• Harry (10/5): - Περάσαμε πραγματικά υπέροχα, νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Απέναντι υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ, και στα 50 μέτρα φαρμακείο και φούρνος. Στα 100 μέτρα υπάρχει πλατεία με συνοικιακά καταστήματα που παρέχουν φαγητό καφέ, κρέπες, παγωτά. Στάση τραμ "Μπανάνα" στα 300 μέτρα που σε μεταφέρει στο κέντρο της πόλης ή στην θάλασσα. Στάση μετρό ΦΙΞ στα 900 μέτρα , αλλά υπάρχει λεωφορείο στην διασταύρωση που μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιήσεις ώστε μεταβείς εκεί. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Η στάθμευση στο κατάλυμα είναι επί πληρωμή. Με την κράτηση πρέπει να επικοινωνήσετε, ώστε να μάθετε εάν έχει διαθεσιμότητα. Ήμασταν τυχεροί γιατί από ακύρωση μας παραχώρησαν δωρεάν την θέση. Μπορείτε να παρκάρετε στους πέριξ δρόμους δωρεάν.
• Sofia (10/5): Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit toller Lage, sauberer Unterkunft, freundlichen Gastgebern - Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre ausgezeichnete Lage in einer sicheren Gegend – alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit sowie die sehr bequemen Betten und das schnelle, zuverlässige Internet. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben stets prompt auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Ein besonderes Highlight für unsere Tochter waren die Brettspiele an der Rezeption, die für viel Freude gesorgt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

• Corine (8/5): Bon séjour - L'appartement était joli et bien équipé. Il dispose d'une grande terrasse. Il est à proximité des transports et très proche d'un supermarché. Les hôtes m'ont envoyé des messages très complets concernant les consignes, et ont répondu à toutes mes questions avec courtoisie. Nous sommes venus en voiture et il est difficile de se garer dans le quartier. Nous pensions que nous aurions une place de parking dans la résidence, mais ce n'était pas le cas.

• Dimitris (4/5): - Καλή τοποθεσία, εύκολο πάρκινγκ στην τριγύρω γειτονιά, ήσυχη γειτονιά Ήταν βρώμικο (τρίχες στο μπάνιο στο πιστολάκι πάνω από τη νιπτήρα), το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε έβγαζε σφάλματα με κωδικούς Ε9 και P0 με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να ζεσταθούμε, καθώς δεν υπήρχε άλλος τρόπος θερμανσης. Φαίνεται ότι έχουν κάνει μια καλή προσπάθεια φιλοξενίας που έχει σημαντικές ατέλειες.

• Kiriakos (1/5): Οτι χειρότερο!!!! - Ότι χειρότερο εχω ζήσει.αναφερει οτι παρέχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και τελευταια στιγμή μου ανέφεραν οτι το είχανε δωσει αλλού.ειχα ζητήσει και σαν ειδικό αίτημα το πάρκινγκ σαν προαπαιτουμενο.οταν τους ανέφερα οτι απο την στιγμή που δεν υπάρχει σαν παροχή να ακυρώσουμε και να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρηματα αρνήθηκαν με την δικαιολογία οτι με πήρανε τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσουν οτι δεν θα εχει πάρκινγκ αλλα δεν με βρήκανε.Μιλωντας με την bookink μου ανεφεραν πως εχω απολυτο δικιο απο την στιγμη που αναφερει μια παροχη που δεν την εχει.εχω προβεί ήδη σε καταγγελία στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή οπως και σε αμφισβητηση συναλαγης και περιμένω τις εξελίξεις.μακρυα!!!!

• Muhammed Emin (10/5): Sind zufrieden - Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine Tiefgarage für ein einziges Auto ist auch vorhanden. Es war unterm Sofa sehr dreckig. Die Toilette wies einen Defekt auf. Beide Sachen wurden sofort vom Gastgeber behoben, nachdem ich Bescheid gegeben habe.

In garaj cu rezervare daca se gaseste loc si costa 15 eu pe zi. Asa ca din pct meu de vedere nu are parcare proprie.

• _K5252EU (10/5): Perfect Stay In Athens - Perfect Stay at Athens Chic House I stayed at Athens Chic House for the entire month of December 2024 while renovating my home, and I also attended a nearby conference during my stay. Everything about this place was outstanding! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The space was modern, functional, and thoughtfully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on—truly the mattress of my dreams! The neighborhood was exceptionally safe, with good lighting and plenty of easy parking spots. Additionally, there were many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, hair salons, and cafes within walking distance, all at very affordable prices. Both the apartment and the area offered great value for money, as it’s a place where locals reside. I wholeheartedly recommend Athens Chic House to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and budget-friendly stay. A big thank you to Themi for the wonderful hospitality!

• Dirk (10/5): I would always come back again! - Easy, but comprehensive explanation was sent one day in advance. The apartment was fully furnished with dishes and silverware, full bathroom equipment, fast internet. there was no "dining table" in the apartment, but outside on the terrace, so to me that was negligible.

• Yara (8/5): Very good - Perfect for a two night stay, hosts were super helpful. We asked to leave our luggage in for a full day and they were kind enough to keep our access available. Bed was comfortable and aparment had all the amenities needed. Check in was super easy. The location is a bit far away from the center, so we needed a taxi to go anywhere. There is nothing there to see. You can easily get to the tram or metro, but they are slow, so it was more convenient to get a cab.

Location was surprisingly silent even in the nights. Wide variety of restaurants, services and shops nearby. Downtown and the beach are close even by walk. • Emma (9/5): Perfect apartments with everything you need! - The property is in a good enough location (8-minute walk to the tram station). It's pretty close to the centre of Athens. There are supermarkets around for everyday shopping. The main entrance works with a code or a card, and it's the same for the room. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts seem like they have already foreseen even the smallest needs of their guests. One of the hosts, Mr. Themis, was there during our check-in and check-out to guide and help us with everything. The overall location is not considered one of the good ones in Athens. Also, it seemed like the rooms were not well soundproofed.

Host was polite and prompt with replies. Presence of laundry facilities are a massive plus if you are travelling for a long period of time! Closer proximity to a metro station would have been nice, but a tram stop is within walking distance.
