and it was very complicated for us to find a place to leave our luggage. We thought we would be helped to keep our luggage unil check-in time, but we weren’t.

We will definitely come back when in Athens!!

Simone is an outstanding host. - The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped allowing you to relax from the minute that you walk through the door. The bed is super comfy, a lovely large walk in shower and a kitchen well equipped for making simple meals. The TV always access to all major media channels and AC is welcome for the hotter days. The building is easy to access and convenience stores are on your doorstep. The neighbourhood is friendly and literally two streets from the entrance to the Acropolis park. Everywhere central is easily accessible and the metro to Piraeus allows island trips if desired. Absolutely nothing!

• Marcin (10/5): I love it. - It is a perfect location for those who wants to be close to downtown and still have some some peacefull and silent place to stay. There is amazing place for breakfest nearby (Cafe-bistro) and a lot restaurants with traditional food which are mainly occupied by locals in surrondings. In opposite you can find great market with fresh fruits and vegatables. This is a clean and well equipped place to stay, excellent communication with owner - very helpfull. I am sure I will be back there when I visit Athens again.

The location was very good and easy to get around. The balcony was very tiny and view was of other residents laundry hanging, but that is minor, we would still stay here again.

In the apartment, we had some spreads, coffee, tea, and milk. We also had a bottle of water, although the tap water was fine for drinking. The smoking was allowed on the terrace only, which was great news for my mum. The apartment is cozy and very well organized and the bathroom and kitchen look new.

Loved the milk whipper for coffee! Flight arrived late so we got to the apartment at 3am. Air con didn't work so a bit uncomfortable until the following morning when Simone gave us some prompts (reboot! Duh, we were too jet-lagged to consider that). Stovetop and oven didn't work when we tried them the last day. Could have been operator error!

• Merche (10/5): Exceptional - 10-15 min away from the main attractions. supermarkets and bars nearby! Simone was super helpful and fast in his replies. He arranged the taxi for me. I would like other future guests that the apartment has very little light. I chose it because of the balcony (I assumed it meant a lot of light) but it’s a first floor with inner patio. Inside the apartment is very dark even with the lights on. I did not feel comfortable using the balcony because neighbors were smoking so I could not stay outside or even keep that window open.

Our host Simone was very attentive and provided us a lot of helpful information via whatsapp ahead of our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in an area that was an easy walk to central athens. It was easy to collect the keys and we appreciated the biscuits and coffee pods. Overall very good value for money and a great base to explore athens.
• Paulo (9/5): great stay, very practical place, specially if you have a kid with you - extremely practical place, well located, has everything we needed and the staff/manager was super nice and thoughtful it was a really pleasant stay, but if I had to put something here, as any old buildings it is not very soundproof, so you will get the occasional neighbors shouts, dog barking, etc. nothin earplugs can’t solve

Simone was super friendly and helpful, and even organised transfers from the airport for us! Some noise coming from the other apartments at times but this wasn’t a huge problem as we were out most of the time!

I had an apartment at the back with a balcony and it was perfect. The apartments are in walking distance of restaurants, main places to see, metro and bus stop nearby. I love it
