• Katarzyna (7/5): Fajny apartament z niewykorzystanym potencjałem. - Mieszkanie ma duzy potencjal, jest przestrzenne i komfortowe. Widok na Acropole jest spektakularny. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe i kontakt z pracownikiem doskonały. Niestety czystość pozostaje do dyskusji. Ekipa sprzątająca mogłaby chociaż odkurzyć i umyć okna. Kanalizacja wadliwa co niestety skutkuje nieprzyjemnym zapachem.
• Valadares (5/5): Foi muito bom. Mas pode melhorar. :) - Bem localizado, perto da praça principal. Tem uma parada de ônibus bem em frente ao apartamento. o apartamento é espaçoso e tem uma vista linda da acrópoles. Nao recebi um email com as informações básicas de como chegar e subir no apartamento. Foi necessário eu ligar para a anfitriã que me dizia ter sido enviado, mas nao consta nos meus emails. Através do WhatsApp ela me enviou as informações de como chegar e como entrar no apartamento. As informações referente ao código do cofre onde a chave da porta estava, nao estava correto. demoramos mais de 30 minutos tentando achar o código certo, e ela insistia que o código era o que ela havia me fornecido, então eu achei no website do apartamento porque eu fiz o check in e la constava o código correto para desbloquear o cadeado do cofre e pegar a chave do apartamento. As informações tanto da anfitriã quanto do website estavam imprecisas, foi confuso achar o apartamento dentro do prédio. O apartamento fica num prédio com moradores que fazem barulho depois das 22 horas, especialmente no andar de cima. O apartamento estava levemente com poeira preta, o ralo que há no banheiro, exalava um cheiro forte de esgoto que se espalhava pelo o flat. A internet nao funcionava, ficamos 4 dias sem internet, e depois nos foi providenciado um roteador provisório que funcionou por mais 3 dias e quase no final da estadia consertaram a internet. Um funcionário do apartamento entrou varias vezes no flat para arrumar a internet enquanto estávamos fora. Um dos elevadores do prédio nao parava no andar que estávamos hospedados. As portas e janela nao sao a prova de barulho, todo o transito caótico da rua era possível escutar dentro do apartamento ate mesmo tarde da noite as 23h com portas e janelas fechadas.

• Perla (8/5): Carino - Il personale era sempre disponibile a rispondere alle mie domande tramite la chat booking e risolvere eventuali disagi. La vista sull'acropoli è molto bella e suggestiva. La vicinanza al centro ti permette di andare a piedi dove vuoi e comunque ci sono autobus vicini che ti lasciano alle metro o nei punti turistici da visitare. Penso che il punto forte dell'appartamento sia questo: il quartiere il palazzo possono un po' spaventare all'inizio ma poi vedi il punto forte della vicinanza a tutto, anche se manca un bel supermercato grande vicino casa. Attraversi la strada e la piazza e se nel vivo di una Atene turistica (nel giro di due vie tutto cambia!) dove ci sono ristoranti e bar. La casa è nuova e grande, e a tutto per viverla comodamente, completa di tutti gli accessori. Non ho mai incontrato il proprietario chi gestisce la struttura, e sarebbe bello avere un contatto di persona. L'ascensore non funzionava molto bene (solo uno dei due ascensori presenti porta al piano dell'appartamento - c'è un'alternanza in base ai piani dispari o pari) e, ad un certo, ha smesso di funzionare per due giorni. Trovo anche che l'ascensore non sia sicuro per l'assenza delle porte interne. La casa è nuova ma è in una struttura che non lo è, in un quartiere trascurato e una via molto trafficata (c'è sempre rumore e polveri). Le finestre sono da pulire meglio ma credo che la via trafficata sia la fonte di inquinamento e di sporcizia delle stesse. Tale sul balcone più di un tot di tempo mangiare sul tavolino fuori non era proprio rilassante. Consiglio di inserire dei piccoli lampadari da comodino per le stanze da letto così da non dover accendere sempre la luce più grande la notte. La tv della stanza grande mancava di presa sul muro ma poteva andare in internet. C'è un problema strutturale legato al bagno e agli impianti idraulico del palazzo: c'era una puzza di fogna costante, ad ogni ora del giorno, da vomito. Tutto il resto è superabile in qualche maniera ma questo odore continuo non lo è. Hanno provato ad intervenire il secondo giorno ma penso che sia proprio un problema di base dell'appartamento e del palazzo. La struttura obbliga di buttare la carta igienica in un apposito contenitore (non nel wc!) ma la carta igienica si scioglie totalmente nell'acqua! Barre sui mercati grandi non sono proprio sotto casa. Io non ci tornerei per il problema del bagno e del traffico ma l'appartamento è carino!!!

Great facilities the beds were good, the shower has a box, not a curtain, great washing machine. Everything was new. The blackout electric curtains were really awesome as well, as the air conditioning in all rooms. Great view of the acropolis, with a great zoom, you can even see the people touristing there. Precise instructions on how to find the box key. The host was really rude, did not make us feel welcomed, made us alert there we were not at home . Felt like we couldn't count on him/her for nothing: Let him/her know I've lost my bags and if case received any contact, let me know. Returned to me a chat gpt generated text that don't put his/hers contact there, handle myself. By the way, I had already added only my number as reference for the company 2 hours ago, did not put his/hers, I just shared in case, because we are staying at his/hers apartment, and I had to give the address I was staying. No sorry u lost your bags, no nothing. That alone would be ok. But the apartment has only 1 already started toilet paper (the worst kind I ever used, worst then a gas station). I said that I checked everywhere, did not find more. He said it is a Airbnb and I should buy more, not his problem. So that is a first. In Greece, all other hosts left me more then enough rolls of toilet paper and were eager to deliver more if needed. All around the world I've been was the same. The way written, was quite a f* you, I think there are way more welcoming ways of delivering the same information, not even a sorry for the inconvenience, felt like a t* you, not welcoming at all. The host interest and helping was only towards the other services provided: boom a way to the airport and such things. The location is like a 10m walk from the center, that is ok, but the 2 women in my group did not feel comfortable on the neighbourhood. Greece seems like a very safe place, nothing happened to us at all on the neighbourhood, but the area has a lot of homeless people around and quite a feel men just observing. As for facilities, two bad parts: One was that we needed to wait 30m when arrived to be able to have a shower, due home the boiler worked. The second was the WiFi, terrible. Most the times it could not load a information from Google maps. Felt like internet from 20 years ago.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección, lo cual fue de gran utilidad dado el calor que hizo esos días en Atenas. Las habitaciones eran cómodas (una más grande, con un pequeño balcón, y otra más pequeña) y los colchones muy buenos. La persona encargada de gestionar el alojamiento fue muy amable y accesible en todo momento. El check-in y chdck-out se hacen de manera cómoda desde una plataforma online, y las llaves se recogen fácilmente en el portal del apartamento. La limpieza de algunos elementos de la cocina podía haber sido mejor. Aunque es cierto que la cocina tiene las cosas básica, echamos de menos una sartén de mejor calidad, o un tostador, por ejemplo.

This isn't the accommodation's fault, but the area is a bit creepy, the houses nearby are dilapidated. There is a smell in the bathroom, but, as far as I understand, it can be avoided (don’t move a toilet brush, it closes vent pipe)

Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay The location was a bit far from where we wanted to be and the area a bit creepy, as there were not many people around late at night when we returned to our rooms.

Incredible view of the acropolis. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very basic. Something that would have made the stay better would have been some bath mats for the shower and some bed lights next to the beds as there was only one light in the bedrooms which makes it difficult to sleep when your partner wants to read, for example. There was a very strong detergent smell in the apartment upon arrival, but we got used to it and it wasn’t too bad.

Check-in was a disaster, host did not let us know what floor the apartment was on, so we were looking in dark halls for a door, on 6 floors Feels unsafe, as many many people go in and out of the building After 2 days, it does not seem unsafe, but you get tht impression from the area

The view was just spectacular, entering the property and going onto the balcony to see the Acropolis was just breathtaking. The check in instructions where clear and communication was great the whole duration of our stay. Would highly recommend.

It was also clean. 10 min walk to city center. *You have to wait water to get hot approximately 15-30 min. *Next room balcony had canvas tarpaulin. On windy night, it hit the railing and made huge noise periodicly all night long.

• Zsófia (7/5): Nice apartment - The apartment itself is very nice, spacious and well-equipped. Everything was clean and the view of the Acropolis is really beautiful. The balcony is great but can be loud because of traffic. I was thinking a lot if I should write this, but I feel like I have to share: This isn’t the accommodation’s fault, but the area is not the best. As a solo female traveller I didn’t feel safe neither in the neighbourhood nor inside the building. There are groups of men sitting in front / going in and out of the building all day (and even in the night as far as I saw). I’m sorry to say but this made me feel uneasy and not safe. A few streets away there are many nice bars, restaurants but the street and building itself was not the best.

Some very nice restaurants not far away. The neighborhood is not the nicest, I wouldn't be super comfortable wandering alone at night but once you've walked a couple blocks it's much better.
