Σε δεύτερο χρόνο το κατάλυμα είναι σε κεντρική τοποθεσία σε δρόμο πολύ ασφαλή για τα δεδομένα του κέντρου της πόλης. Καθαριότητα άψογη ! Προτείνετε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Apartment is spacious, clean, well-appointed and quiet. Great bed, plenty of wardrobe space. Balcony overlooks a pretty, leafy street. Great location, next to Syntagma and 10 min stroll to Exarchia.

• Chang (10/5): - The manager and staffs in parking place are nice and helpful. All equipments work well. The location is very good! I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hanging light — clearer instructions would help. Also, the small elevator is quite narrow and feels cramped when used by more than two people.

• Michael (8/5): We had a great time in Athens this little appartment was convenuent to a supermarket for supplies during your stay , a t - Very convenient to everything you need to do in Athen’s , quiet and comfortable We didn’t like the hot water system - you need to press the button a few times a day , otherwise you will have a cold shower - instructions not great on how to work the hot water system , needs to be much clearer .

• Beatrice (9/5): Just beautiful - Everything. The amenities, the details, all beautiful, it’s fully equipped and decorated with high quality furniture. The bed and pillows are especially comfortable. They let us find anything from bathroom essentials to tea and coffee and oil and salt to cook, water, biscuits…. And I could go on. It’s a very special apartment we would love to come back to. I loved the beautiful parquet. My husband loved also the perfect central location, and the super comfy towels. It’s really near a 5 stars experience. They made our trip special. Thanks. We had a minor problem with hot water but very soon resolved.

• Dolores (9/5): It was a very pleasant stay . - Everything was great except the bathtub. We found everything we needed in the appartment. Centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood Although the wc and wash basin were brand new the bathtub was old { but very clean} and rather high ! Not suitable for elderly people. A shower tray would be much safer and would save space.

The outside door was locked and we had no idea how to get in. Thankfully our taxi driver went to the parking garage to inquire and they gave him the keys. Not a great intro to Greece but great after that. Think there should have been a text or note about what to do after hours!

• Bruce (10/5): Perfect spot in the center of Athens on a pedestrian only street - Perfect location near the Parliament Bldg and hop on hop off buses! on a quiet pedestrian street, though there was some bldg repair across from the apartment. Sparkling clean and very efficient apartment with a great king sized bed, speedy WIFI, adorable kitchen and good rain head shower. We were able to store our luggage before check in, welcoming and friendly attendants in the parking garage where you retrieve keys steps away. Cafes very close by. Not very comfortable seating which didn’t matter since we were out sightseeing all day.

Unfortunately there was building work right opposite so we were woken up at 7 30 every morning with loud noise from major building work. Couldn't sit on the balcony with our coffee in the morning as was too noisy and builders were looking straight at us so that was a big negative Unfortunately
• S. (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful design of all spaces. Lovely lighting, furniture, carpeting etc. Comfortable elegance. Perfect to relax and focus during a tough business trip. Had all the amenities you could imagine (I loved the electric juicer). Organic shower extras, chocolates, water and bottle of wine were lovely touches. Communication and key pickup/dropoff easy. Prime location behind the parliament building. Would totally book here again. Construction noise from the building across the street, sometimes they would work at night...Trash collection in early hours also extremely loud...(, Obviously, not the host's fault).
• Rodgers (10/5): Beautiful stay in Athens, away from the crowds. - Very well located. Close to all transport hubs, within very easy reach of the National gardens, museums, parliament building. Watching the changing of the guard was a 1 minute away. Designed with thoughtfulness for the weary solo traveller. Like a home from home. An absolute joy to stay in. Very safe area.

The apartment was adequate but did not have a real living room. We received the keys at the parking garage and returned them there. There was no human contact with the host.

• Julie (9/5): Great stay in perfect location! - Fabulous comfortable apartment in a perfect position close to Syntagma Sq. Very comfortable bed, small but adequate kitchen area, and a small but functional bathroom. It was in a quiet street, and felt very safe. The Kolanaki area is lovely, with tree lined streets filled with lovely eateries and shops. Efi was an excellent host. Everything was great for our 3 days in Athens, the only negative was not having an indoor dining area with proper table to eat at.

• Stephanie (10/5): A comfy apartment in a safe area in Athens - The apartment was clean and in a quieter area next to the luxury shopping street. We liked that it had everything we needed. Even 4 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and wine for us, thank you so much. We ate our dessert and drank our wine on the terrace. There was a washing machine too which we didn’t use but we would have if we were staying longer. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The apartment is an easy 10min walk to the buzzing center of Athens. Efi was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you for everything. None.

The excellence of the service was already patently visible in the highly efficient and thorough preparations for a seamless smooth stay: I was provided with extremely accurate information about the infrastructure and procedures. This made check-in, stay and check-out into an easy, flawless, pleasant experience. The building is brilliantly located on an excellent neighbourhood, on a peaceful street yet just a couple minutes walk from nearby Syntagma square, along with several key public institutions and commercial facilities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, impeccably equipped to the highest international standards, and provided a divine sense of comfort allying the best of upscale hotel comfort with that of a truly homely feel. The accommodation far exceeded my already high expectations. It allies outstanding accommodation standards with practical modern amenities whilst retaining the classical character, charm and privacy of a truly Athenian home. I was met with wonderful delicious surprises to savour in the apartment. That made me feel even more welcome and cherished! Thank you so so much for your kind and outstanding hospitality. • Mcnaughton (9/5): a very good stay in a lovely apartment which is a good base in the city - the property is very well appointed and there is everything you need if you wish to self cater. it is also well placed to walk to the sites in the city and the metro station, and tram station are both nearby. as you are in the heart of the city there is a lot of noise from traffic. also, there is building work going on in the area so if you are a light sleeper this is not going to be suitable for you.

• Mrf22 (9/5): Great Apartment close to Central Athens - Close to the busy Athens area but this apartment is in a beautiful tree lined quiet walkway. Apartment deserves its excellent rating. Easy to get metro to Airport a bonus. Having to leave Athens 🙂
• Julie (10/5): very top notch accommodation in excellent location on quiet street - really good location, less than five minutes to metro to go directly to the airport. very close to centre on quiet street. well thought out apartment with everything you could need. they have gone the extra mile in thinking what a guest would require. smart interiors, nice quality fixtures and fittings and a very comfortable bed. quite spacious for two people and although the kitchen is small, it’s quite functional for a short stay and again, very well equipped. maybe a slightly better table in the corner if you wanted to dine in but fine if you just need a work desk.
