• Elisenda (7/5): Correcte - L’allotjament es correcte i molt ben situat. No hi ha soroll, es mont tranquil. No ens havia arribat el link i no sabíem quin pis era en el moment d’entrar però ho van solucionar . No parles amb ningú directament i no sempre les respostes son àgils i ràpides . No hi ha posibilitat de deixar les maletes despres de deixar l’allotjament.

Fit for my family everyone likes I like it but would be better to have water bottle & coffee refill everyday of stay Toilet & Bathroom is a bit small, Water goes everywhere

• Julia (4/5): Świetna lokalizacja, jednak lokal z grzybem... - Lokalizacją bardzo dobra. Grzyb w łazience. A bylismy z malutkim dzieckiem... Materac się zapadał, ponieważ łóżko było zepsute. Bardzo ciemne mieszkanie, właściwe tylko na nocleg, tak to ciężko posiedzieć i odpocząć.
• Aurélie (6/5): Emplacement, idéal mes équipements à revoir, ainsi que le nombre de personnes accueillis - La situation géographique est exceptionnelle au pied de l’acropole, le quartier est agréable et la Rue est très calme. Les explications n’étaient pas claires pour récupérer les clés. Nous nous sommes donc trompés d’appartement et sommes tombés dans un autre appartement en travaux! Sous les lits, il y avait des briques pour tenir la structure car il était cassé, appartement, vendu pour six alors qu’il n’y a absolument pas la place ni les équipements, dès le départ, il y a eu un problème avec la douche et son pommeau et des fuites, il n’y avait pas de rideau de douche. L’agence très réactive a fait venir quelqu’un et a fait le nécessaire.

• Patrick (8/5): - The location and the value are fantastic. Very close to the Acropolis and restaurants/shops. The overall building could be cleaned up. The hallways leading to the apartment look a little sketchy. The bathroom in the apartment could use a little TLC.
• Smriti (1/5): Do not book! - The room is not as advertised, and we’re unable to stay there—especially after noticing the warning sign near the entrance. The listing shows windows with natural light, but the actual room is located two floors below ground level. There is a warning sign near the door that reads “Do not enter after this point.” The property is listed as a 4-star apartment, yet we were informed that the geyser must be turned on 30 minutes before use, which is unacceptable—properties with even lower ratings typically offer better facilities. The room has a strong, unpleasant odor. The property refused us cancellation and refund in spite of this. We had to book a last minute expensive hotel since this was unlivable.
• Jean-Philippe (5/5): Appartement un peu vieillot mais très bien si on ne fait qu'y dormir. - Proximité de l'Acropole et des restaurants, quartier calme. Facilité pour récupérer les clés dans une boîte à clés (explications très claires fournies sous forme de vidéo). Très bonne literie. Cet appartement est situé au bas d'un immeuble et donne sur une cour intérieure à la végétation un peu "sauvage". Il est assez "vieillot", plutôt sombre et un peu retapé à la va-vite, mais nous a convenu car nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit (et la literie est d'excellente qualité). Pour un séjour plus long, ça aurait été moins agréable, d'autant plus que les possibilités de cuisiner sur place sont réduites au strict minimum.

W rzeczywistości w apartamencie panował pół mrok nawet przy wyłączonym oświetleniu. Po wejściu do apartamentu wyczuwalny był smród dymu papierosowego, w doniczce pety.

• Roman (10/5): - I would like to share my impressions of this house: The location is about a 3.5-hour drive from Athens. The house is right on the waterfront in a small village, with direct access to the sea. Just 50 meters away there is a quiet, natural beach with medium-sized stones that are not sharp, so you can enter the water without special shoes. Within walking distance you will find several good restaurants and local taverns, as well as the opportunity to buy fresh fruits and vegetables every morning from local farmers. The house itself is very well designed and equipped with everything you might need. The interior is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It feels less like a typical tourist rental and more like a real home with a soul — and I think the hosts have truly succeeded in this. Everything was also spotlessly clean, down to the smallest details. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

• Alberto Baudille (8/5): Una casa anni '30 a due passi dall'Acropoli! - Posizione fantastica. E' in assoluto una delle case più vicine all'Acropoli! si può parcheggiare in strada senza problemi. La zona è tranquilla e apparentemente sicura. Molto vicina anche la stazione della metro Acropolis. Nei messaggi i gestori sono cordiali e disponibili. Aria condizionata efficace. L'appartamento è nel basement della casa, dunque è poco luminoso. La seconda stanza da letto è molto piccola. Il bagno meriterebbe qualche intervento (manca il supporto del soffione doccia, lo scaldabagno perde, la ventilazione e l'illuminazione sono scarse).

• pasquale (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per posizione. - Ottima struttura vicino all acropoli e a plaka. Da lì si può visitare tranquillamente tutta la zona anche passeggiando. Ottima la vicinanza con l uscita della metro Acropoli per chi arriva dall aereoporto. Consigliato per viaggi brevi.
• Michael (8/5): our stay was very good; the location was superb and there is an abundance of amenities near by. - Communication with the host was excellent and they were available immediately. Directions regarding the key collection were very clear and precise. There are some details that could improve such as the shower curtain. Also, they were very few toiletries.

• Astrid (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely great Location and great price!! we were right under the acropolis and right next to the Acropolis Museum! walk out to many shops and restaurants! we loved our stay there. The bathroom facilities need improvement. No shower door.

• Abbie (7/5): Wonderful location and plenty of space for 6! - Location couldn't have been better! The AC worked wonderfully and helped us cool off during the hot days. Plenty of towels, sheets, pillows. Staff was quick at communicating with us and providing information. It was a little dirty. There was no hair dryer provided like it states in the apartment amenities list.

• Lewis (7/5): Well located but a bit dingy - Very well located, and reasonably large. Had the basic necessities for a short stay as well as a kitchen Shower wasn't great as the head just blasted straight forward instead of down at you and you had to faff with turning on tbe water 25 mins before getting in. Also the aircon remote was dead and they said they'd leave batteries but I didn't see any. Rooms were at lot darker than the pictures suggest as its kind of underground and the windows are shaded by buildings even in the bright of day
• Pri (5/5): An unbeatable location near the Acropolis with responsive hosts, but the apartment itself needs care - The location is impeccable- you're literally under the shadow of the Acropolis. That also comes with the advantage of being closed to great restaurants and shopping streets. The hosts were also super responsive- we even purchased a late check-out from them for a reasonable amount. The bed broke on us. The bathroom has a weird layout. Overall, the whole place could benefit from a little love and care.
• Christos (7/5): Great Location - very spacious for a family of 5, well equiped with microwave toaster kettle coffee machine and a laundry machine! Lots of down stairs and with a stroller it is a little difficult, the bathroom was missing a curtain rod so the water would not wet the floor every time somedy was taking a shower!

• Zyanya (7/5): Great location, needs a whole new bathroom - Location was amazing and communication with the host was good The bathroom was terrible- dirty, floor was permanently flooded (even before we had used it so I got wet feet the first time I went in, the water just pooled in front of the toilet and never went away, not sure where it was coming from which was gross to think about). And worse, the toilet couldn’t flush down solids, not even toddler sized ones!

Had to hold shower head while showering, no curtain or screen, no shower mat, so water all over bathroom floor. Such an easy thing to resolve. Ceiling fan only in second bedroom.

• Kraptis (8/5): A pleasant cosy apartment in central location... near the Acropolis - Excellent location, close to the Acropolis museum amd the pedestrian street of Dionysiou Areopagitou, in the beautiful margins of Koukaki neighbourhood. The two bedroom apartment was cozy and pleasant, with a plain though spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary capsules) and a small clean bathroom with renovated utilities. The master bedroom was very comfortable with king-size bed, good quality linens. However, the second smaller bedroom had a less comfortable bed. The apartment is in the basement of the building. Something that we didn't understand from its description in its booking page. However it is in the ground level of its backside courtyard and it has immediately access to this small pretty garden...
• Subir (5/5): Location is good - The location is good and the rooms are spacious. The checkin and checkout as very smooth. the rooms is quite clean and all the basic amenities are available. The rooms are not comfortable. Basically it seems to be that the rooms are in the basement, not airy at all. Its a quite old building. After entering the apartment we need to go down couple of level to reach the rooms.
• Natalie (8/5): Lovely cosy apartment close to many sights of Athens, clean and comfortable - Great proximity to everything you may want to see in Athens-and the metro. Bug spacious master, second bedroom a large bed. clean and comfortable. The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain was hard with 4 people and one bathmat to keep a dry floor. Also the shower head you have to hold while showering which isn’t easy for hair washing or shaving.
• Kristina (10/5): Lovely, spacious apartment near Akropolis! - Lovely and spacious apartment, just a few minuets walk from Akropoli metro, Akropolis and Plaka. Calm area and comfortable beds. Staff was wonderful and attentive, answered messages fast. Would absolutely recommend! Everything was great.

• Laura (10/5): Great location, more than enough space, and great management. Super recommended! - The location of this property is excellent, you can walk to all the touristic sites, and if you are interested in booking any tours there are several ones leaving from locations really close to the property, or even right outside the apartment. The management was really kind and super responsive to our questions, and booked transportation for us to and from the airport. The apartment has plenty of space, it has a washer, a coffee maker, hair blower, among others. We arrived at 9:00pm the first night and went out to explore, there are plenty of restaurants and it is very safe to walk around. We would absolutely book this place again in future trips to Athens. The shower doesn't have a door (this is normal in some countries so it is not surprising) but it makes a bit of a mess, so you have to be careful to not let water spill too much over the bathroom.

• Alexandra (9/5): Splendid location, near to Acropolis. - There is a self check -in and -out system which works great there. The location is the best, it is really close to the Acropolis. The flat is a bit dark, but it is newly-renovated and modern.

The host gave us detailed instructions on how to reach the location, we did check in advance and key retrieval was easy. They were available for questions and comments. A piece under the bed gave up under my weight. Host was responsive and came and solved the issue. So in the end we were ok.

• Attila (8/5): Perfect for sleeping - Its location is perfect. Everything is very close, yet in a quiet street. Although the key is in a cassette, they didn't tell us the code, instead we waited for almost half an hour in front of the gate. After a long journey, this is not very comfortable. Some of the rooms overlook an extremely neglected courtyard. The view from the second bedroom is even worse. This is not a big problem because we only used the apartment for sleeping anyway.
