• Tls Chris (9/5): - Η τοποθεσια του καταλυματος, εξυπηρετικοτατη. Στασεις λεωφορειων, στασεις μετρο, μαγαζια καφε, μαγαζια φαγητου και ψιλικα αρκετα κοντα στο καταλυμα. Η διαρυθμιση του εσωτερικα, πολυ ωραια. Οι vintage λεπτομερειες κομψες. Η δυνατοτητα των 2 μπανιων, μεγαλη ευκολια στην περιπτωση 3 ατομων και πανω (εμεις ήμασταν 4). Εξοπλισμενα με εξτρα χαρτι τουαλετας και σακουλακια για τον καδο. Πετσετες για τον καθε διαμενοντα και πιστολακι μαλλιων κανονικα. Το aircondition σε ολα τα δωματια ήταν ονειρικο. Στην κουζινα υπηρχαν νερο, χυμος, τσαι, καψουλες καφε και μηχανη του καφε. Σακουλες για σκουπιδια εξτρα σε περιπτωση που χρειαστει Μειναμε πολυ ευχαριστημενοι!!! Τιποτα

C'était propre et bien rangé. l'appartement est bien décoré, on y sent une vie pas un appartement "fade" comme souvent quand s'est loué. J'ajouterais une mention particulière au propriétaire qui a très bien communiqué avec nous tout au long du séjour (avant notre arrivé, à notre arrivé, avant notre départ et après notre départ) juste ce qu'il faut et quand il faut pour un séjour serein. Je ne dirais pas que je n'ai pas apprécié mais il peut y avoir des améliorations que j'ai déjà partagées avec le propriétaire, à savoir ajouter une paire de ciseaux en cuisine ainsi que des couteaux de cuisine. Mais c'est un plus pour encore améliorer "l'expérience" qui est déjà très bonne.

• Gregory (10/5): - Very clean house, super comfortable with 2 big bedrooms and 2 toilets. Owner Mr Charis is very kind and helpful with everything we needed. We will book again this apartment for sure.
• Kay (10/5): Worthy of 11 out of 10 - The apartment was spacious and in excellent condition. We loved the balcony on both sides of the apartment and the outlook over the park. It is a short walk to the metro station and is only 4 stops from the city centre. It is also on the direct line to the airport and the port. Although it is so close to the centre of Athens, we felt like we were in suburbia with lots of supermarkets and bakeries within a 5 minute walk. The owner Charis was very responsive and accommodating. Being able to let ourselves into the apartment using the lockbox was very helpful as our flight from Australia arrived late in the evening. The 12 noon checkout was also amazing. Nothing

• Anne (10/5): A fantastic apartment in a good location, close to Panormou metro station. - Very clean, modern and beautiful apartment. Excellent location, in a quiet road close to metro (Panormou). Very good communication and instructions from the owner. Excellent and comfortable beds, hot water, good heating, equipment in the apartment. We were extra happy that we could keep the apartment a little longer on the departure day. Everything was perfect :)

The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood but still within walking distance to great local restaurants, shops, and parks. It's the best of both worlds—peaceful and convenient! The interior design is modern and thoughtful, with a spacious open-plan living area that gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and ample counter space, making it perfect for cooking and entertaining. (Although i didn’t need to cook anything my self😊) The property is also extremely well-maintained. Everything was spotless and in great condition upon arrival, and you can tell the owners take pride in keeping the space in top shape. The front veranda is ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outside. What stood out to me the most was how comfortable and welcoming the home felt. The atmosphere is warm, and it's clear that attention was given to every detail, from cozy furnishings to smart home features. Whether you're a family, a couple, or a solo renter, this property would be a wonderful place to settle in. Highly recommended!

• Ovidiu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable, it looks better in reality than in the pictures. It is equipped with all the necessary things for a vacation. The cleanliness and the fact that the apartment is spacious, equipped with air conditioning in each room and a very large balcony are to be appreciated. There are shops and bus stops nearby. If we return to Athens, we will definitely choose this apartment. Everything was perfect, thanks to our host.

• Lucy (9/5): Great apartment, general location - The apartment is big, spacious with high ceilings. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the shower excellent. Water and juice was left in the fridge which was very welcome. Although the general location was good with bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets, the immediate location was a bit shabby - although initially disconcerting, it did not detract from the apartment. I would definitely stay there again

The neighborhood is great, with many small shops and tavernas near by. Being just off the big shopping street was very convenient and it was a quick walk to the nearby metro stop. We loved that the apartment felt very fresh and clean, but had a bit of old world charm with the high ceilings and some retro furnishings. Everything was 100% clean and functional. The set up is really great for a family with very comfortable furniture, interesting books to look, and a lovely balcony. I look forward to booking this apartment again the next time we are in Athens. n/a

The appartment was clean, spacious and had all the required supplies (toiletries, laundry tablets, even some fresh juice!). • Alan (10/5): Well-kept, good sized, spacious appartment, easily accessible. - Very large spacious appartment, sufficiently far from main road to not be too noisy. Nice balcony overlooking park and short walk to metro and supermarkets etc. Property was very clean and toiletries, kitchen supplies and laundry tablets were all thoughtfully provided. Communication with the owner was brief but efficient. The aircon in one of the bedrooms needs looking at and the extra toilet could do with a lock to avoid the door swinging open. The communal areas of the building are a little unclean/dated, but this is obviously not the owner's fault.
