The room cleaning left something to be desired; it was a bit dirty, and there's no elevator. If you have very heavy luggage, you have to carry it up the stairs to the room
• Erick (10/5): I was greeted very nicely and was explained all the comodeties for the room like AC, heater and how to always keep my ro - Very safe and very close to bus stops for transportation, 7eleven, vending machines and other food places; all walking distance no more then 3-10minutes. Also we asked for a nice view because it was our first time visiting Japan and they did just that. We had the TokyoSkytree in the window which at night was an amazing view. I personally like bigger bathrooms but its Japan, all bathrooms are small.

• Horst (8/5): Perfekt für ein paar Tage in Tokyo abseits vom Rummel - Die Lage ist sehr gut. 10 bis 12Minuten zum Bahnhof, Ruhige Lage und netter, sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. In direkter Nähe Raustaurants und grosser Supermarkt. Kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer.

• Sara (5/5): Great area, but use earplugs if sensitive to sound. - I liked the area it's close to Asakusa which is a really nice part of town with loads of shops and reastaurants and the neighbourhood and surroundings were nice. A bit far to the next station but when on the train you are not far from the center. The first thing is the noise. You here all the other people in the other rooms it's like the house is made of paper. If you are sensitive to noise it's not for you unless you have earplugs and good ones. The room is very small and the bathroom is that small that it's hard to dry after showering. The towels are washed with fabric softener so they don't dry you just distribute the water evenly over you. No hand towels and no bathroom floor mat to step on. There were no cutlery in the kitchenette nor dishes. No space in the kitchenette it takes little though to make it better with some shelfs and one that could be used as a table.

• Javier Arteagoitia (7/5): Buen sitio calidad/precio - El precio era correcto, y estaba limpio. La wifi iba mal constantemente. El responsable me facilitó una wifi alternativa, pero ni con esas. Perdía la cobertura cada vez que me movía dentro de la habitación, y la velocidad no era buena.
• Flomo (9/5): Overall an amazing and comfortable yet budget friendly choice ! - The moment upon entry you could smell the cleanliness of the space and indeed it was clean and comfortable the whole 4 days of our stay . ( body just relaxed immediately under the bedsheets with the cleanliness smell and soft texture 😆) We really loved how centric the apartment was as we were able to travel to and from very easily . The host was very hospitable and reliable. The bathroom and kitchen spaces were quite smaller than what we were used to but very manageable . We didn’t quite know as-well as to how to discard apartment rubbish hence had to leave it behind as didn’t have any where nearby to dispose of it . Something to consider perhaps. Very hard to come by a waste bin in most areas of Japan .
• Sheldon (5/5): Nice Location - Host explained where everything was when I arrived which was nice Was able to store food and water in a small fridge in the kitchen area Bed was a little uncomfortable and there wasn't a proper desk I could use my laptop on, other than a very small chair and table Wasn't sure where to put rubbish at first, if it exceeded the small bin in the room. I felt some areas could be just a tad more clean in the bathroom. Not as much space as I was expecting for the price paid, but I think the reason for the price is due to handy location of the stay itself.
• Hurtado (8/5): It was location convenient and practical for sleep and shower - Location was very convenient, in between two main stations connected to central Tokyo and very close to a main street with groceries, restaurants, ATMs… There’s a hob but no space for pans nor cutlery. You need to grab it from the hallway. No dishwasher neither. The kettle’s cable is too short to put it on in the kitchen’s plug. The futon is starting to bend in the middle like making a hole. I did sleep well but wouldn’t do more than 3 nights.

• Haley (10/5): - Host was very helpful and attentive to needs and thorough with facility policies. I booked very last minute and arrived at apartment around 8pm. There is a phone designated to contact them! Location is great! About 15 min walk/5 min car ride to Kameido station. 5 minutes away from grocery store. In a local neighborhood/residence, very unique experience! Room is suitable for a couple and child, unsure of accommodations with multiple children. Floors were very hollow, recommended to book 1st floor for couples with a child.

• Carl (8/5): - Pretty comfortable and cozy room despite its size. My unit also had a view of Tokyo Skytree which was really nice. Small fridge inside the room isn't very cold and the desk and table are really small if that matters to you, otherwise everything else was pretty good for one person.

• Ki (8/5): Wonderful stay. Brilliant host who responded to all requests. Far to walk but spacious room. - Easy check-in with prepaid mobile attached to door. Host answered quickly and came down to greet us and show us to our room. Answered all questions and requests (I.e. cooking utensils). Room spacious for Tokyo and clean. Was able to store luggage at check-out and they have a weighing scale so you can see how heavy suitcases are. The apartment is very far from Oshiage metro station so I wouldn't book if you don't like walking. Also the stairs were quiet narrow. If you have large suitcases request a ground floor room. Would have liked a higher table (all furniture is very Japanese and low level).

• 陈俊豪 (10/5): my feelings - Very quiet place to stay. We used the small phone on the door to contact the administrator. He took us to the room. Communication was barrier-free. There is a supermarket nearby. Convenience store is open 24 hours. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Tokyo Skytree. It takes 10 minutes to walk to JR Kameido Station. It is very convenient. Katori Shrine is next to it. everything is fine

• Christopher (6/5): Budget stay but a bit of a walk away with no bidet. - Accommodation was very affordable and had a stove top, shower, bath, double bed, air condition, tv and mini fridge. A bidet was advertised but was not present. There was not enough soap to shower as it seemed it had not be topped up from the previous guest. The station is far away and you would need to walk 15 minutes to the closest stations.

• Neil (8/5): Good value, clean and with a helpful host. - Friendly and helpful host. He brought bowls and cutlery for us which were missing from the kitchen. The air conditioning was really good to have in a Japanese summer. There was an additional fan in the loft for cooling. The bathroom was small, which was not a problem for us but might be an issue for tall people.
