• Oana (10/5): Excellent customer experience - We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and extremely clean apartment located in the Kolonaki area, in the heart of the city, with lots of fine restaurants nearby, good shops and at a walking distance from the main attractions in Athens. We found here a very well equipped location with everything you could wish for, safe and quiet neighborhood and right at hand private parking for our car. If that was not enough, to make our stay even better, we had the pleasure of meeting Olga, who won us over with her great personality, energy and vibe. She welcomed us so friendly, with a homemade tarte, all kinds of drinks and most of all with a touch of soul, the thing you find so rare nowadays. We received lots of precious information and recommendations, even if we arrived late, she took the time to explain us everything and tempting us to discover Athens at it's best. The apartment has a lovely atmosphere and just the right amount of incoming sunlight. The apartment is also exceptionally clean and there is enough equipment to cook light meals. The balcony is large and covered and it was lovely to sit out in the evenings and relax. I was very grateful of the bottles of water and teabags supplied by the Olga, the apartment owner. Olga is very pleasant, informative and helpful; Olga welcomed me with fresh fruit and gave me a leaving present! If I should go to Athens again, I will try to book this apartment. N/A

It’s located in a quiet, charming neighborhood that still is very central — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax after a day of exploring. It didn’t just have everything we needed — it had all the little things you usually forget while traveling, like a needle and thread. Warm, full of energy, and truly attentive, she welcomed us with a delicious pie and fresh fruit, which made us feel instantly at home. We also went on a tour with her, and it was one of the best parts of our trip!! It wasn’t the usual touristy stuff — she showed us the real Athens, with so much passion and energy. You can tell she genuinely loves her city and sharing it with others. This stay was special, and a big part of that was thanks to Olga. We’ll definitely be coming back. Olga welcomed us warmly and was incredibly helpful throughout our visit—both with the apartment and in planning our time in the city. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located in the beautiful Kolonaki neighborhood, just a short walk from the main attractions, great restaurants, and charming shops. We arranged for a driver through Olga, and he was punctual and courteous, meeting us at the airport upon arrival and again when we departed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

• I.tsch. (10/5): Just wonderful! - Oh, very nice apartment! On the 4th floor (with elevator), clean and comfortable, well furnished, with a wonderful large terrace, in a nice neighborhood. Great location. We recommend it! Mrs. Theodoridou is a wonderful person, she welcomed us extremely warmly and cordially, thank you for everything! We are very satisfied with our stay, we will definitely come back there again. Athens is a beautiful city! There are many parking lots around, we used the one at 82 Solonos Str. When we dropped off the car, they told us it would cost us 50 euros for 48 hours. When we picked it up (after 43), they charged us 61 euros. The problem is not that we paid more, but the attitude, this “small-scale” lie. But this is a minor thing. We had a great time!

Ideally located, just a short walk to Lycabettus Hill and the heart of Athens. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe. The owner, Olga, was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a delicious pie. She is very knowledgeable and helped us plan our visit more effectively. For five people, the apartment felt a bit small, and sleeping on the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom was also small and lacked space.

We had a large balcony with furniture. There are plenty of dining options in walking distance and 2 small supermarkets. But what makes this place so special is the fabulous Olga who looked after us as if we were family. She met us with home baked treats, wine and so much local advice. She organised taxis and generally was ready to help wherever needed and was there to wave us off with more gifts. She made our stay perfect! Nothing!

She helped arrange for us to drop off our bags before our check in and was generous with advice: suggestions of where to visit, how to get around, and where to eat! It also has a very nice terrace. The location is very interesting too: near the main University, it is very easy to reach and close to the metro line 2, which is extremely practical to arrive from the airport and also to reach the main points of interest of Athens. At the same time it is not in the touristic part of the city, which you immediately notice from the many places to eat where you mainly see local people. Supermarkets and other useful shops are just round the corner. Last but not least ... Olga ! What a gentle and friendly host ! This is definitely THE place that I will choose for my next stay in Athens !

The two bedrooms and the well-stocked kitchen worked well for our family of four during our stay. If I could give the host a higher rating I would - Olga is the Greek grandmother you never knew you had. She provided a home-made tasty treat upon arrival, excellent restaurant suggestions, and very kind parting gifts when we left. • Aphrodite (10/5): Very good stay - Mrs Olga is an excellent host. First of all, communication with her was always on time (very fast to reply), to the point and effective. There was a welcome treat, as well as a goodbye one, that was a unique touch. The apartment was big enough for 2 people with a separate kitchen. Clean enough too. The apartment had a very nice, big balcony with outdoor chairs, table etc. Mesh panels are installed to keep insects (mosquitoes, bees, etc) out. The bed was comfortable enough, soft and different pillows to choose. There was always hot water available. There is a fridge and kitchen amenities, as well as, cooktops. The fridge worked perfectly, without any cooling issues. Very important was the espresso machine. There is a lift, very important about the luggage. The area is central, yet quiet and very short walking distance to Syntagma. Many restaurants and coffee shops around, as well as bookstores and supermarkets at a short walking distance. Transportation from the airport was arranged by host at a good price. The biggest advantage of all, however, was once again, the effective communication with the host, Mrs Olga. She is very attentive and there to find a solution. Nothing

Location is simply perfect cause Kolonaki is a residential area full of nice restaurants, supermarkets, places for buying the most delicious Greek food, and at the same time is at walking distance from all the main sightseeings. Above all, Olga is definitely a super host. You can rely on her since you book the apartment up to the reception, tips about Athens and all the stay long she will be there for you for whatever you would need. Nothing.

The studio was very clean, very modern, and had all the amenities you can think of (coffee machine, capsules, water bottle, shampoo, kettle, etc..). There were even maps and several guides to Athens. The location was exceptional. The area is quite yet trendy with many cafes and restaurant just around the corner. Only a short 10 minute walk to all the main attractions (Plaka, Acropolis, parliament etc...) Last but definetly not least, the hostess, Olga, is a phenomenal person and makes your stay even more special and is always on her feet to make sure we had everything we needed. She even welcomed us with a very delicious homemade pie! Felt like having family away from home! Would definitely recommend and will for sure book again when in Athens! Absolutely nothing

She shared great recommendations of where to visit in Athens (also sending additional tips over Whatsapp), and went over and above as a host with little gifts and cakes during our stay. We had a bit of an issue on our first night with noise coming from our neighbor, which she immediately addressed for us which we were very appreciative of. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom/shower was very clean. Overall a very comfortable stay in a safe and accessible neighborhood. The walls of the apartment were a bit thin, so we were able to hear the sounds from our neighbors. That said, it was never to a point where we had issues sleeping as it was quiet at night.

It’s in a great safe neighborhood, and very convenient to dining and the metro. The beds are so very comfortable, and the apartment has everything you’d need.

Olga is incredible, not only is she a great and knowledgeable host she is truly a remarkable person. She would go above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your stay! I honestly want to visit next time just to hang out with her :) The property exceeeded our expectations, it was impeccably clean, spacious and well-maintained. WE really appreciated small details like extra bathroom supplies like cotton balls, Q-tips and hairsprays. There was a homemade pie on the dining table waiting for us that I made disappear in the first 5 minutes. Olga met us personally and gave us really helpful tips about the city and places to explore. The apartment is conveniently located right off Kolonaki with excellent cafes and shops within walking distance. Even though its centrally located, it is a pretty quiet neighborhood, so we weren't disturbed at night and could even enjoy our evenings on a spacious patio balcony outside. Great stay and highly recommended! There wasnt anything we didnt like about this property
• Dorf (10/5): Wonderful host, super location, easy and perfectly appointed apartment. - Olga was incredible! She gets 11/10!! Met us at the apartment, with homemade food. As a tour guide from a family of archaeologists, she was an incredible resource to orient us to Athens, complete with restaurant recommendations, and a 20-minute quick Greek history lesson. Would definitely highly, highly recommend!

She met our family upon arrival and had made use cheese pie and a delicious pie as well provided us with some beverages. She told us about the area and suggested places to visit. The apartment is spotless and very comfortable with a wonderful terrace. We loved everything. No complaints!

She is working hard to make sure every need is met and every question is answered. The balcony is a big plus! Highly recommended when in Athens. Nothing. (Third bed/sofa a little uncomfortable if you are not a kid/teen)

The bed was very very comfortable, the place also had the added bonus of a large balcony. Location was perfect only a short walk to centre of town. • Khuyen (10/5): Exceptional - The communication with Olga was excellent from start to finish. Olga is an excellent host, very accommodating and helpful. The location of the apartment is also fantastic, 20-25 minutes walk to beautiful areas of Plaka and Acropolis. There are lots of restaurants, bakeries, and coffee bars nearby. There is a mini market literally 2-minute walk. We are staying here again in a few weeks before flying back home. Nothing.

Great balcony with modern decoration throughout the property.Everything very clean and all facilities/amenities you could want. Great bars and restaurants very close by. Supermarket two minutes walk away. Our host Olga was a wonderful, generous and kind hearted woman. We felt incredibly welcome and that she really cared and wanted us to have a fantastic stay. Lots of personal touches such as delicious homemade spinach and feta pie and fresh fruit from her garden. Olga was very helpful/knowledgeable with information about Athens and helped with organising taxis to the airport. We could not have asked for a better host. Nothing
