Geräumige Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Man sollte kein Luxus erwarten. Es ist eine solide normale Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Athen.

• Lousina (5/5): Ικανοποιητική μέχρι ένα βαθμό - Τοποθεσία ικανοποιητική εκεί ψηλά, ωραίο που είχε μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, η περιοχή δεν έχει και από τις καλύτερες φήμες αλλά δεν μου έτυχε κάτι περίεργο, το κρεβάτι όμως ήταν απίστευτο, κάνεις καλό ύπνο. Η υπεύθυνη ήταν κατανοητή στην επικοινωνία που είχαμε. Θα έπρεπε να είναι σίγουρα πιο καθαρά δεδομένου το ότι το τσεκ ιν ξεκινά από τις 2 το μεσημέρι. Ήμουν από το πρωί στον Πειραιά και ήταν μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία να περιμένω τόσες ώρες μέχρι να μπω και έπειτα να αντικρίζουμε βρώμικο πάτωμα, όλα τα σκεύη με λίπη κλπ. Διάβασα τα προηγούμενα σχόλια και αρκετοί ικανοποιημένοι και αρκετοί όχι. Το επέλεξα επειδή ήταν σχετικά φθηνή επιλογή αλλά το γεγονός ότι δεν είχε καθαριστεί καλά, θεωρώ πως θα έπρεπε να ήταν ακόμα πιο φθηνή η βραδιά άμα υπάρχει τέτοια κατάσταση στο δωμάτιο. Αν είναι έτσι ,τουλάχιστον να γίνεται νωρίτερα το τσεκ ιν γιατί συμπέρανα ότι γίνεται στις 2 λόγω του ότι θα καθαρίσουν εκεί μέσα αλλά η δουλειά που είχε γίνει οριακά έπαιρνε 40 λεπτά, και γενικά για όλα το διαμέρισμα εκείνο για φουλ καθαριότητα, παίρνει μαξ 80 λεπτά. Η υπεύθυνη ευγενική και εξυπηρετική αλλά λέγοντας ότι θα ενημερώσει τους καθαριστες να κάνουν καλύτερη δουλειά και μετά να αντικρίζεις πάλι το ίδιο, εε νιώθεις ότι σε κοροϊδεύει αρκετά και ήταν κρίμα γτ την συμπάθησα φουλ από μηνύματα.

Всі три апартаменти в яких я проживала з друзями два дні , були заражені постільними клопами. Вони нас кусали і постіль була в червоних плямах від нашої крові. Не рекомендую дані апартаменти. Прошу зняти його з бронювання, щоб інші люди не постраждали.

La casa ci è stata consegnata sporca, escluse le lenzuola e le asciugamani, che erano pulite. In cucina non c'è il necessario per il numero di ospiti.

Les explications pour trouver les clés ont été claires et précises. L'hôte est réactif et cordial. Il est vrai que l'appartement mériterait une rénovation, mais pour le prix, je trouve inutile de tout blâmer! Contrairement à d'autres commentaires, nous n'avons croiser aucun insectes!

• Judy (7/5): Good - An easy walk to the wonderful National Archaeological museum and also to the Pedion tou Areou where I wanted to catch the bus the next day.. The price was very good. The shaky elevator to the 6th floor was a little nerve-wracking. It was not very clean although the linens seemed to be clean. If I had not been travelling alone, I would have been a little more comfortable walking in the neighborhood.

• Cuong (8/5): Very good - A quiet location, close to all tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was simple. These are the positives of the accommodation. However, the apartment was poorly equipped—there were no knives or cutting boards. The bathroom had no lock on the inside, which was very inconvenient as we were three couples staying in the same house. The kettle couldn’t boil water. We stayed here for three nights in winter, but the heater in one of the rooms didn’t work. Anyway, these are just minor issues that can be fixed, and I still rate you 8 stars.

• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment/ Penthouse was great. Situated on the 6th floor with lift. Lovely terrace, air-conditioned all. Very easy to find and easy to check in with all the details that was sent. In the street there are plenty of small shops open till very late and just 30mins walk to monastery square. Parking there are plenty of private garages even in the same street. If you park in street don't park on the side ones for safety reasons. In all we had a great time. We just slept in it cause with all the great restaurants around you don't need to cook. The lift is an only 1 person lift and has no inner doors. But this is something normal in there country. The bathroom needs to have a shower curtain cause everytime you shower the water comes out although there is a galley that collect water you still need to wipe the floor everytime.

Bed bugs all over property had them exterminated on day 2 but they returned in day 4, a real nuisance which is a shame because the property by eye seemed really clean at first glance.

The check-in instructions were really good and clear on WhatsApp. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony. The cleanliness of the room does not meet Nordic standards. You need to be cautious with the shower because the water can get extremely hot at its worst. The shower also doesn’t have an overhead holder. I recommend the owner visit the paint/renovation shop across the street and invest in cleanliness.

Washing machine had no instructions for English speaking tourists. 5. Everything in the kitchen was sticky and dirty. Plates, cutlery, cups, surfaces. We didn't expect to wash all kitchen items before we could eat. 6. Lucky cleaning cupboard was unlocked so we could access enough bedding and 1 towel each. Basically, fending for ourselves. 7. The only lift had a sign stating 2 people only and felt extremely unstable. We were extremely unhappy the advert sounded like it was a holiday apartment. Description of property was misleading, and pictures didn't live up to reality. The location and presentation of the building leaves a lot to be desired.

• Brick (1/5): A disgrace. - I didn’t like anything. There were bed bugs. You can read previous reports which complains about this issue too. We, all got a bad itchy rash/bumps , on both arms, back. I had to spend several hours looking for a pharmacy to get some medications. The bathroom shower had no door or curtain. The silverware was incomplete. The elevator light goes off, so, suddenly you are in a dark elevator. The building main entrance doesn’t lock. Absolutely a disgrace.

• Ellen (1/5): Not recommended at all - Location was not great and the place was not safe to keep our children in. The lift did not even stop on the floor properly and did not have internal doors and was so unsafe. Internet didn't work and bathroom didn't even have a shower screen and was so small the whole thing got soaked. We contacted the hosts straight away as we could not keep our children there for safety and asked for a refund which they did not accommodate. We had to organise accommodation the same day somewhere else to get out. Would not recommend at all.

Good location. -BED BUGS - we found at least 6-7 in the bedroom bed and mattress needs to be changed ASAP. We needed to leave that room and stay in another. -not clean, very very very old facilities like microwave and such. -the shower cable couldn’t be hung on the wall so you need to wash with it in your hand. -there was no floor cloths so that at least we could clean the floor.

Clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more useful items like sharp knifes, pasta strainer, salad bowl, cuttingboard.

• Mika (9/5): Superb - A really nice, clean and comfort appartment, it is a walking distance from the center of Athen (20-30 min walk) and has a metro station close by. You can find different supermarkets,bars, small shops at the area of the appartment.
• Benjamin (7/5): Good - Near the centre, you can walk to the majority of the sites. Excluding the non-functional bedroom door the place was functional with a nice balcony. As others have said the area in the direction of the Omonia metro at night (after 7- 8 pm) is a bit edgy. I asked a policeman in the street about the situation around Omonia at night and he laughed to himself and told us the area is "full of druggies, drunks and prostitutes". I would also add you get few with clear mental health issues. It was like a real life version of Micheal Jackson's Thriller video. After a few days we worked out if we used the metro from the station after Omonia stop which walked to in the other direction to/from the flat,.The area was a lot more normal, and plenty nice places to eat out. Regarding flat itself the real issue for us was the bedroom door would not close. In my mind a bedroom means a room with a bed and a door. A door is something you can shut and open. In this case the doors have expanded, due to moisture etc and would not close. To solve the issue take a plainer, push the door too, see where it catches the door frame and take 3-4mm off the door. It's a 15min job which I offered to do.... Hard to believe the landlord or whoever manages the place does not notice the bedroom door does not close.

• Tamara (1/5): Bed bugs - We had bed bugs!! A lot of it...in whole apartment. We noticed it on 3rd and last night there, didnt sleep, try to sleep in the living room but there are also that bugs! We tried to sanitaze our stuff when we got home today, i hope that we didnt bring that home with us because that is big problem and verry, verry hard to get rid off. We have a lot of bites :( Everyone, please check that in rooms always when you travel - we learned that in hard way.

• Daniel (8/5): Very good - Great value for money, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, easy self check-in and check-out, very responsive and welcoming host. Michael responded to all of our messages immediately and resolved issues as soon as possible. There was a small convenience store located next door on the ground floor which was also very convenient and the Acropolis was approximately a 35 minute walk away. The shower was poor and it was slightly noisy at times. The lift to get up to the apartment felt a bit unstable but we got used to it soon.

• Kristine (9/5): It’s a steal for a short stay! - The apartment is clean and spacious. The host is very approachable and we had an open communication. The bed are comfortable. The AC is a plus coZ it’s very hot in Athens in June. The key system and instruction is very easy to follow. The amenities like kettle, cookies, tea etc came handy. the neighborhood is a little sketchy but we did not get out at night. It’s quiet at night so it’s fine. I wish they provide shampoo and body gel but it’s only one night and we brought our own toiletries. The shower is tiny so you need to be inside the little square so you don’t flood the whole bathroom but it’s not a big deal for us.

• Cathy (8/5): Good value for money, excellent service from host, great location. - Contact with host was excellent, responded quickly & positively, allowed early check-in as we flew in at 4am. Great instructions on how to get there, how to get in & contact during stay when a slight issue with a door was great. Apartment was nicely decorated, ok size but would've been a bit tight if there had been 5 of us as first expected (3 cancelled last min). Balcony was the jewel of the stay though, top floor, so great views & even though slightly over looked, was big & had retractable covers. Could even see Acropolis in distance! Apartment was also very clean. Acropolis & main bars & restaurants all within 20-30 min walk, or grab a 5 day bus/tram/metro card for 8.60€! Were some facilities missing (microwave, teaspoons, spare pillows, shelf in shower etc) which could've improved experience but has been fed back & recieved in good spirit!
