Майте на увазі, що, бранюючи номер, ви не знаєте який саме вам дістанеться. Бо ми бранювали з балконом, як еа фото. По факту отримали балконі, але брудний, більш схожий на технічну кімнату, на який, до того ж, заборонено було виходити

• エドワルド (1/5): - As várias vezes que estive em tokyo foi a pior experiência, o vaso sanitário estava entupido, entrei em contato com o proprietário e mandaram o serviço de limpeza, pensei que tinham desentupido, mas na próxima vez que utilizei, continuava entupido. Entrei em contato de novo e pediram para mandar um vídeo de como estava a situação, mandei o vídeo e não responderam. O banheiro é tudo junto, chuveiro, vaso sanitário e a pia, e não tinha cortina no chuveiro, o que molhava todo o banheiro quando tomava banho. E o apartamento é muito velho. Não pretendo nunca mais me hospedar nesse local. Foi uma experiência horrível.

• Humberto (1/5): Cleaning fees are hidden to show up in search results as a good deal. - The house is spacious and location is not bad. Cleaning fees are more than 2x the stay. Property is gaming Booking's search so that you can find it as a "deal" price but when you pay it, you paid a lot more. Also, way too many threatening messages everywhere in the house. If you do x, y, z, you'll be charged. It makes you few very unwelcomed.

• Martin (6/5): IT WAS GOOD BUT NOT AMAZING - The room was spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids). The location was nice and close to food areas and convenient stores as well as the Nishi-Shinjuku Station. You could also walk to the main Shinjuku area, but we had young kids, so it was easier for us to catch the bus in which was maybe a 7-10 minute bus ride. I personally think the room would have been so much better if it was kept up to date and had some new utensils & furniture. We stayed in 201. The room was abit outdated. Don’t get me wrong, it was still a good stay, however, some things definitely needed to be cleaned more. The decorative cushions and bed liners definitely gave our little one bite marks, cause we noticed after putting it to a corner and made sure she didn’t touch it, she was okay. The balcony had dirty water pooled into one corner and looked like it hasn’t been used for sometime so we pretty much didn’t use it unless we were hanging up our washing. The kitchen had everything we needed but it was giving “well-overused vibes on the utensils”. Aircon was okay but not amazing. Our last few days were very hot so we needed it to fill the room, but the highest fan setting barely done anything. Maybe it needed a filter change cause we noticed towards the last day it started dripping water.

• B (6/5): Pleasant - The amenities provided was excellent. There is ample space for a couple or family with a couple of kids. Warnings everywhere to stay quite. We din't choose a quite neighborhood, they choose 1 to built a hotel. And the toilet is a let down. Warnings to penalize if it gets blocked but throw in a couple of tissues and u will have a blockage. Btw the key is not in the letterbox..its literally in a lock shaped container which is locked to the railings next to the basement. Maybe its a language barrier interpretation. Anyway, its good enough for a couple of days.

The air conditioner did not work enough to heat up this room since it had so many big windows and the air conditioner unit was not big enough. Also, the shower kept getting very cold for a few minutes so I had to get out of the shower, and it took another few minutes to get warm enough to take a shower; this happened several times during my 10-minute shower, so don't expect to take a long warm shower in the winter months.

• Kevin (3/5): This facility is not like the pictures and is tired and worn - The facility was relatively clean and there was a fairly roomy balcony off the kitchen. The beds were clean, huge and comfortable This property is not at all like the pictures. The entry hall is dark and it is hard to find the lock. The elevator works but the facility is worn and tired. The doors are all scuffed with large black marks as if someone fought to move furniture in. Door handles were loose. The entrance area is beaten, just beaten. At the entrance is an enormous swinging chair which is broken with tape trying to hold it together and a sign saying basically don't sit. The toilet seat is loose and missing a nut to hold it in place. Plus it is an old seat. This is Japan, the land of high tech 'washlet' seats, this was tired, an outdated joke. The equipment in the kitchen was cheap plastic 100yen store and very very basic. The kitchen was clean but was equipped below basic. There was nowhere apart from outside to sit to eat so why bother with a kitchen that has three plastic cups, three different glasses and only two plates, two bowls and a single pasta plate. The place was littered with threats of fines for noise, cigarettes, cleanliness breakage. The neighbors hate the facility and are eager to complain to guests who stay there. It was awkward and unpleasant. We will never book this facility again. I have run my own hotels and B&Bs and this lacks all pride and sense of value or care to the guests. It would take so little to make this facility worth returning to, but the owner obviously does not care and it is reflected in the venue, though not in the pictures. I took pictures of the venue as I was appalled. Do not stay here. There is far better value in Tokyo.
