• Adeline (10/5): - Perfect location. We walked everywhere. There are so many options for places to eat and shop. The apartment is fully self contained and we even cooked some of our meals. The coffee machine was an added bonus too. The windows are very thin in the lounge room so if you don't like loud noise then maybe this is not for you because there is a bar/jazz club downstairs and the music plays really loudly and the windows don't block much of it out. We enjoyed it though but sometimes we just wanted to rest.

• jorge alberto (7/5): Excelente Departamento. Dificil acceso. - Buena ubicación, el Dpto excelente. amplio, renovado, como se muestra en las fotos, todo funcionaba muy bien. Si bien había música abajo hasta las 23 hs. O un poco más, no era desagradable. Es una zona muy concurrida por lo que es esperable que haya bullicio. Fue muy estresante llegar, sin saber el código de seguridad, que nadie te espere, depender de los vecinos del edificio para poder entrar y no quedar en la calle con todos las valijas. En nuestro caso, nos quedamos sin señal en el ferry, dependiamos exclusivamente del celular , y no lo podiamos usar.. Del anfitrión, no.opino, ya que no lo conocimos. El candado con clave es muy pequeño, los números son cromados del mismo color que el resto, lo que dificulta la lectura del.mismo. Necesitamos usar la luz del celular para poder poner la clave. Un solo juego de llaves y una sola tarjeta para la luz, en el.mismo llavero e inseparables entre ambas, Éramos 4 personas, por lo que debíamos movernos en bloque.

• Kerrie (10/5): - Location in Athens to all the historical sites,restaurants, metro,supermarkets, etc. Communication with host; safe ,secure, private entry; well thought out renovated unit with everything you could need, including a new large fridge, air conditioning, washing machine. Lift to upstairs unit. Quiet nights after lively music downstairs stopped at about 11pm. Firm Big bed was a bit uncomfortable for a long stay;

• Christopher (8/5): Great location - but not for young families - Reasonably-sized apartment in an exceptionally convenient location: where the ruins meet the shops and restaurants. Apartment itself was well-furbished with dishwasher, washing machine etc. Communal access stairwell was quite seedy and the flat below is still under construction. The bar on the ground floor played live music (seemingly the loudest in Athens!) until after 11pm every night, and then the nearby bottle-bank was emptied between midnight & 1am. Not a problem if you're a night-owl, but not ideal if you have kids and want an early night.
• Simos (9/5): - excellent location! right in the centre. the property's excellent location is also a little bit its weakness, as you can hear the noisy during day time from the busy streets. but no problem with noise during night time.

Leider war es teilweise nicht so sauber, die Dusche und unter den Betten sollten schon alle Haare etc. entfernt werden. Unten im Haus gab es eine Bar mit Livemusik, jeden Tag bis 24:00 Uhr. Das sollte man als Familie berücksichtigen.

• Badano (8/5): Cómodo - Estaba limpio y ordenado. Es un departamento completo y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente y Athanasios es muy atento El wifi no anda, a pesar de que se lo reinicie constantemente. Por la noche hay un café abajo del departamento que toca música fuerte hasta las 12 am. A nosotros no nos molestó porque estuvimos todos los días fuera, y volvíamos a las 11 pm aproximadamente
• Angela (9/5): Athens at your doorstep - Great location in the heart of Athens. Local restaurants, retail shops are all at your fingertips. Museum and local attractions are all within walking distance or short trip by Ktel or taxi. I love that if I want to have a simple night in with a live show I simply have to shop at the supermarket downstairs and open my window to listen!

• Nikos (9/5): Great location and flat- bit noisy in late evening. - Great location and very comfortable spaces- we are a family of four and had rooms to sleep and a separate bedroom. The TV had access to internet and the children enjoyed youtube. The property had a good kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher which was a first from all the spaces we stayed. The hosts were very amenable. The location is very convenient near Acropolis and all the Athens sightseeing. The flat is at an appartment block where at the ground floor is a bar and up to 11.30 it was noisy with live music. The music stopped at around 11.30 at night but if someone wants to sleep earlier it could be a problem. The second bedroom had some peeled paint but this did not affect us. The entrance of the block is a bit neglected.

• Sally (10/5): This apartment was absolutely perfect for our 2-night stay in Athens. Look no further. - Apartment was clean and tidy, and had everything you need. Location was perfect, very central, easy access to all attractions. Great communication with owners. We LOVED this property. Just a heads up to families with small children, there is a restaurant downstairs with live music until 11:30pm.
• Melwarb (8/5): Very good - Location. It was perfect to shop, eat and return with ease. The lift as suitcases and stairs would have been a nightmare. Close the great shops and all conveniences. Great for a three night stay, good communication from host. One key why also ran apartment electricity! Family of 5 coming and going this was not convenient. We worked out the buzzer system to enter so this helped but information in the Unit on this would have helped. WiFi terrible, switched off all the time and not strong enough to connect to Netflix, not that you could hear the TV while band music downstairs was on. Loved the bar thankfully and we were not early to bed.

It - Centrally located and excellent facilities with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable Shower cleanliness but it was ok. Everything else was neat and very tidy
• Patricia (3/5): Disappointing - Location and size of the apartment was great. Elevator was also a bonus in the building. Having one key was an issue travelling with our sons especially at night. The apartment needed TLC, paint was peeling, lounge and bathroom were not the cleanest and WIFI was non existent. Live music down stairs was quite loud at night.
• Jody (8/5): Close to everything! - Amazing location so close to everything! Great fit for our family of 5. The WiFi is not great. The key has to be plugged in to make the electricity work so my wife and I could not leave and go for a date and have the kids stay there because we wouldn’t be able to get back in the building or they would be without power. Not ideal. Also noisy from restaurant below but it is right in the heart of the city.

The location is perfect, just next to H&M on the Ermou Blvd, and Ab supermarket. The hostess was wonderful and helpful. We would definitely come back Please don't worry about the entrance to the building, that's the charm of the apartment...

• Annacohen (10/5): Very nice apartment in the center. Great communication with a host. - It is a very nice big apartment with all the needed facilities, even a washing machine. One room is more quiet than the other. Air conditioner in every room. Close to Monistiraki metro station, in the middle of the city. We connected well with the host - answered all our questions about the place and more. We received a water and wine compliment. The apartment has only 1 key, so the operation for 2 separate families is problematic. Though there is a video intercom, that can help to open the door from inside

Host did follow up and advised that there was a technical issue on one day. Host also advised that we could get alternative free wifi access outside our accommodation which did not use.

• Arnold010 (7/5): Good place to stay if your group goes to bed late. - It is a spacious apartment centrally located in Athens. Best suited for a group that is outside in the evening. Most nights there is loud live music until 23.30, on Friday night the music stopped at 4.15. The paint is peeling off in some places. The toddler bed and sheets smelled like cigarettes. The WiFi is poor. Instructions on how to get inside are only provided after arrival.
• Shaun (8/5): Very good - The Unit was great and the location to walk, shop and restaurants was perfect. I DID NOT LIKE having music playing every night from 6 pm till 11.30 pm (was supposed to go till 11 pm) that amplifies and mics and speakers up the small alleyway to the main bedroom. Even with the TV on Full bore, we could still hear the music. We booked for 9 nights (stayed 7) with the owner reimbursing the 2 days as we had to move somewhere else to get some sleep before leaving for Grease. After walking around and been sightseeing all day all you want to do is get back and relax. I know the location is great but it needs to be clear in the advertising of the music playing every night.
• Chen (1/5): Terrible check in experience - location Problematic check in with the host asking for passport documents one day before travelling which did not leave our group enough time. I told the host to send the check in information to my friend's email since I was about to board a plane and they are arriving earlier, host failed to do so and my friends waited outside for 5 hours in the rain. One of the rooms did not have a door. The music downstairs was really loud until past midnight.

• Colleen (6/5): Nice location - no working internet within the apartment. - The location was nice and the apartment was very clean. We had difficulty because the lockbox was broken but the host was responsive and worked out a solution quickly. The internet only worked while sitting in the hall so it must not be a dedicated line. My husband had to sit in the hall to check in with his office. Also, we wish we would have known that the apartment is directly above a bar/restaurant with loud music until midnight.

• A (10/5): Right in the heart of this amazing city, this spacious, comfortable apartment was perfect. - Great location, very clean, had everything we could possibly want in the apartment. It’s above a bar which has excellent live music but it is very loud. The music stops around 11.30pm then the area is very quiet, so for some people this would not be an issue.

• Shira (4/5): Recommended for not more than 4 persons due to the problems we encountered as a family of 6 in this apt - The apt is located in an amazing location. Just perfect and close by to many stores my teenager girl loved. The look of the apt is cute and decent. There is a washing machine which is a plus. No wifi at all days we were there. Had to count on our sims, which were purchased not for all members due to high cost. Air conditioning in the living room didn’t cool enough and especially during the hot days - was very needy, but unfortunately didn’t manage to cool the living room area to a decent temperature. Too bad for those 2 who were sleeping there at night (we were 6 - parents and 4 children). Air conditioning in one of the rooms worked, but made horrible very very loud noise that disturbed the peaceful time supposed to be in the apt or during the night. Hot water were enough for 1 person only, and for us 6 was hard to manage… The stairs leading to the floor and apt were dirty. Should be cleaned also for those who prefer climbing up the stairs and not using the elevator. Thanos was very kind and tried to do his best to solve our objective problems, but couldn’t do much with the AC and Wifi while we were there. Compensated some amount of the sim cards we used.
• Mónica (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect, just a few minutes walking to the Monastiraki square. The communication with the owner was easy and he helped us with everything we needed. The apartment had everything you might need. The only thing was that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was noisy so we had to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep and it was a problem during the hot summer nights.

• Catherine (6/5): Pleasant - The situation in the heart of Athènes. There is a musical bar just in the ground floor so if you love music every Day. It is perfect. The internet is bad so it was difficult to be connected. The owner said that he will fix the issue after our départure. Hope he will fix it. We realise that in the stairs the connection was stronger than inside the appart.

• Sachinam07 (8/5): Very good - Location, transportation, near by attractions. Metro only 400 mt, hopon hop off stop only 500 mt and street is lively and full of life. Noise of outside music was horrible Because of music downwards playing we were not able to sleep and after full exhaustive day you need good sleep. We shifted to other room together then noise was less otherwise we would have not been able to sleep. I am talking about 11PM night. Hotwater was not available and internet speed was very bad. If we only remove the noise and solve hotwater problem then i would say this can not be better.

• Anjni (10/5): The best place to stay in Athens! - Well, where do we start?!! The location was absolutely spot on and central to everything. It is in such a vibey area that you always feel on a buzz. The apartment itself was wonderful, clean and had everything you can imagine. Personally it was the little touches like Netflix, jewellery boxes, chalk board, wine, games etc the list goes on. It was so well thought out and accommodating beyond belief. It is close to everything you can imagine that you need. We LOVED our stay there. 100% recommend this to everyone. Thank you Athaniasos for our wonderful place to stay. It was the BEST! Nothing, because it was PERFECT!

• Konig98 (8/5): Good location, but be aware of noise issues - The location is unbeatable: in the vicinity of Monastiraki metro station, Ermou shopping street is right next door. There are two supermarkets within 100 meters and many excellent restaurants/ cafe/ bakeries nearby. Also close to major attractions, Syntagma square, the Acropolis, Hadrian's Library, the Ancient Agora, and the Roman Agora are all within walking distance. The owner was also kind enough to provide some wine, mineral water and fruit as a welcome. It took some effort to figure out how to use the hot water as the owner could not meet us in person and some of the descriptions on the flyer in the apartment were confusing. The internet was down during our stay and I hope the owner will fix it soon. The most important drawback was the noise from the bar downstairs. The band literally played until midnight every day (ca. 11:45 pm) and the apartment was not well soundproofed. I do love Greek folk music, but to have it playing loudly and constantly for hours when you are trying to sleep, it is an annoying experience I have to say. I know it's not the owner's fault, but if you are a light sleeper, please choose this apartment with caution.
