• Rebecca (10/5): Pleasant and Convenient Stay 😊 - It was a few minutes walking distance from the Hakusan Station, which made it easy to get to the rest of Tokyo on the Mita line. There were also a few restaurants and convenience stores close by if we needed anything. The room was very comfortable and private as well. The only thing I can think of is the noise from the street outside, but that's to be expected being right in the street and close to the city.

• NIKOLAY (10/5): Nice house in the good calm location close to the city Center. Very pleasant host family. - Location is great. The host is very nice, helpful and friendly. They even aloweded me to smoke on they private balcony :) Gave me a tea in the morning and in general treated me like family.

• Popsulfr (8/5): Great "stealthy" accomodation in Hakusan - Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Room was on the smaller side but big enough. Very clean bathroom and toilet. The accommodation is above an Unagi restaurant. We didn't get the opportunity to eat there but that sounds pretty useful to have. Check-in and check-out are completely automated through a website. The toilet does not have integrated bidet. Not a big issue but after a whole trip of using bidet toilets it came as a surprise. Never met the host which is not exactly a negative but just a bit disappointing. But I can respect wanting to keep their private life separate.

• Gregory (8/5): we enjoyed the apartment and the neighborhood - it was an authentic Japanese accommodations. checkout time of 10am is very early and there was no ability to leave our baggage for the few hours before heading to the airport in the afternoon.

• Jacopo (10/5): Delightful stay - Very clean and pretty double room in a quiet area. Located near Hakusan station and University of Tokyo. No meals included.
• Dalilab (4/5): Nice room but the bathroom is shared with family living upstairs - The location is very convenient, close to Hakusan station. The room is nice, cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness is ok. The owners live right upstairs and the 2 floors are connected by shared internal stairs. The room description says "private bathroom" but it is shared with the owner's family living upstairs. The family is nice but really noisy, especially in the evening. The lock at the entrance door is really really hard to open.
