• rudamałpa (3/5): - clean bed and towels The property owner failed to inform us about the ongoing facade renovation, despite it being a significant factor affecting the comfort of our stay. The balcony was completely covered in debris and unusable, and from early morning we were exposed to constant noise from drilling, as well as workers moving around on the balcony. Only after I intervened with Booking.com was the issue resolved and a refund issued. I believe that the lack of prior information about the renovation was unfair and misleading when choosing this accommodation.
• Shengelia (10/5): - We were three people, although the apartment can comfortably accommodate 4–5 guests. We stayed during the winter, and since the surrounding streets are often in shade, the apartment’s top-floor location was a big advantage. The sun reaches the balcony and windows early in the morning, which really lifts your mood. As for the location, the final stop of the airport bus (X95) is only about 150 meters away. Most of the main attractions are within a pleasant 20–25 minute walk.

• Mariana (9/5): - The flat is in very good location. Just one minute walking distance from syntigama square, and the parlment. The place is very clean, the owner was helpful. I would come again. The toilet presure is low so you need to flash multibale times. The sofa bed is not comfortable, so the place is only good for 4 pepole. . The double bed is not very comfortable, its very soft.

• CHARALAMBOS (9/5): - Very nice apartment in the best location of Athens centre, with easy and smooth communication with the host. Rooms and bathroom have been recently renovated and it shows. Further renovation of the windows, doors, and doors and windows frames, would truly elevate the space. Despite being in the center of Athens, its location on the 5th floor makes it surprisingly quiet which is a big plus. The only issue was the double bed, which was not very comfortable. The mattress sags and likely needs to be replaced. Definitely a place we would choose again in our next visit in Athens.

• Dorcas (8/5): Very good - The apartment was big and clean, perfect for 3 to 5 people to stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs to get to the lift from the entrance and also that you had to take other stairs from the 4th floor to the 5th floor.

• Daina (8/5): Central spacious appartment - Central, spacious apartment in walking distance from almost everything. Syntagma square around the corner. Nice balcony. Bathroom and kitchen equipped with everything essential (including coffee machine with coffee pods). Very fast and easy communication with host, very easy check in process. It is very loud at nights - both from the elevator and the street noises; if you are light sleeper, you might find it disturbing. There are two flights of steps - from ground floor to elevator and to floor 5, manageable for most. The bathroom and kitchen, as well as balcony could use repaint.

• Grimes (9/5): Superb - Wonderful location. Nice, clean interior. Comfortable beds. The listing should emphasize that there are two flights of stairs that can't be avoided even using the elevator. The listing appeared to include the rooftop garden was available, but it didn't appear to be accessible. We had to clean the filter on one of the AC units. The others should probably be checked as well. There was no way to pull the patio door closed when I stepped out to enjoy it. The sofa was pretty uncomfortable.

• Martha (9/5): Great location with an outside area. - Great location with small balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of Athens. Simple and complete, it was the perfect place for us to explore Athens. A short walk (5minutes) from Syntagma Square where the airport bus has its final stop. There are steps up the elevator and then a flight of stairs leading to 5th floor. We were traveling for nearly 10 weeks so we left our big bag at Athens airport and just came with our small suitcases. Really a delightful stay capped off with a night at the Odeon Theater at the Acropolis. Felt completely safe returning home after midnight. The host left chocolates and several types of coffee. Much appreciated! I would definitely stay again.

The - Easy to find, easy to get around from and plenty of space inside. Had great ammenities also. The stairs in the property were extremely slippery and dangerous. The lift was very small so could not fit many people with luggage.

Upon check in the key was not found in the box where the host said it was supposed to be. There was some confusion between the cleaner and host as the cleaner was not expecting us but the host said it was okay to check in.

Great location in the heart of Athens near to metro stations, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment had all the facilities and amenities, including shampoo and body soap/shower gel. Our host was very friendly, excellent customer service and responded fast to our messages. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. It's a property value for money and ideal for a group of people. There are also lots of options around this area for sightseeing. Everything was great!

The apartment is on the 5th floor. There is a small elevator that we used for our luggage. The street is very lively, so expect noise till late into the evening. We were towards the end of our trip and were tired, so a quieter location may have been a better fit for us.

Everything is as it looks in the pictures . The apartment is spacious , bright , comfortable and very clean , with a well equipped kitchen, and lovely little balcony . The Wi-Fi is also good .. The few steps up to the apartment from the lift were not a problem for me and I am in my 60’s ..

• Casey (10/5): Fantastic stay at a stellar location with thoughtful, communicative hosts! - The location couldn't be better! We enjoyed walking to everything and it helped us make the most of our short time in Athens. The balcony was a beautiful spot to watch the sunset and bathed most of the apartment in gorgeous natural light. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was nicely updated. The Wi-Fi worked well, as did the air conditioning, although we usually opted to have the large balcony doors open to enjoy the October breeze. Our ferry from the islands arrived later than expected, and the host did a great job of communicating how to access the lockbox to get our keys. One thing to note: Despite having an elevator, there are still a good amount of stairs to climb before and after the lift to get to the apartment. We were happy to help my mom with her suitcase but, if you're solo traveling and can't lift your bag by yourself, it's just something to keep in mind. We weren't bothered by it at all, and being at the top of the building definitely made for a quieter apartment. All in all, a fantastic stay. Nothing! We greatly enjoyed our time at this flat. Highly recommended.

• Paul (7/5): Excellent location in a property that needs upgrading. - Located close to the heart of Athens. The air conditioning in every room worked extremely well. The kitchen lacked a toaster and microwave oven which are pretty standard these days. The frame of the door with access to the deck from the dining room was missing putty putting the glass at risk of falling out or cracking. Our impression is that this property has been allowed to deteriorate over time without any work to maintain the standard of the property. The lack of a washing machine wasn’t too bad as we could dry clothes on the deck and in the hot second bedroom.

It's beautiful and authentic, reflecting its past glory. However, to fully revive its former splendor, it could benefit from some thoughtful improvements and updates. These enhancements will surely bring out its true potential and charm.

• Stavroula (9/5): Great location for a cosy stay in Athens center - Great location for navigating the center of the city and experience its vibes! All main sites are within walking distance, while there are numerous choices for dining and going out all around it. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, which is quite random in the area. The two bedrooms and large living area made it perfect for our family of four. The owners were reachable and accommodated all our needs and requests. The apartment was recently renovated, but some of the carpentry felt dated - some of the kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets were hard to close.

Quick responses from the apartment owner for any questions. Nothing in particular as we did not stay a lot in the apartment during our visit and we ate all the time outside. Only thing is that the internet did not seem working.
• Dan (8/5): To noisy at night - Location is central, space is generous, AC in every room. Many amenities filled in the kitchen. Elevator is actually only from 1st level to the level before apartment so you have 2 levels on which you have to carry the luggage by hand, windows and external roll blinders of the apartment are old and made of wood and have no sound proofing, and while the ones facing the street is a bit expected to have all night noise the surprise to have the second bedroom and the hallway with an additional old wood door barely closing facing the elevator mechanism which starts some time at 5:30 is not good news for a good sleep. Lack of a microwave and kitchen furniture also old and dated.
