• Domingos (1/5): Dishonest people - The stay itself was fine, good location. But dishonest owner. My friend forgot a pair of shoes and we contacted the owner, who originally responded and stated was going to look for it. Then never replied again. The pair of shoe was really expensive and my friend explained they would have paid for mailing and everything of course. They ghosted him after the first message, even with further requests.

• Marta (7/5): - The location is great and the apartment warm and quiet despite the crowds very nearby The beds were weak and half broken. The mattress base was made of very feeble wood and several of the pieces were down on the floor. One had to sit carefully on the bed to avoid ending up with the mattress down on the floor. There was exactly one tea spoon. The rest was ok, basic but enough for a few days of stay in Athens.

• Crystalia (10/5): Short but excellent. - Lots of space for a larger family. Beds were comfortable with plenty bedding & extra pillows for those who require. The washing machine was a bonus. Not all the rooms have A/C. One room doesn’t. But the breeze from the open doors in the living room & bedroom worked fine.

• Mai (10/5): If you are not willing to compromise on cleanliness and location this is the place for you! - Perfect location you can get literally everywhere by foot. Safe as the doors are locked in the evening. Very clean and space inviting.

• Lyn (4/5): Disappointed with communication - The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable We tried many times to contact the owner prior to arriving but they did not reply to booking.com comments. No access info received till 12 hours before arriving. No flexibility in check in time and when we did get access at 3pm the cleaner had just started and didn’t finish till 4pm. Having just completed two 10 hour flights we were not impressed. Location was perfect so a pity the communication didn’t match
• Emma (6/5): Modern, great location. But dark and little light inside making the place feel a little claustrophobic - Location was good, great layout and nice and modern. Host stared recommendations when asked. A shame some of the appliances didn’t work, primarily the power at the back of the beds and some lighting. Rooms were quite dark and there are no outward facing windows which made the whole place feel a little odd and quite creepy!
• Hhandley92 (6/5): Fine for a one-night stopover - Location: About as central as you can get, close to public transport to/from the airport and port Check in: Easy with lockbox access and clear instructions Size: Apartment is large for the location, easy to fit four people Facilities: A few things didn't work (several plug sockets, shower handle was missing), towels smelt a bit like smoke Light: No clear windows (all frosted glass) so felt a bit dark in there Surroundings: in the building outside the apartment is a bit messy with lots of boxes stacked in the corridor

• Polykarpos (8/5): Enjoyable stay in the heart of Athens - The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect in the heart of the city. The corridors outside the entrance of the apartment is full of empty boxes. The apartment was not ready when we arrived at 3:00 pm. We are waiting for 1 hour until they clean it.
• Arthur (9/5): A quick enjoyable stay - Proximity to landmarks, attractions, transport, shops and restaurants/cafes. Only minor but found difficulty opening and locking front door.
• Marina (6/5): Ok for sleeping over one night, but would never rent it again . - We liked location of the building, but not the apartment. Communication with apartment management was very poor. They didn't answer our emails and didn't return phone calls. We even had to call to booking.com to make sure that we will be able to get into apartment. They communicated with us only last minute before we arrived. Such behavior made us very nervous and we believe it is not acceptable. The windows were painted over to hide ugly industrial concrete pad with air-conditioning units in front of them.

• Sintku (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay in Athens. - Apartment is very well laid out and nicely finished. It is in the main shopping area of Athens and close to many restaurants as well. The apartment felt claustrophobic because the two windows are practically unusable and so it lacks proper ventilation. The apartment next door is used as a store by one of the shops in the street and they use the corridor for their packing materials and store rubbish making it look shabby.
• Kim (7/5): We enjoyed the convienes of the location which was great to explore Athens. - The apartment is located in a great area. We found it was comfortable for our stay. It has spacious bedrooms a nice kitchen & dining area. Locating the apartment was tricky and the pictures for instructions were not updated to current reality. The outside of apartment landing and stairs were unkept and messy. The shower in the apartment is very tricky to work but most importantly it does not flow properly and leaks everywhere. Also some lights did not work or bulbs need replacing.
• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great kitchen was a good size for a short stay. Bedrooms a little small but had lots of storage A few things were broken WiFi did not work very well. Although a great location and easy walk to most attractions it is on a busy shopping street which can be a little noisy at night
• Diego (7/5): Just in the middle of the commercial area of Athens - All very new and spacious. We really loved it inside. The manager was so kind to let us leave the luggage 3 hours before the check in hour. The common areas were a bit creepy. Since the building was being renovated, the corridors were dirty and filled with cartons and building materials. We were not happy about that for the price paid.
• Roy (1/5): Shocking Athens Accommodation.ń - Location Sorry to say but it was really bad. Toaster did not work. Washing machine Mouldy. Dishwasher bad smell. Internet connection was so bad. Shower head was appalling. .would in bathroom. Some powerpoints were broken. Just outside the front door was a large open windows. Funky Buddah shop used the passage way as a loading and unloading station. Very loud and very messy. No bin liners provided. Coffee machine leaking water. No oven. One bed was very bad one side of it gave way.. One remote control for the air-conditioner was missing. Smoke alarm was missing from kitchen area. Told this all to Helen but she did not care and did not do anything about these issues. I will try and get a full refund. This accommodation should be reported and not allowed to be rented out until everything is fixed.

Very spaciuos apatment with two rooms and large living room. The apartment required better maintanace to be great. like some facilities in the shower, spots not working and the kettle that didnt stop after heating in the kitchen and can cause issues

The host was very responsive and helpful in many ways, such as organizing pickups and drop offs at the port and airport. Also provided a great list of recommendations for restaurants, which we tried most of them, and they were delicious. Highly recommended. None
• Rosalinde (4/5): Disappointing - The location is perfect for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The passage way into the apartment was cluttered with building materials and boxes and not clean at all. There is a huge renovation going on in the apartment block and was noisy from early in the morning. The apartment itself was in need of some attention as certain items did not work and generally was not clean. Disappointing that there is no natural lighting in the entire apartment.

Very helpful and friendly host Was comfortable for a family of 6. - No windows in the appartment, could not open them. - No luggage storage option, this could be a nice suggestion to be added. - location above shops, next to the storage of a clothes shop (corridor was full of empty boxes) and very noisy from early in the morning. - Pedestrian street, so you have to walk 2-3mins to get a taxi

The shower could do with replacing. More comes out-of the shower head sideways than downwards. It's also difficult to adjust the temperature. Mattresses weren't particularly comfortable.

• Pantelis (6/5): Perfect location but noisy - Perfect location, in Ermou! Modern, nice design. Plenty of facilities. Clean. There was construction nearby so we couldn’t sleep. Lack of sound proof in the living room. The blinds weren’t black out so in the morning there was a lot of light in the bedrooms. It would have be nice to have more toilet paper, since we were 6 people, and had to go and buy.

Straightforward self-check in and friendly host who contacted me before our stay. Easy self-check out. Nice living room area with TV including Netflix available. Flat looked like the pictures, very stylish. Apartment was more spacious than we thought it would be. Clean. Located inside building for business storage, very loud including during the night until early morning with people moving boxes/equipment. Loud construction noise from 8.45am. Noise from air conditioning units/generators on inner courtyard next to the bedroom windows. The beds were quite hard. No view from the flat and very little natural daylight as only one small window in each bedroom with view onto inner courtyard.

• Christine (3/5): Great apartment. Needs better cleaning management - Size of apartment was large and comfy. Facilities were sufficient and location was great. On our last night of stay there was an infestation of bugs in the bed of one of the bedrooms which woke us in the early hours of the morning. We were checking out that morning but still not a great experience. I informed the owner who was normally very responsive, but no reply or even acknowledgement which is disappointing.
