We were able to enjoy our stay a lot more because of this place! - I was positively impressed entering the appartment, it had everything we could ever need and this made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It's safe, clean and well equipped with a beautiful terrace, a bit like a home away from home! highly recommend.

The location couldn’t be better — just a few steps from the beautiful Vouliagmeni beach, Vouliagmeni Lake, cafés, and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to a lovely terrace perfect for morning coffee. What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere and the genuine warmth of the host, who made sure everything was perfect. It truly felt like a home by the sea — calm, cosy, and refreshing. We left feeling relaxed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the best of Vouliagmeni — comfort, cleanliness, and a perfect beachside location!

• Roberto (10/5): - Molte cose, il propietario rispondeva ai messaggi molto rapidamente,le indicazioni per trovare l'appartamento sono state molto chiare e l'abbiamo trovato subito, all'interno abbiamo trovato l'acqua fresca in frigo, la macchina del caffè espresso con cialde comprese e molto altro, vicino c'erano spiagge, market, panificio e molti locali veramente carini. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tornare a casa.

• Salome (10/5): Exceptional - Location perfect especially for those who like the Local supermarkets. Near the beach and lake. I had a little issue with outdoor gate but I got the hang of it eventyally. But host was very willing to help solve issue.
• Mary (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, good facilities and location. The outdoor space and table was nice to use for meals. Apartment has no door number and no other guidance given so had to guess from booking.com picture which door the key would open once inside compound.

The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of wine, cold water bottles in the fridge, and fresh clean towels for the beach. It felt like a home away from home. Maybe a couple softer pillows

It is clean and well equipped with nice decor. The location is great, just a 4 min walk to a great beach. The supermarket is less than 2 mins away too! Uber works well in the area too. Our host was fantastic, quick to answer questions and generous with his help and advice. I stayed with my brother who took the sofa bed in the sitting room which had a mattress topper on it too and he was comfy on there. We liked everything.

The host, Mr. Dimitri, is very easy to approach and responds promptly to messages. When I arrived, I received all the instructions on how to enter the apartment and the check out can be done a little later if you let me know in advance. In short, a 10 plus grade stay. Congratulations Mr. Dimitri!  Everything was perfect!

We stayed 10 days and felt like home! kitchen appliances available plus a nice coffe machine (with coffee for welcome) and a bottle of wine to warm your arrival! Big balcony to have meals outside was great! And if you need lemons, you have it in the garden 😉 Nice comunication with the host even before we arrived, late check out was perfect! Definitely i recommend this place! Hope to come back!

• Milasuperstar (10/5): Exquisite apartment in the best spot in Vouliagmeni - Incredible beautiful, stylish and exquisite apartment in one of the best locations of Vouliagmeni. I really felt like at home and enjoyed the very qualitative interior design and the super location. 50 m from the supermarket and Bio market. 7 minutes from the beach and wonderful restaurants and bars. Marianne is an excellent host. Thank you soo much! Nothing. It was perfect

The rooms were clean and the recommendations were on point. The beach, supermarket and restaurants/bakery area are reachable on foot. It is for sure worthy. -

• Karen (10/5): we had a terrific stay and would definately recomment this place. - clean, comfort, location juist half an hour drive from Athens I do really love cats!! But there are too many stray cats and you smell that outside with warm weather. Not the fault of the appartment!
