• Robert (10/5): Loved our stay as a family of 4 adults ! Enjoyed our time on the balcony as well - Location is excellent ! We walked to all the main attractions The bed are a bit firm for what we prefer but we would still come and stay again as the host was excellent and communication was perfect!

• Aevar (9/5): Spacious apartment in a very good location. - Great location. Spacious apartment. Good bathroom. The single beds in the extra bedroom could have had softer mattresses. The noise from the traffic was a bit loud, also the church speaker system on Saturday and Sunday morning (nothing the owner can do about though).

• aurélien (10/5): Excellent emplacement pour profiter d’Athenes - Appartement bien équipé et conforme aux descriptions. Il est situé à proximité immédiate du métro et à quelques 10 minutes à pied du pied de l’Acropole. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. La propriétaire nous a grandement facilité la vie.

(9/5): Schoon, comfortabel en compleet appartement op acceptabele afstand van de Acropolis. - Gezellige en complete inrichting, op max 8 minuten loopafstand van de Acropolis, restaurants en winkeltjes. Bij aankomst in de avond was het fijn om wat toast, verpakte croissantjes, zelfgemaakte jam en boter aan te treffen om de volgende ochtend het ontbijt mee te beginnen. Ook fijn om koffiecapsules van Nespresso in de keuken te hebben. Verder nog meer in de keuken aanwezig om mee te koken, maar wij gingen in restaurants eten. Alles aanwezig voor in de badkamer: zeep, shampoo, wattenstaafjes noem maar op. Ligging tegenover een schitterende kerk die van binnen echt bekeken moet worden. De toegang tot het appartement verliep goed dankzij de duidelijke instructies met foto’s vooraf. Goed app contact gehad met Maria en gesproken bij vertrek. Heel sympathiek persoon. Matrassen in de slaapkamer met de losse bedden nogal hard.
• Alf (9/5): Hard to fault - The place was fab: spotlessly clean, welcoming snacks, good towels, great location for exploring the city. The owner was friendly and responsive. I'd happily stay again. Very little! The church bells next door woke us up but didn't go on for long and felt like part of the experience/culture. There was a small amount of traffic noise at night, but you're in a capital city and we didn't notice it after the first night.

• Tabor (9/5): Place matches description and photos, and great location! - The house easily fit 6 of us, although two of the twin beds are in the living room, there was still space in the common area. We were a short walking distance from the Acropolis and all the main sites of Athens. Worth the price for the convenience of location. Maria was extremely helpful with directions on how to reach the apartment as well as location recommendations for the city.

• Jane (10/5): Spotless, spacious, and close to Plaka neighborhood!! - We loved how close and easy it was to walk to the Plaka area of the city where all the pedestrian streets are and where the acropolis and Parthenon are located! The apartment was spacious and spotless with beautiful marble floors, AC, great walk in shower with lots of hot water, and even a second bathroom and bedroom! Maria left us homemade marmalade, espresso coffee pods for the machine, and lots of snacks!! We appreciated that so much after a long day of travel! Maria even set us up with a reliable friend who drives a taxi to pick us up for the airport for a reasonable price. Everything was perfect!!
• Jacqui (10/5): Exceptional - We've stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Lovely and clean, well equipped and spacious. I love the balcony to sit out on. It's easy to walk into the main tourist areas. It's set back a little from the main road, so traffic noise isn't a problem...and at the same time, it feels like a safe place to stay as it's not in a secluded area either. Host is easy to contact and helpful if needed. It's all good
• Elif (9/5): Good place, good host - The flat was good size and clean, location is 7 min walk to Acrapolis Parking is a big issue in Athens. There is a parking place, but they close at 20:30, and afterwards, all the streets are so crowded that we just had a parking issue. İn the main bedroom the AC wasn't working although Maria gave us a battery, I couldn't turn on the heating.

• Junrui (10/5): Family/friends apartment in athens center - New aparment in great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and Acropolis. Good for family/friends with the two bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Although there is only one shower but you can manage with the "unlimited" hot water. Maria is very nice nothing. Because of its good location you may hear motorcycles/cars from the busy street. Bring some earplugs if you are a poor sleeper.
• Sabu (9/5): Excellent experience - Our stay was very comfortable and all the essentials were stocked by our thoughtful host, Maria. Kitchen is fully equipped with enough crockery, cutlery and cooking wear , kitchen rolls etc ,sufficient for our family of five. Maria has stocked coffee, tea,sugar, biscuits, snacks and above all her home made jam which was excellent. She has also kept detergent for washing machine and enough toilet rolls.There is a rack available for drying clothes. We would recommend this apartment for all those who propose to visit Athens. Apartment is walking distance to Acropolis and there are restaurants nearby , one which is open 24/7. Small issues like no hot water in the small bathroom, heating in the living room was inadequate. Initial hiccups in finding and taking out the apartment key. However Maria guided us through video call.

The apartment is recently restored and really clean. Maria is a really nice and responsive host. She answer to all the request in few minutes. Thnak you Maria!

We felt very welcome; several useful food items/household products/toiletries were left out for us, she was very accommodating of our arrival and departure times & was easily contactable. The apartment was very clean and in good condition. The balcony was nice overlooking a church and square and convenient for metro or walk into city. The area was quiet and felt safe. I'd stay here again and Athens was amazing. It was all good.

• Diana (10/5): Great apartment near the Akropolis ! - Perfect for a family of six. Maria was very clear with the instructions. The apartment is very clean and pretty. The kitchen is perfect, equipped with everything you need. She left jam, water, and biscuits. Coffee and tea are provided. She recommended a taxi company for all transfers to the port or the airport. Maria also suggested various things to do in the city. I'll definitely return.

• Taman (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is walking distance to Acropolis Museum and Acropolis of Athens. It has a cute balcony looking right to a church's garden. Maria was the best host, leaving all the stuff you need, and extras like beer, snacks etc. She was so responsive and gave the best tips about Athens and the restaurants around. This apartment will be my first choice if I go to Athens again.

• Osmond (10/5): An excellent property for a family of four - We travelled as a family of four and the property was a perfect fit for us. Two separate bedrooms with A/C two bathrooms, a full kitchen that was stocked with welcome treats and coffee. Plus an in suite laundry machine for washing our clothes. The property is a great walking distance to all the main attractions, but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The property is next door to a church which rang the bells for Sunday morning service. Since we arrived late on Sat night from North America, it was a bit of a surprise for us as we did hope to sleep in and recover from our travels.

It is on the second floor with a small elevator, but beautiful apartment, very clean. Maria lives on the property and met us on our arrival. Great communications before our arrival. Check out was simple. We would certainly use this apartment again. Great location. Five minute walk to Plaka. Seven minute walk to acropolis entrance. Many restaurants close by. nothing. Beautiful property. Very clean. Maria is a great host.

Would definitely recommend staying here. So central to all the sights Couldn't get over the constant stream of traffic 24 hours a day. It's a sight and sound to behold. It is a very busy city Not that I didn't like the experience though but don't expect a quiet environment outside.

• Rosario (9/5): Fabulous welcome and introduction to Athens! - Wonderful Host! Helpful and attentive! Just minutes walking to Acropolis, Plaka, Museum,dining. I’m a sound sleeper so it did not bother me; But if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs as there is traffic noise and church bells.
• Ferdinando (10/5): Perfect location in a spacious and super clean fully equipped apartment - The apartment was the cleanest we have ever experienced in many years of travelling, really well done to the host 😊 It seemed to have just been newly refurbished, everything was new and in excellent conditions. The position was fantastic, walking distance from the Acropolis. The lovely owner, Ms Maria, had left for us a home made jam, honey, drinks, snacks, water, and the apartment was provided with everything we might need, even conditioner in the two bathrooms! The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast and dinner. The balcony, with a small table and chairs, allowed us to eat all'aperto, and there is a very good supermarket just round the corner. A great experience, thank you 😊 Maybe a map of Athens would have made it easier to have a better understanding of the city
