• Andal (9/5): - Spacious rooms that can accommodate big families. The stairs are too steep. Big luggages can be very difficult to carry to the second floor. But overall stay is great.

• Riza (10/5): - The location worked out perfectly for us! It was close to everything we wanted to see, and having a train station nearby made getting around super convenient. Being right between two 7-11s was a fun bonus, we loved that! All the essentials were provided, and the space had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay at this rental again! The beds squeak but not bad at all.

• Melody (10/5): Great stay for my - I loved the size of the bedrooms and the number of bedrooms. The living area and kitchen were great. The washer and dryer didn’t really work - it didn’t get the clothes to smell good and didn’t dry.
• Ssingh (7/5): Good but Improvement Needed - The location is great. Within walking distance to 3 different train stations, it made it so much easier to explore. The 7Eleven and Family Mart is within 2 minutes walk. All the rooms had enough beds that met our requirements. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body soap so we did not have to buy any. Wi fi was great. There is no dryer provided. We ended up using a commercial laundromat down the road. The washing machine only washes and spins but does not dry. No tea or coffee provided either. Only one wine glass. All remote controls and information provided is in Japanese (as expected) but an English information sheet would be great for those who cannot use translating apps. Though smart TV, it does not work even if you try to login using your details. Steps to upper floors are really steep. No brooms or dust pan provided for guests to cleanup after themselves. Kitchen space very narrow. Only one person can fit in at a time.

• Alison (5/5): Good location, grimy hostel like accomodation - The location was great. The neighbourhood seemed quiet and nice enough. A short walk to Shinjuku Subway and JR. The water pressure was good in the shower. The kitchen sink was clean The house is two apartments. One apartment downstairs with two bedrooms and one apartment up a steep flight of internal stairs which has three bedrooms. We booked for two families of four people. The kitchen had loads of wine and shots glasses ( not needed by us) but not enough cutlery for eight people. The kettle would not turn off once boiled. There was rubbish under the kitchen bench and beds from previous guests. The floor was sticky and the walls and flooring had visible black mould. The floor under the dining table bounced when you stood on it and appeared to be held together only by linoleum, another bedroom had a large piece of plywood hammered on top of the floor and the second bedroom had a hole in the floor. I tried not to imagine what could crawl up into the hole in the middle of the night! I attempted a load of washing but almost vomited when I opened the washing machine to find handfuls of hair and lint in the rubber seal. I would suggest this place only if you like a hostel vibe and you plan to spend very little time in the apartment. The photos make it look much better than it is!
