• EFROSINI (7/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν γενικά καλό και καθαρό. Υπήρχαν λίγες αράχνες, αλλά δεδομένου ότι πρόκειται για ισόγειο διαμέρισμα, είναι κάτι σχετικά αναμενόμενο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και πολύ βολική για τα μέρη που θέλαμε να επισκεφθούμε. Ο χώρος ήταν λειτουργικός και άνετος για τη διαμονή μας. Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με αρκετά μυρμήγκια στο δωμάτιο, κάτι που δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστο. Καθώς λείπαμε όλη μέρα, δεν είχαμε τον χρόνο να καλέσουμε τον ιδιοκτήτη για να έρθει κάποιος να το αντιμετωπίσει. Ωστόσο, θεωρούμε ότι χρειάζεται έλεγχος/αντιμετώπιση του ζητήματος.

• Liybov (10/5): Perfect cleanliness, close to the sea, beach and promenade, attentive staff, everything you need. - I'll start with the check-in. We were greeted with fruit and chilled drinks, there were capsules for the coffee machine in the kitchen, it was a nice little thing. The apartments were perfectly clean. Everything was thought out for a comfortable stay and rest. There are cosmetics, toothbrushes, a washing machine and products for it, an iron, a hairdryer. Everything that was needed. The staff was always in touch and helped with our questions. The location is great. This is a semi-basement room with its own courtyard, where it was always cool and comfortable in hot weather. The beach and promenade are a 3-5 minute walk away. A quiet street, away from the main road. We were very satisfied with our stay! We would be happy to come back again!
• Mariia (10/5): 1-week holiday - The property is on the ground floor which is very good since it gives more privacy, less noise and less heat from the outside. As well, there is a small outdoor area, very enjoyable. The owner was very responsive to any requests for assistance.

• Kyriakou (9/5): To paint the walls! - The walls need painting because there are many marks on them from previous guests. To keep the apartment looking good, the walls should be repainted from time to time.
• Faik (10/5): 10/10 - I have stayed in more than 10 apartments in the Palaio Faliro area but this apartment is the best and most perfect of the ones I have stayed in. They do not force you to use only air conditioning for heating, you can use the heaters, only those who stay in the winter season can understand what this means. The house is clean, the kitchen and bathroom facilities are great. They were very helpful with early check-in. The location is great. If the apartment is available, don't think twice, book now.

• Ana (10/5): Cozy stay for a family with kids - The appartment is very clean and newly renovated. We came with our 3 year old son who slept in the bedroom while we slept on the expandable living room sofa. It was very cozy for us as a family. The host was very nice with us. We had a car and parking nearby was easy. The neighbourhood is peacefull and quiet and there are some nice beaches nearby. Highly recommend!
