• reinhard (6/5): Gutes Apartment, gute Lage, unzureichendes Maintenance - Das Apartment war gut, es gabe aber einige störende Details: Dusche ungenügend, bei starkem Regen lief das Wasser über die Dunstabzugshaube in das Essen!, die Rolos in einem Schlafzimmer konnten nicht geöffnet werden (der Seilzug fehlte), eines der beiden Rolos fiel während der Nacht einfach runter (es war an der Rolle festgeklebt), der Staubsauger war mega-dreckig,... Man versprach uns Hilfe, aber in den 3 Wochen in denen wir da waren passierte bis auf eine nachgelieferte Waschschüssel (die Verschlüsse des Waschbeckens fehlten) nichts. Also gutes Apartment ohne Maintenance. Der Vermieter sollte mal alles checken bevor er es vermietet. Trotzdem war das Apartment schön.

• Mixalis (3/5): Κατώτερη των προσδοκιών μας σε σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες ! - Η τοποθεσία Μέτρια προς κακή καθαριότητα ! Κακη αίσθηση ασφάλειας μιας και 2 από τις μπαλκονόπορτες δεν κλείδωναν ! Ο καναπές ήταν βρεγμένος και μύριζε άσχημα ! Υπήρχαν τρίχες στα μπάνια και στα σεντόνια ! Οι ντουλάπες ήταν τελείως ακαθάριστες ! Το ντουλάπι στο μπάνιο ήταν γεμάτο νερά ( πιθανή διαρροή κάτω από τον νεροχύτη)

• Tibor (9/5): Összességében családias volt és praktikus, jó volt ott lenni. - Kiváló tengerparthoz közeli lokáció, nagy erkély. Végül is csak 1 teljesértékű fürdőszoba volt, a másik vizes helyiség "csak" wc és mosdó funkciót töltötte be, de 5 tünknek végül is elegendő volt. Az elektromos vízmelegítés 5 főre nem volt a legideálisabb (október végén), persze nyáron lehet, hogy bőven jó ...

• Marco (9/5): - Ampia, silenziosa, ben attrezzata e ben collegata. Vicino al mare ma a due passi dalla stazione tram che ti porta in centro. Il secondo bagno è senza doccia.
• Valentina (9/5): We had a great time in this apartment , quiet neighbourhood - The apartment is spacious and bright, air con in all bedrooms and living room, nice balcony , very clean bed sheets. Cleaning could be improved as found dust on surfaces, couldn’t find the oven as stated there is one in the description.

• Genovaite (10/5): Very nice apartment, good location - Large apartment, clean, nice surrounding. Wefound a nice local market on the street nearby on Saturday. We bought freshvegetables, fruits, olives, etc. I don't like to pay an additional deposit which is not included in the booking price. It was returned back, but it took a month. It was not property fault, but I don't like these situations.

• Corina (9/5): Nice warm week in a seaside area on early May - Close to the tram, close to the sea and very close to the supermarket. It seems there was somebody smoking a lot previously and when we entered it had the smell of cigarette everywhere. So if you dont like this smell you will have to ventilate everyday the house. Also we arrived in a weekend where chorals or concerts happened between 23 and passed 00. If you have light sleep, better to have earplugs for those nights (luckily the windows concealed most of the sound, and the singers where really good, so not bad)

• Brigitta (10/5): Amazing stay in a friendly neighborhood close to everything one would ask for - Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes to the tram (30 minutes ride to Athens centre), and the store is around the corner, where you can buy anything you need. The apartment is spacious, with balcony in every room and a huge terrace which opens from the living room - perfect to have a breakfast or late night talks. The apartment was clean, well equipped. The deposit fee (100€), which we paid before check-in was released the day of our check out and was refunded to me 2 days later. The communication and problem solving of the staff was exceptional too. All in all, we were super satisfied with this stay and would definitely come back again ! The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, also there should be some kind of label on the locker (e.g. SAGGITARIUS, or something related to the name of the accommodation), because there were 3 lockers altogether and we were quite confused which one is ours

Was perfect for our 2 night stay. Second toilet has no shower as advertised. The wood in the toilets and bedrooms needs replacing

• Ekaterina (9/5): Great stay, very spacious apartment (each of us had his own room!).close to the beach,just 7min walk - We really like the size of the apartment, it’s very spacious! a group of 6 will easily fit in and there were just three of us! Kitchen appliances, A/C in each room, large TV, 3 balconies, newly refurbished- we really enjoyed our stay! The shower head fixture was sort of broken. Otherwise the rest was new and clean.

• Robyn (7/5): Our experience - Location No hairdryer - had to ask where was the hairdryer - apparently previous occupants had taken. Front door key wouldn't open door easily - took many attempts. Had to collect key from supermarket lock box which wasn't easy especially arriving in the dark 2nd bathroom was only a toilet and hand basin - no 2nd shower.

• Scott (7/5): Good - Location was nice. It was a short tram ride to the city. Neighborhood was decent with grocery store, restaurants and shops nearby. Locals were very friendly and helpful. Not that we needed it, but the apartment was equipped with a high chair and small crib as well. Elevator was much appreciated with the luggage. We just had to remember to manually open the elevator door as it was not automatic. We thought it might be broken at first, lol. While it does have 2 bathrooms, it truly only has one useable shower. The shower in the second bathroom was knee height for feet or very small children only really. Cleaning had been missed in the second bathroom as well. Outdoor furniture in serious need of replacement or repair as the wooden chair arms were all broken. Couch also felt somewhat unstable; but we were rarely spending much time in the apartment so it worked for us.

Best for the families or bigger groups (up to 8) I can really recommend it was a pleasant weekend 🙂 Equipment in the kitchen could be better there were some parts missing e.g. cutting board, lack of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Besides of these all was perfect
• Cally (1/5): Bad - Very dirty bathroom. Cannot able to take shower due to limited hot water supply for 10 minutes and shower head is low so you can't hang it up above your height for hands free shower and hair wash plus when you put on shower gel u have to turn it off. Also bathroom is very dirty there are flies and insects so I avoided shower during my three days stay. No heater at the apartment so basically very cold all the time in the two bedroom apartment. Road is very noisy bedroom is facing main road so couldn't sleep well and got woken up by motorcycles noises in the early mornings. It is on the 1st floor so expect whenever you do laundry or even walking close to balcony you will exchange eye contacts with strangers which makes you very uncomfortable and unsafe especially alone. Would not recommend at all . Very complicated check in process wasted much time on it plus during my stay cleaners came unannounced at 2pm . Told them not available and they even asked me for money. Very disappointing experience!!

• Stephanie (6/5): Pleasant - The host Mrs Dimitra was very approachable always available and nice. The apartment is big and new very well located. Supermarket walking distance Bad hygiene- Floors, doors and windows were dirty. The balcony was unacceptable. Hopefully it is not like this for other guests as everything else was good. As soon as I informed the host suggested to send cleaning ladies but timing was misunderstood and they came late the next day. You could also leave some dish liquids to was the cups/plates.
