- Hui (3/5): inconvenient , the door cant close, the key is for difficult to open - The washroom is too small, n not clean The washroom is too small, n not clean n the door key is so difficult to open.
- Joy (10/5): Exceptional! - I liked everything, there's a stove, fridge, and washing machine. TV but we don't watch, heating and cooling working perfectly. Water heater for bathing. Everything is so good 1.2km away from akabane subway station, there's a bus but will cost you 230 yen for just 2 stations because the buses are flat rate and not by distance.

- Lauren (9/5): Very nice apartment - It was very convenient and it was a quiet neighborhood next to very cool nightlife. My friend loved nearby and it's only 3 stops from ikebukuro station. The walk to akabane station is very enjoyable. The bed was comfy and everything was great. I didn't cook or anything. Nothing everything was great
