• Kanako (5/5): 先に間取りの確認が必要！ - スタッフさんが素早く対応してくださり、壊れていたケトルや内釜がボロボロだった炊飯器を変えてくださりました。途中でティッシュがなくなった時も置き場所を教えてくださりました。 お風呂の換気口にカビがビッシリだったり、お風呂の換気扇がホコリでいっぱいだったのがとても残念でした。また、構造上致し方ないのかもしれませんが、トイレが独立しておらず、お風呂の出口から、洗濯機、洗面台、トイレ（むき出し）という設定にかなり違和感がありました。家族同士といえど、誰かがトイレを使っているとお風呂にも入れず、朝夕は渋滞エリアになります。洗濯機に乾燥機能がついていますが、殆ど乾かないので風呂場で乾かす感じですが、先に述べた翌日乾燥の状態たからかあまり乾きません。

La situació és molt bona, en un barri tranquil i bastant a prop del metro amb restaurants i botigues de menjar a prop. La cuina molt útil i les instal·lacions modernes. Tot i que no hem vist mai a ningú a la recepció, la resposta per missatge era immediata. Per dir alguna cosa... Faltaven alguns estris a la cuina, com tasses o ganivet petit, i el llit, tot i que hem dormit bé, podria ser una mica més còmode, igual que el sofà.

Chemical garbage like in the building and in the room like Indian curry/ fish very very strong. The stairs are narrow if you have big luggage's not very easy to manage

• Jaak (5/5): Small apartment in unappealing building - It had basic equipment that was sufficient for a short stay and was clean. The high tech toilet was good. The appearance of building is drab and unwelcoming. Apartment is very small. Had no cups or mugs, no knives no tea towels. Uncomfortable bed, lighting had only bright ceiling light, a lamp would be useful. An enormous amount of rules and regulations. The road was shabby. Suitable as a hostel.

• ayaka (3/5): ひどかった - 特にありません。 まず第一は、エレベーターがない。さらに階段や入り口等、入り口から部屋までの道のりが狭すぎて、本当に運ぶのが大変でした。たまたま居合わせた外国人の宿泊客の方が手伝ってくれたため事なきを得ましたが、その方がいなかったら私はスーツケースとともに階段を転げ落ち怪我をしていたのではないかとさえ思います。他サイトで大型スーツケースの運搬をスタッフの方に手伝ってもらったとありましたが、私は依頼しても対応してもらえませんでしたし、事前に部屋が何階なのか問い合わせをしましたが回答がいただけませんでした。客によって対応に差があるようです。 部屋には大きな蜘蛛がいました。自分で外に逃しました。 また、1泊なので利用しませんでしたが、洗濯機は汚くて使いたくありません。 ベッドはミシミシ音がする上に、スプリングが背中に当たるような感じがして、翌朝からだが痛かったです。 バスタオル等を用意してくださっていましたが、なんとも言えない、懐かしい香りがしました。。。 結論としては、もう二度と利用しません。

• Estika (3/5): - L'emplacement pratique pour accéder aux lignes de transport dans un quartier calme et central. Nous étions dans l'appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée avec une baie vitrée non floue donnant directement sur la rue depuis le lit. Il y a un garage à vélo en face, donc du passage. Les serviettes, tapis de bain, et les draps n'ont pas été changés durant les quasiment deux semaines du séjour. Les équipements n'étaient pas très propres, notamment dans la cuisine (tâches, poussière, gras). L'aération de la salle de bain tourne en continu et ne peut pas être arrêtée plus de quelques minutes ; le bruit généré empêche de dormir. La climatisation dégage une odeur de moisissure lorsqu'on active le mode chauffage. Le lit est inconfortable, beaucoup trop fin, et les oreillers fournis sont petits et plats. Il y a de quoi laver son linge mais l'une des deux barres pour étendre le linge propre est placée au-dessus du lit, ce qui est désagréable. L'appartement est aussi mal isolé du bruit, on entend les voisins du dessus (bruit de pas, machine à laver) et les bruits du couloir d'entrée de l'immeuble. Il n'y a personne à l'accueil de l'immeuble pour demander des services, il s'agit plus d'un Airbnb que d'un hôtel puisque les services fournis ne sont pas les mêmes.

Walk up with no escalator to fourth floor. There was another flight of stairs to get to the second bedroom (which was separated from the toilet on the first floor of the room). Wish we had better toothbrush/toothpaste

There is everything needs like microwave, refrigerator, even shaver… However, the staff was unfriendly. There was always no employee in the counter, so I had difficulties whenever I need inquires. Besides, the check-in time is 4pm, but it was not allowed to leave the luggage unlike other hotels. The employ said to put in the coin locker of the station but the locker was full. I had to waste so much time to find other coin lockers with carrying heavy luggage. And it disrupted left of the schedule for a trip… My family didn’t like it.

Yet, it is conveniently located- near to the Hatchobori train station connecting to Tokyo, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants all around. The property manager was hard to contact. There is no elevator. The flight of stairs is very narrow when managing to bring up luggages.

The mirrors were dirty, it looked like there was almost no cleaning after previous guests, I also found some hair in the bathroom. Towels were old and some of them had holes.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment hence bigger family with kids, elderly and luggages… need carry up to 4th floor on narrow stairs and doorway, plus up and down everyday with kids and elderly is not pleasant.

Being vegetarians, it's very difficult to find proper food in a menu in most restaurant in Japan. We need to find a place where we can make simple meals. The location is great. Bus stops are nearby. Going to Tokyo station is much easier by taking the buses that are nearby or walking instead of getting lost in the metro. The room is kind of small but that's understandable. It has no lift (elevator)

Should be mentioned by owner in the email which is the main entrance and how to open it. ・In the email I received, there are numbers to open a key box for our room. But the numbers were wrong. We had to call to get right numbers. As the conection of the phone in their corridor was bad, I asked the person on the phome to send email. She emailed me immediately, we could get in our room. ・Sheets had lints.

Bus stop across the street, Shinkawa 2-chome to Tokyo Station. Multiple convenient store in the vicinity, 7-Eleven, Lawson. Cheap breakfast at Nakau across the street. Have to detour to Shinjuku if want to utilize Odakyu passes such as Hakone Kamakura Pass, Kamakura Pass.

Close to the metro station of Hatchobori and at 20min walking distance from Tokyo Station. It's not manned but check-in info got clearly communicated 1 hour before check-in time. Size is ok (given Tokyo standards). Brown linen are not the best to communicate cleanliness, white would be much better.

It's very spacious by Japanese standards, it has all the necessary essentials plus some extras, such as a drying room for clothes, plenty of hangers, a medical kit in case ever necessary, and even an iron and ironing board.

Facilities were very nice and clean. There were convenience stores less than 2 minutes walk Had to carry our luggage 4 floors up using the stairs. In the property, there were still stairs going up 1 floor to the kitchen and then toilet was downstairs. After the first day, the rest was great. It was really just difficult going up with heavy luggage

We were only there for two nights, but if you were to be there for longer, the kitchen is a bonus. Bathroom and shower really clean and all worked well. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the station and subway so easy to get out or across Tokyo It took us a while to work out how to get into the property- push the door, people, don't pull. We arrived after the reception was closed and were tired after a long journey, and while that is not the fault of the property, the fact that the phone ( for the helpline) on the reception was not working, so we could not get in touch with anyone, did not help us. There are not many restaurants in the very near vicinity. You need to walk up towards the station. It was a bit cramped for us with three people, and was only OK because we were out most of the time . It is great for two people.

• Wei (8/5): Very good - Location is convenient for people traveling between Makuhari Messe and Akihabara. Close to both Lawson and 7-11. Easy to get to from Haneda Airport. Emergency Exit door at first floor should be converted to an Exit-only door. 1st floor entry door opens awkwardly and blocks smooth path to stairs when open. Cannot recommend for people with movement limitations as there are no lifts.

No elevator so you have to carry your suitcases up a small stairwell. Loved the Japanese wash and dryer. Did some light wash over night and dried by next morning. Host was very helpful with check in. We had a late check in but was fine after a brief communication Small stairway

• Haslinda (7/5): Good and Convenient - The place is very quiet especially in the morning. Easily accessible to the bus and train. There are also lots of convenient stores around. There is also a washer/dryer which was a lifesaver for the 4 of us. My kids were roaming around every night around the area. Prior to the trip i had hurt my knee bad. I was limping and struggling all the way. We were lugging our luggages from the train station to the apartment, and then realised we were on the 4th floor. So my son had to carry the luggages one by one up the stairs. Once we reached the apartment, we realised it was 2 storey with a small staircase up the 2nd floor. So we ended up putting all our 5 luggages on the first floor of the apt for easy access.

• Constantin (6/5): Not my best accomodation experience in Japan - Quiet area. Appliances available. Air conditioning. Not very clean. While the floor was sparkling (local obsession) everything else was quite bad: very thick dust on microwave, kettle shelves in bathroom and practically everything above floor level. Long black hair in laundry/bathroom, short curly hairs and dust on bedside table, bed linen had an odour, a couple of stains, didn’t feel fresh. Bed not comfortable with a very poor mattress, pillows really bad, almost no filling, had a terrible sleep. Only one small cup and no towel for dishes. Poor communication with hosts in anticipation of arrival asking for copy of passports by email (?) which didn’t feel secure; I know that Japanese law requires passport “details” not photo but not by email. Didn’t feel comfortable with this. A bit of walking to metro ~10 min and 25 min to Tokyo Station. Not much around the area in terms of restaurants and good grocery stores.
