• Angela (5/5): à éviter - Rien Pas vraiment propre. J'ai trouvé des bouchons d'oreilles des anciens visiteur dans le lit, Des chaussettes salles sous le lit. J'ai des doutes que la literie a été changée. Après la première nuit, j'ai eu des piqures d'insectes sur les pieds, probablement des punaises de lit.
• SING YEE (9/5): - this is our second time staying here, the reason for our return is, the price is a little bit cheaper then hotels and the ammenities are far superior. its like staying in a fully furnished service apartment, complete with kitchen facilities, washing machine, iron, ironing board etc. not to mention the space is definitely bigger than your regular tokyo hotel room. we would definitely stay here again the area around ryogoku JR station is also very conveninet, a lot of restaurants, pharmacy etc we find the mattress a bit too soft, mayb we will try the extra mattress provided in the closet next time

• Maj (9/5): - The property was clean, contactless check-in is straight to the point and quick. The location is fairly close to the metro so we could hop around Tokyo as much as we liked The lock system is not the best. I’d recommend the owner to change it to ADC Smart Access lock system

• Sarah (10/5): Great spot - So easy to check in, and love not having physical keys, just a code to enter the room. The place has everything you need. Elevator. TV. WiFi. Washing machine. The only thing we didn’t love was the location, but that’s not the property’s fault, we knew where it was before arriving obviously. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential, which is ideal for some travelers! There are a few restaurants and shops very close by, so it’s still convenient.
• Lukas (8/5): - Die Lage des Apartments war ruhig, sicher und man konnte alles in tokyo relativ schnell erreichen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen mehrtägigen aufenthalt in tokyo benötigt. Die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können und die Schlafcouch war sehr hart und dadurch nicht gemütlich. Leider gab es auch keine Möglichkeit einen etwas späteren Check-out Zeitpunkt zu vereinbaren.
• Sara (7/5): Buono - La camera è grande rispetto agli standard giapponesi, presenta un balcone e i servizi sono buoni. Ha una cucina spaziosa, con frigo e tutto ciò che serve. Letto e divano letto comodi. La comunicazione è molto efficiente e lo staff molto carino. La zona è tranquilla e vicino c’è un 7eleven e una Frutteria. La pulizia è buona ma si vede che non viene approfondita, c’era polvere negli angoli e al bagno. Il mezzo più comodo per arrivare ai luoghi di interesse è il treno che dista 10 min a piedi, non poco se si considerano le giornate che si passano in Giappone e che bisogna prendere altri mezzi. Abbiamo prenotato 3 stanze da 3 per 9 ma in una mancava il futon e degli asciugamani. Poi ci sono stati consegnati, però queste sono accortezze che sono mancate.

• pao ping (10/5): Ryokoku amazing modern property, highly recommended! - The interior design of the property is really amazing: great color combinations, the compartment of bed and a workspace with sliding door plus the open kitchen really utilizes the space really well. Two of us have had very pleasant stay in this property. We enjoyed the whole house. A suggestion: it would be nice to have ceramic bowls instead of only plastic bowls.

• Alan (10/5): - I loved the layout of the room and how spacious it was for one person. Can definitely fit more comfortably. Bed was very cozy. Some minor marks left on the tables from previous residents but not too big of a hassle. There were bits of the bathroom that were unclean, especially on the rubber seals of the shower door, could use some cleaning or replacing. The drain of the shower clogged around the 5th day of the stay. There were also no fully body towels provided. It was cold during nights and cold mornings but it is natural due to the hardwood flooring and structure of Japanese homes.

My family and I enjoyed our time in the room and the very spacious shower. The room wasn't very clean when we arrived, we found hair everywhere and the dishes weren't clean, as well as the floor. It would have been nice to have a little more room to set the third bed, but we all still managed to fit

• Keith (7/5): Good value apartment for 2 people. - It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it is great for light sleepers like myself. More spacious compared to other options, and unlike other properties, where they will put other decorations that takes up the space of the apartment, they have just enough for you to stay for 2 person. Reasonable price compared to other options There is an elevator, which is one of the few properties I researched has it. Getting into the property was easy since the door was actually unlocked, Japan is a very safe place so I actually appreciate this arrangement. It would be a hassle to go through the 10 pages of ppt guideline they gave you when you have all the luggages with you. All items were provided as advertised. Cleanliness is avg. The floor was dusty, I have vacuumed the apartment and used 3 floor wipes to clean up before settling in. I have stayed for 7 nights, and the shower strainer cover is clogged up after 2 nights and I had to clean up the debris and hair (believe it was from previous tenants). The shower strainer is covered by a small mesh bag, unfortunately, the apartment does not have an extra one and not sure where to buy one, so I had to clean the strainer manually. It was not a good experience. The wooden floor has very poor sound insulation, it was difficult to manage since I was traveling with a 2 year old toddler that enjoys running around. Received a complaint from the management office. I was going to use the the pots and pans to warm up the takeout food, unfortunately I ended up not using them since they are either stained or scratched up. They do not provide hangers and dish detergent.

• Clemente (10/5): - The room offers genuinely spacious comfort. We loved the location—it's a lovely, peaceful sanctuary set just outside the main tourist drag. While you avoid the noise and crowds, you're not isolated; the train station is a quick and easy 10-minute walk, making it simple to hop right into the city center. While the walk is easy, if you have heavy or multiple bags, a quick taxi to or from the station is highly recommended for ultimate convenience. The only small drawback was the lack of a full-length mirror, which would have been a great addition to the otherwise comfortable room.

When we arrived there were no futon in the apartment. We contacted the host about it and they said they couldnt fix it until two days later (basically telling one person to sleep on the naked floor in the meantime). After two days we receive an incomplete but functional futon.

• S.Bl (9/5): Un appartement très confortable pour un séjour de 5 nuits en famille - Un appartement contenant tout le nécessaire, calme et facilement accessible J'ai particulièrement apprécié la fonction séchage du chauffage de la salle de bain, qui nous a permis de sécher nos vêtements rapidement et sans les abîmer après le passage en machine à laver Il dispose aussi de grands espaces de rangement permettant de mettre les bagages de côté et d'organiser ses affaires (pratique quand il faut refaire les valises !) À savoir dans le cas d'un voyage à 4 (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados), la personne dormant sur le futon se retrouve installée dans un lieu de passage (mais ça n'a pas contrarié ma fille)

• Aulia (9/5): Would reccomend to stay here with family, and small group of friends, 10minute walk to Ryogoku station and 15-20minutes - There is a fruit shop just in-front of the apartment and a mini supermarket close by where we can easily get daily necessities and cooked food including roasted sweet potatoes. Shower amenities, towels, and hair dryer, dish soap and 2 small sachets of laundry detergent are provided. The apartment is equipped with a dryer fan in the main bathroom which helped us dry our clothes overnight. Futon is available for 2 people, in this accommodation can fit max. 5 people depending on size. Easy access to lodging floor with an elevator, no problem bringing up your suitcases! Would love if you could provide an iron next time.

• Hannah (10/5): Wonderful place! Would stay again! - It was only a 10 min walk to Ryogoku station and lots of convenience stores as well as restaurants. My sister, husband, and I shared a room, and it was decently sized for 3 people. The staff communicated well. We enjoyed having a kitchen and cooking in the room and the washing machine was definitely a bonus! We have been to Japan 3 times and having so much space and such a nice room was really a bonus! We ended up getting a nasty cold, so being stuck in the room with extra space was really nice. We loved the location also. I think it was a miscommunication, but our towels and sheets were never replaced. We washed them in the washing machine. Once, a blue box appeared outside our door, but because we didn't know what it was, we didn't open it. I think that might have been new towels and amenities, but we were never told about it.

Apartment was not too small but not too big; was able to accommodate 4 adults no problem! Not much negatives outside of the drain needing to be cleared from the shower.

• Yi-chen (9/5): Clean, as described - I was anxious about this unit after reading negative reviews but my husband and I had a positive experience and would say this was one of the best Airbnb stay during our Tokyo trip. The room was spacious, clean and it was as the listing described. I liked the shower/bathroom that had a drying mode, that helped the laundry dry easier and faster. The dining table was good for proper dinning/sitting. Within 10 minutes of the neighborhood was pretty quite, purely residential, so there's not much nearby. The kitchen provided basic needs but I wished they prepared a little more then we would consider a longer stay for next trip. We had two small packs of laundry detergent...but I now think it may be left by the previous guests.... otherwise I would also see dish detergent but I didn't. I just bought one cheap dish soap and hopefully next guest could use it as needed. It's cold winter and one thin blanket would not be warm enough. Good that they at least had an extra blanket and cover on the closet that we could use it to get extra warmth.

The amenities were good, and the host was responsive and helpful. The soundproofing was poor, and I experienced noisy neighbors almost every night. Despite raising the issue, the noise problem was not resolved.

• Justin (7/5): Enjoyed the stay and apartment only let down by the bedding - Location and layout was good and it was clean and quiet The bedding was a bit poor and the bottom sheet kept coming out pillows could have been better I also thought the kitchen utensils should have been enough for two and there was only one bowl
• Cameron (6/5): Nice accommodation with not helpful service. - The bed is comfort, room is good size with washing machine, kitchen and bathroom. We stay there for 2 days and another 7 days after our trip at country side area and come back to Tokyo. First 2 days stay, we get 3 packs of laundry liquid, 2 soap,3 small bottles of shampoo, conditioner ,2 brush. We were happy for that. At the 10 days stay, we get another 3 packs of laundry liquid, 2 soap , 3 small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and 2 brush. We would like to have a bit more laundry liquid from accommodation. However, we got replies was that "Those items are extra items of their supplies, they are not able to get us more, please buy them yourself. " End up we went to a supermarket that near us and bought, toilet paper, laundry power, and shampoo and conditioners. We did not use them all as we had a short stay, and we left all those things at their the accommodation. Least but not least, WIFI is not available in accommodation, please make sure you have mobile data by your own.

• Sanchez (9/5): Excellent accomodation with access to much of Tokyo, in a quiet area and managed superbly. - Location was good, as 3 stations are reasonably close, with access to many parts of Tokyo. Areais mostly residential, so it has many restaurants and it is less touristic, although being close to a few Tokyo tourists highlights. Property is managed very well and offer painless entry and exit. They are professionals on the accomodation business and makes everything much easier. Although the place was clean, I had to do some extra cleaning due to gutter filters. Nothing too difficult or worrisome. There was no cleaning products for the tolilet, so I had to buy my own.
