L’eau chaude… prévoyez 15/20 min avant de prendre votre douche
• Tamara (9/5): Athens the most beautiful city in the World - Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and located right in the center, literally just a few steps away from the Acropolis, which made everything extremely convenient. We were especially impressed by the modernized approach — before arrival we already had all the information through the app, including access instructions and everything we needed for check-in. It made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. The apartment was very clean and well organized. Although we were initially surprised that it was in the basement level, the beautiful private courtyard completely changed our impression and we actually loved it. The host was very helpful with small requests and they also allowed us to check in a bit earlier, which meant a lot to us since we arrived with luggage. Unfortunately, the internet did not work during our stay at all (but at some point even better as we weren’t there because of the internet). Also, the official check-in time might feel a bit late for guests arriving early with large luggage.
• Brewcation Wife (10/5): Great location - This place is in a fantastic location. The apartment is spacious and the contact person was quick to respond questions I had. I recommend this place for you athens stay. Not only is it close to the acropolis but steps away from the metro I wasn't a fan of the hot water situation. Turning off and on the water heater when we needed hot water isn't something I am used to. It also meant we had to wait in between showers. It was a compromise I was willing to make given the location and support of the staff

• David (9/5): Great location for Acropolis, metro and local food - How refreshing to wake up and walk outside to a view of the acropolis and grab breakfast at any of the many local cafes on the cobblestoned walking street! How amazing to walk only 10 steps to the metro, and take a short ride to all the major tourist sites in Athens (even though you can walk in the same amount of time to many sites too)! The location is wonderful and the apartment has everything needed for a memerable visit to Athens. While the bedroom and living room had excellent blackout curtains, the kitchen has a small window that let's in morning light. Also, there was no detergent for the dishwasher. However, it was not difficult to wash all the dishes by hand.

• Ivar Sala (9/5): - Great location, clean and easy check-in. Nice kitchen and plenty of seating in the living room. It's very close to the Acropolis Metro and was easy to get to. It seems that the property has a smallish boiler - short showers are OK. It took a while to warm up the place - it wasn't clear that I was supposed to use the air-conditioning for this. The radiators were always cold. Unsure what flat number it was (as the buzzers didn't have the number - most were names of people not flats) to buzz in my food delivery person.

• FedeFloydian (10/5): With all my heart, THANK YOU - This has to be one of the best stays I've ever had. This vacation came after a long and very difficult period at home: it was a gift for my mum, who needed some relax and LOVED the stay and the city. First, the position: I was looking for an apartment near to the centre/metro station, since my mum gets tired fast. Well, here you are IN the centre, in front of the metro - so you can go around and, at the end of the day, go to the metro and be practically at home. I was a bit skeptical about the noise: I was afraid that being in the very heart of Athens could have been noisy; instead, it was completely silent (maybe sometimes the neighbors, by it's not in the host's control). Mum slept like a princess! It goes without saying, I chose this apartment because of the photos about the view. Spoiler, it isn't photoshopped: the terrace is truly stunning, with the best view I've ever had. The apartment is big, with everything you need; there's a "shared" garden ("shared" because it's practically yours, as you can enjoy a cigarette or a coffee outside in peace). The lady at the desk of the building has been so nice with us. Easy check-in with keys and card in a box outside. Plus, the host sends you a link where you can find all the information about the place, area and other usefull things. Yep, maybe a little dark, but who cares: the lights are placed in a cozy way. It was my third time in Athens, the first for my mother. I'm so happy with my choice, since it has transformed a dark family period in a wonderful mother&daughter memory. I'll check if this aparment is available for my fourth time in this wonderful city (it's a matter of time). Grazie from the deep of my heart.
• Melania (10/5): - Nice and clean apartment, 2 steps away from Acropolis. Even if it’s located in a crowded area, thanks to its orientation(interior garden), there’s no noises and you can rest well. Host super nice and friendly! We were not able to go up on the terrace and check the rooftop view because the manager of the building was not there to open it. We only saw her once when we arrived, and during our 3 days stay we did not see her again, even if we were looking for her several times.

En la misma puerta hay muchísimas opciones para desayunar, comer y cenar. El apartamento es amplio, aunque el mobiliario es algo anticuado. Envían el acceso a una web donde hay explicaciones para llegar al apartamento, abrir la caja de seguridad de la llave, encender el termo... Al ser un sótano, entra poca luz y huele un poco a humedad. El ascensor no llega hasta el sótano.

• Giacomo (4/5): Appartamento buio con puzza di umido - La posizione davanti alla fermata della metro L’appartamento era grande ma molto umido e puzzava di umido. Si trovava al piano meno 1 pur avendo un giardino sul lato con finestre, era monoesposto e sottoterra dall’altro lato. L’Host mi ha riempito di messaggi di offerte di qualunque cosa per 3 giorni , al punto che quando sono arrivato non trovavo il messaggio le indicazioni per trovare la casa. Alla mia telefonata l’unica risposta che mi hanno dato era di guardare il video che non trovavo. Consiglio di guardare le indicazioni ( che sono molto chiare in effetti) per il check in con anticipo.

• Noby (9/5): It was nice and my expectation was matched. I didn't expect too much but the location was excellent. - Location, location, location. It was in the midst of everything. Loved the apartment. There were two sofa bed but no sheets. I wrote email to the host but no answer and didn't get any sheets for other bed. This apartment had everything you need. Very good. There were a few cockroaches in the rooms everyday. coach sheets were not clean.

• Gavin (6/5): Ok to book but just know what to expect - The location Be aware there are some false advertisement about this unit When I was combing through the information, I noticed the management answered to a previous guest request about late checkout because they have a late flight. It says as long as nobody is checking in on the same day, then they will accommodate late checkout for the guests to store luggage. That is partially false. Yes, they accept late Check out but no They do not allow late checkout beyond 1 PM. So I was unpleasantly surprised when requested to store luggage till 4 PM I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. They have their rights to set their own policy. Unfortunately it should have been advertised correctly to allow people to make an informed decision before making the booking.

Would be good if the note about having to turn on the heating for the shower 30 mins before use was physically in the apartment, not only in the online FAQ notes.

• Claudia (10/5): Amazing location! - Location (across the street from the Acropolis Museum) is simply amazing! You can sit drown at these restaurants adjacent to the apartment and enjoy the view of the Acropolis! Also, the apartment has a garden in the backyard with beautiful gigantic lemons. 🍋 Breathtaking! Because the apartment is in level -0, there’s no view from the Acropolis. Also, it could be a bit noise with loud neighbors at night.
• Mylkova (9/5): Very comfortable stay - The apartment is big and quiet near Acropolis and many attractions..Everything was nice and comfortable.I would happilly recommend it You need to wait 30 minutes for hot water and you cannot flush the toilet paper in the toilet - but it is the same like almost everywhere in Athens.We got used to that..

Close to most desirable attractions. Suite was comfortable and well equipped. Access was fairly simple once you followed instructions. Many communications giving instructions on how to be there. No personal contact. Still minor issues compared to advantages.

• Rachel (9/5): Would stay here again! - The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and sights within easy reach, and very close to the metro stop. The apartment was well equipped and spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 teenage child. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good. The outdoor shady terrace was a real bonus and the reason we chose here over others, however it is sort of shared/ not private and was just far too mosquito ridden to be able to use it. It didn't affect the trip as we were out sightseeing most of the time. The furniture and decor is a little eclectic and dated, not glamourous or modern if thats what you are looking for, but all functioned fine and again was reflected in the cost.
• Rstone (10/5): These 3 things make this an ideal place to stay - There are 3 things that make this an excellent stay. 1. The location could not be better, especially if arriving on the subway. 2. The apartment is very well equipped. 3. The apartment is very quiet - you wouldn't think you were right in the midst of the busy area. Its only minor, but checking in is not that simple: The street address is no. 3 from which you must look across the road for all the padlocked key safes. Select the one labelled 4 and enter your code to open and get the key. The apartment is in the basement and there are a number of doors. Go left around the corner to door no. 4. There is a lift and it does go to the basement. Also watch out for mosquitos outside.

• Dwm (8/5): Perfect for a short stay as it is in the heart of the city - The location is perfect! Literally 1 minute from the acropolis, 3 minutes to the metro, and right next to cafes and restaurants! Felt safe even walking in the evening as it was always crowded and well lit. The apartment is relatively clean and you get basic kitchen amenities, iron, shower gel, towels etc. The communication with the host was excellent. The view of the Acropolis and city from the 6th floor is 👌🏽 I’m a bit boujee, I would probably prefer paying a bit more and staying at a fancier place if I stayed longer than 2-3 nights.
• Stefan (9/5): Unbeatable location right at the heart of Plaka and Acropolis, yet quiet inside. - Very charming and comfortable, quiet apartment in a location that absolutely cannot be beat! You step outside and you are on a pedestrianized street with the Acropolis Metro station right in front of you. You glance up and there’s the Acropolis almost on top of you. The garden patio is a lovely place to sit and have breakfast. The host is friendly and quick to respond to messages and help with advice, connecting you with reliable transportation, etc. Clearer and more updated advertising and instructions would be helpful. This was a basement apartment, which isn’t made very clear from the advertisement, so those who want a high-up balcony view from the apartment itself might be disappointed (not a major problem for us). To access the rooftop terrace with the view of the Acropolis you need to take an elevator (this elevator happened to be broken during our stay, but these things happen and I do not blame the host for it, as I know he put in an order to have it fixed as soon as he learned about it). The video showing how to find the lockbox was confusing because things around it had changed since it was shot. Nevertheless these are small things that can be improved. I still highly recommend this apartment - fundamentally it was a great place to stay.

• Husmann (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible location right next to the Acropolis with great restaurants! It was also in the 90 degrees Fahrenheit and the place was extremely cool and comfortable. This place exceeded expectations for the price due to location, space, and a/c!
• Emese (7/5): High expectations turning into disappointment - On the positive side, the apartment is very well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The decor is beautifully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the garden area is a lovely touch, perfect for relaxing outdoors. There were some significant drawbacks. A strong moldy smell permeated the apartment due to a water-damaged wall, which was quite off-putting. Moreover, we found cockroaches around the damaged area, indicating a pest issue. These issues unfortunately detracted from what could have been an otherwise wonderful stay.

• Tanja (10/5): Wonderful apartment with best location - The location of the property was AMAZING! It was the best location I have ever had in a rental. The perfect location made it easy to take midday breaks while we explored Athens. It was easy to come home to relax for an hour in the heat of the day, since the attractions were right there. A few second walk to the Acropolis Museum, 1 minute walk to the Dionysus Acropolis entrance. The view from the rooftop terrace was the best. We loved watching the sunset there. The air conditioning worked great. The facilities in the apartment were good, with washing machine, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc. I would put these as neutral, not negative: -Make sure you watch the video on how to retrieve your keys, as the lock box is across the street. -As in many places in Athens, used toilet paper goes in a garbage can and not the toilet

• Arjun (10/5): Exceptional - Location was amazing. Walking distance from all major attractions. The street outside is buzzing with cafes and the metro station is a stone's throw away. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. There was no luggage storage service. While the hosts, Nasos, was prompt in providing a solution and helped us with a luggage storage service, but it pinched us to spend 20 euros to store 2 bags for couple of hours.
• Diane (9/5): Amazing location/view - We couldn't believe how close this apartment was to the attractions and the view from the terrace was unbeatable. We loved the garden area and the apartment was very clean. Would stay here again. We had some noisy neighbours one of the nights, but not much the hosts can do about that.
