• SIOW CHENG (10/5): - Great location—just a few minutes’ walk to the Ginza Line station. The unit is equipped with complete kitchen and bathroom amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, and all necessary tableware. Highly recommended for a family stay.

• TSUNG TA (9/5): - 地鐵站一分鐘的路程，而且有電梯，行李和推車很方便，距離淺草走路10分鐘內，洗衣服還有可以攜帶的wifi，還有小孩超喜歡的上下舖，真的是超高性價比

• Takako (4/5): かなり残念でした - 最寄り駅や観光地が徒歩圏、エレベーター完備でロケーションは完璧。 施設自体は比較的新しい。 清掃が甘く、水回りや寝具、床に髪の毛が落ちていて、着いてすぐ掃除機をかけました。 便座の汚れ、浴室のピンク汚れ、食器のべたつき等、清潔感がなく安心して過ごすことができませんでした。 清掃道具や備品などが雑然としていてがっかりしました。

• Michael (6/5): Great for families, great value, but quality not best. - Owner was very nice! I would suggest removing the large bed. Also the place was a bit cluttered. Although it is an incredible value for a family!
• Muhammad (10/5): Great Utilities Alongside The Great Location - The utilities of the place were great. It had really good internet, a nice washer, good toilet, a kitchen area, and even a balcony to dry things in the summer. Amazing utilities that you could not get at a regular hotel. And of course, the location is great, close to the Ginza line, a couple of convenience stores, and some laundromats. Not a specific gripe about the place, but note that spaces in Japan are relatively small, especially for Westerners. This place is no exception, but it was roomy enough for the two people who were on this trip.

• Nik (7/5): For the price i pay, just OK. - Very close to metro station (less than 100 mtr). 7-11 & coins locker nearby. House is clean and have all the thing you need. Check in & check out was smooth. I have the impression someone lives there and only vacant the unit whenever there’s guest. Lots of unnecessary stuff.
• Kana (8/5): Great location, nice building and responsive host! - Newer building with an elevator which was really helpful with so much luggage and my elderly mother! Host was very responsive. Location was so convenient and less than 2 minutes from closest train station... It was a smaller room which was fine for a small family but perhaps too tight for friends or people you don't know really well!
• Kok (10/5): Good location to stay - The location is near by metro subway. Located have a lot of food and convenient store No drink water supplies in daily.

• Devi (6/5): Excellent location, basic room. - Excellent location, close to public transport and shops/restaurants. Plenty of supply provided. Air condition worked well. Room was quite cluttered with a lot of things. Bed on the top bunk was thin and uncomfortable (though the other two beds - the bottom bunk and the double bed - were okay).
• Joshua (1/5): Do not stay here. You have been warned! - Absolutely nothing. I warn you, do not stay at the property. I lasted 30 mins in there. The cost was $700AUD for 3 nights. The place is full of crap, the “mattress” is so thin it’s like concrete on the bed. The outside screen door has fallen off so you can not secure the property, no proper bed sheets and they were not that clean. You can’t use the aircon correctly because the sliding door doesn’t close and seal so you will hear outside noise all day and all night. Owner would not even give a partial refund
