• Papadimitriou (6/5): Πρόβλημα με την καθαριότητα - Ευρύχωρο, ήσυχη γειτονιά. Τα παπλώματα δεν έχουν πλυθεί ποτέ, ήταν κίτρινα από την βρωμια. Η κουρτίνα της μπανιέρας ήταν απαράδεκτα βρωμικη Ο κήπος ήταν βρώμικος κ το μπάνιο χρειάζεται καλύτερη φροντίδα. Το συνεργείο κάνει την καθαριότητα σε μισή ώρα!!!! Ήμουν εκεί κ το είδα!

• Kyriaki (7/5): - Convenient for a couple, as shown in the pictures, easy check in/out We had an issue with a remote for the windows and couldn't reach the team for assistance but it was sorted the following day.

• Chrysa (1/5): ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ - Η τοποθεσία Ασύλληπτα βρώμικο. Βρήκαμε γόπες από ηλεκτρονικό τσιγάρο στο κομοδίνο και δίπλα στο κρεβάτι. Να σημειωθεί ότι δεν καπνίζουμε. Κάτω από το σεντόνι υπήρχαν τρίχες και ανάμεσα στο κομοδίνο και το κρεβάτι κομμένα πεταμένα νύχια. Όλα τα έπιπλα μέσα στη σκόνη, τα κομοδίνα για να ακουμπήσουμε τα πράγματα μας τα καθαρίσαμε εμείς. Σιχαινόμασταν να μείνουμε και να ακουμπήσουμε το παραμικρό. Όταν μιλήσαμε με τους υπευθύνους και μας είπαν να στείλουν συνεργείο καθαρισμού τους είπαμε να έρθουν και παρά την κατάσταση του διαμερίσματος λόγω φόρτου εργασίας δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Για τα χρήματα που ζητάνε για το κατάλυμα είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ η κατάσταση του. Να σημειωθεί ότι πριν 2 χρόνια είχαμε ξανά μείνει στο ίδιο κατάλυμα και ήταν όλα άψογα τώρα όμως ήταν το λιγότερο απαράδεκτο.

• Koralia (1/5): - Η κυρία που ήρθε να καθαρίσει ήταν ευγενέστατη και γρήγορη Το κατάλυμα ήταν επιεικώς ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ. Μπήκαμε σ ένα σπίτι βρωμικο με ζουζούνια στο πάτωμα και στο μπάνιο και το ένα κρεβάτι άστρωτο. Πιάτα και ποτήρια ΒΡΩΜΙΚΑ, ντουλάπια βρώμικα, μούχλα στο μπάνιο και στο διαμέρισμα γενικά. ΠΑΡΚΙΝΓΚ ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ και ρωτήσαμε επανηλειμμένα πριν την άφιξη μας και μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι υπάρχει κ όταν φτάσαμε εκεί είδαμε μια καγκελόπορτα τσιμεντωμενη η οποία με το ζόρι άνοιγε και χωράει μόνο μηχανή και οδηγει σε κήπο. Εν τέλη όταν φτάσαμε καταλάβαμε ότι εννοούσαν το δρόμο οποίος όμως είναι ελεύθερος και παρκάρουν όλοι γιατί δεν έχουν βγάλει επίσημη άδεια για να είναι κρατημένη μόνο για το σπίτι. Έξω ο κήπος ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικος και η πόρτα της εισόδου χαλασμένη. Ο καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι επίσης βρώμικος. Πήραμε τηλέφωνο και χάσαμε ένα Σάββατο να συννενοουμαστε, στα τηλέφωνα που έχει στο σπίτι έχουν φραγή εισερχομένων κλήσεων. Καταφέραμε μετά από κάποια στιγμή και επικοινωνήσαμε με την εταιρεία διαχείρισης και μας έστειλαν κοπέλα (ΕΥΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΗ) να καθαρίσει το διαμέρισμα και ενημερωθήκαμε ότι δεν είχαν καν καθαρίσει για την κράτηση μας. Για όλα αυτά το κατάλυμα μας έκανε μια μερική επιστροφή χρημάτων. Απίστευτα παρατημένο δεν θα έπρεπε καν να υπάρχει στην εφαρμογή.
• Tricia (3/5): Stay in the dark with cold water, - Location. Easy access. No hot water and no response when told. The shutters worked by a remote control but difficult to fathom.
• Βασιλησ (1/5): Bad - We have been trying for days to contact for the issuance of an invoice. The call center answers and promises us that an invoice will be issued but to date we have not received the invoice Any communication with them is impossible
• Styliani (10/5): Exceptional - I booked the apartment for a friend and I was suprised. Initially I was looking for a hotel but in the area everything was too expensive for what they offer and their condition. I saw the pictures and I thought "how bad can it be"? I totally reccommend it. It is as pretty as shown on the pictures. Comfortable, beautifull, with 2 balconies, large bed and pretty clean. It smelled wonderfull from the beginning to the end and it is so far the cleanest, most fully equipped and cutest apartment I have ever booked. 2 minutes walk there is bakery, coffee shop and mini market and 5-10 minutes away you can find the central square of Agia Paraskevi for your shopping, restautants and night out. The metro station is also nearby. I put it in my favorites as I am going to book that instead of a hotel everytime I have friends who want to visit Athens.
• Dimitrios (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very nice and comfortable home for two people. Walking distance to everything you needed. Has a terrace in the front and an even better one in the back.When we walked in we felt at home. We would recommend it. We had an enjoyable stay
• Vidmantas (10/5): Great place to stay - Super market just down the street, pica shop just outside the door. Metro very close. Tv can be used with netflix. Kitchen fully prepared for cooking. All what you need to live comfortably. Sometimes in the evening can be noisy from people ouside in different buildings. If you sit in garden you better have some protection from mosquitos if you allergic to bites

• Dennis (9/5): Superb - Very nice affordable location for a city trip to Athens. Metro nearby with cheap tickets for the entire day, about 30 minutes metro trip to the center. We made a mistake with our booking regarding the amount of bedsheets we needed, which was resolved in a speedy manner. There is free parking on the streets in the neighborhood, there are not a lot of free spaces in the street but you should always be able to find something nearby. Keep in mind that most stores, restaurants and supermarkets in this area are closed on Sunday.

(8/5): Unusual snowy week in Athens; nice quiet apartment with good access to transit - It was very nice to have a spacious and peaceful apartment as a base for travel and work while in Athens for over a week. All the facilities were good, and grocery stores and train stations were within easy walking distance. The biggest problem was mostly our fault -- we misunderstood the heating system in the apartment and only discovered the solution on the last day. :( It was bitterly cold in Athens, with snow, and we were not warm enough the entire week. Of course, this is such an unusual situation that it won't apply to most travelers. However, the instructions/manual in the house really do need to be updated! It did not apply to the equipment in that specific apartment. The only other small thing to mention is that there wasn't a lot of closet space to put away our clothes.
• Danijela (10/5): Modern fully-equipped house is a right choose, to feel in Athens like you are at home - Timely and detailed information received by the host. Size of the rooms and bathroom. Comfort of the property and feeling like you are at home. In addition, area shows Greek hospitality,. You feel safe and secure. You could easily find parking place and use bus or metro lines to visit different parts of Athens.
• Anouskha (9/5): Homely hidden gem! - Great location, 5 min walk to Halandri metro station (20 mins to downtown Athens - only €2.30 for return ticket), easy access to local shops (mini mart, bakery, taverns). Owners provided all amenities which was very helpful (tissues, washing up liquid, shower gels etc) and extra pillows/duvets, fan in the bedroom. Very clean and homely. Even loved the smell & softness of the towels! Hot water system & Heater was a little complicated to understand how to turn off but once we contacted the owners they explained the process. No safe provided. Bedroom shutters wouldn't open so didn't get any natural light in there, but not a big issue.
