- Guest (7/5): 設備自体は良かったが、トラブルが起こった際どうなるか。 - 設備は比較的新しく、清潔感があった。 冬の滞在であったが、半袖でも快適であった。 1.チェックインする際の説明や配慮が足りないと感じた。今回、チェックインの時間帯が夜であったため、南京錠がどこにあるのか数分分からず焦ったというプチトラブルがあった。写真を用いた具体的な説明があれば良いと思う。 2.宿泊先の地図がアプリによって違う点。このアプリで表示される場所とGoogleマップが表示する場所が違い、混乱を招いた。Googleマップの表示が間違っているので、早急に修正した方が良い。
- Guillaume (5/5): Cheap but gloomy - It was clean. It’s a 3 storied building with flats of the same company in each floor including the ground floor. I had the ground floor -> noisy, no light inside, impossible and insecure to open the window, which had no protection. Inside it’s clean and all new, but also sad and with absolutely no charm. Towels are old and don’t dry well, mattress is thin, no spring-bed, not even a knife in the kitchen, no coffee, tea or oil/salt…
