• Joseph (9/5): - Excellent place. Hosts were very responsive. Two rooms with a separate small kitchen area. There is a fridge with small freezer compartment. Unfortunately the air conditioners are limited to 24 degrees which is not cool enough. If there will be a limit it should be limited to 22 degrees C. Additionally, the hot water heater must be turned on manually and takes approx 15 minutes to heat up the water before it is useable. This is for sustainability reasons but can become a bit of a challenge if needing hot water right away.

• Timothy (10/5): great value for a really nice 2BR in the heart of Athens. - This is a great two-bedroom flat in a very quiet, upscale part of Athens near the Acropolis within easy walking distance to all major sites. One of the bedrooms has doors onto a narrow but very charming balcony with a small table and two chairs. Our hosts were easily reachable and even left us a bottle of wine and homemade chocolate cake! Everything we could possibly need was provided for. The living area/kitchen is very small but that wasn't a big concern as we were hardly in the apartment. Highly recommended! It was also much more nicely decorated and outfitted than the typical bare-walled airbnb-type rental. The beds were very pretty and the bedding top-notch.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I felt was missing was some comfortable seating. Not a major issue though as we were hardly there!

Very convenient to visit historical sites and move around Athens. - The flat is very conveniently located within a few minutes walking distance to the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis. Our host Haris provided us with information on where to visit in Athens, restaurant recommendations, maps, and cab bookings which made our visit most comfortable. We appreciated the nice touch of a freshly baked cake and rose wine left for us by Haris at the flat.

• Nina (10/5): Fantastic Stay - Me and my parents stayed at Modern flat next to Acropolis Museum in April for 4 nights, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Communication before arrival was very nice and helpful. Check-in process was very easy. Host was very friendly, attentive and responsive to any inquiries or requests. Even if we haven't met the host, we felt very well taken care of. From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we were happy with cleanliness, comfort, and charm. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. In addition we were greeted with bottle of wine and super delicious chocolate cake. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to Acropolis and nearby attractions, transportation, restaurants, and grocery shops. Despite being centrally located, the apartment and neighborhood was remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment was lovely in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Athens.

Good restaurants within walking distance (4-5 min), mini markets 2-3 min walk - what more do you need. Haris is great as a host, contact via Whats App super. Has also organized us the transport to the airport with 1A driver at a fair price (At this point, our thanks and greetings to Panos!! 👍). Nothing to worry about!
• P (9/5): Quiet apartment in excellent location - Quiet apartment on third floor with elevator Lots of maps and information Host responded very quickly to all texts Very close to Acropolis museum Funny story: the old style elevator had doors that had to be closed manually. Several times we forgot that and would be standing waiting for the elevator to move :) Eco settings made hot water run out fast so had to learn to take shorter showers
• Maija (10/5): Excellent location and clean apartment - The location was perfect for us. It was very easy to walk all the places we wanted to go. Metro station was also close to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and Haris was very friendly and helpful. We had great four days in Athens.
