• Sarel (10/5): Convenient place and friendly staff. - Very good location and the owner provides a lot if amenities and products to use. It was a bit difficult to find the place.

• Larissa (5/5): No value for money - The location was great, easily accessible via the Shibuya station. Check in was a nightmare! It took around 30 min for the host to let us in. The price was super expensive for a very basic room with a super tiny bathroom. The stairs to the property was extremely narrow and difficult to fit the large suitcase.

• Fung-ching (1/5): I Would not choose this Shoto hotel again - I could not find the. Hotel nobody find the hotel I like to get refund.
• Vlad (1/5): as a digital nomad and traveler I can say this was the worst stay in the world, worst checkin, worst owner, worst ration - it was clean but very small, very missleading pictures, almost no light (the windows were covered because of some renovations outside) it was the worst check-in process in the world. The owner didn’t gave me the entry code so I had to input my data (which I’ve already sent him) on a tablet that just didn’t work so for like half an hour I struggled to get in, but couldn’t. Eventually the owner gave me the code (which he could have give me before but didn’t want, it made 0 sense). They have some kind of smart lock which at some point started beeping and I couldn’t stop it, I felt like I was in a bad dystopy the owner had a very bad attitude and poor communication abilities the location is right near a pretty busy street so there was a lot of noise at night also i couldn’t use the wasching machine because they didnt have detergent and they didnt provide clear instructions on how to use it the room is very small and basic the bathtub is extremly small i couldn’t see anything outside, the window was covered
