• Gomoli (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία Ήταν αδύνατο να βρεις parking . Και ευτυχώς υπάρχει parking δίπλα στη κλινική αλλά κλείνει από Σάββατο 14.00 μέχρι Δευτέρα πρωί . Κόστος parking 28 ευρώ το 24ωρο .το μπάνιο χρειάζεται πλακάκι . Το υλικό που έχει έχει ρωγμές και γίνεται ανθυγιεινό
• Maria (10/5): Kosta picked us up from the airport and was very friendly and hospitable. Communication was excellent and the apartment - The property was close to the metro (about a 15min with small kids) and we only had to take 1 metro line to go to the Athens center We had an overall wonderful experience! The only thing would be the slight walk uphill from the metro station back to the building but nothing too bad

• David (8/5): Good stay, but not a luxury stay - Good apartment in a good neighborhood, and the owner was receptive to feedback with problems and addressed them. Clothes washer is brand new and does a great job. Remote checkin went well. Supermarket is right around the corner, and there are some good little restaurants nearby. First of all, I would not describe this apartment as a "luxury" apartment. It is a refurbished apartment that is quite nice in most respects, but it is not luxury. The bathroom is rather plain and the kitchen is basic. Second, we had trouble the first night getting heat to come out of the wall units, and it turned out to be a problem with low batteries in the remotes. The owner helped us sort that out, but it was annoying that we were a bit cold that first night.

• Dan (10/5): Recommended! - Kostas is a welcoming and attentive host. The apartment is located in a lovely area, just a 7-minute walk from the Metro station and a 5-minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment has spacious balcony. You'll find all the necessary kitchen amenities to prepare your own meals. Staying here offers you a genuine experience of everyday life in a typical Athens neighborhood. There was a slight issue with the number of keys provided as we received only one set for the three of us. Kostas addressed this by providing an additional sets of keys. There is only one bathroom in the apartment, which also includes a shower. Additionally, the bedroom that is adjacent to the living room appears to have limited soundproofing.

• Ioannis (7/5): I'd visit again - The views of Lykavitos, Ymittos and the Athenian skyline (especially at nighttime) are breathtaking. It's very close to local amenities (super market and 24-hour mini-markets). Taxi ride from the airport is only 20 minutes. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Psychiko is one of the best locations in Athens for visitors. Although it's relatively near to a metro station (Katechaki), it's quite far for people with mobility problems. Katechaki avenue's pavements are in a dire condition even for able-bodied visitors. The apartment's interior is well-kept, however the building is quite old and very warm during the summer, requiring constant AC usage.

• Stefan (8/5): It's OK. - It's big. There is some kind of view to the city. It's close to the metro to airport and city center. The owner is very helpful. There is no place to leave your luggage. Should left everything on the floor. The bathroom is big, but the shower place is tiny. You have to read instructions for using the stuff. Double beds are very comfortable but the single one wasn't. Washing machine will be nice.

• Erzsébet (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is nice, clean, tidy, spacious and bright. The view from the large circular balcony is beautiful. Katechaki metro station is 600 m away. You have to walk up a hill towards Home. The neighborhood is tidy, there are grocery stores and cafes nearby.

• Andre (9/5): The apartment was clean, well maintained and conveniently located. i would highly recommend it. - the location was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is located in a nice residential neighbourhood and conveniently located near the metro station and grocery store. The kitchen lacked a few things. For example: a cutting board, dish towels, a peeler, oven mitts. These items are inexpensive and would really help the guests.
