• Marie (8/5): Séjour sympa mais sans plus ... - La localisation est parfaite même si nous entendions bcp les bruits de la rue dans la nuit (quartiers très animés à proximité) Il y a 1 lit en 140 mais les 2 autres lits annoncés ne sont pas des lits mais des modules de canapé à déplacer donc le linge de lit n est pas adapté. En outre il s agit de module en similicuir donc les draps glissaient et on se retrouvait sur le revêtement du canapé
• Moath (8/5): Nice room and located very central - The location is perfect — you can reach almost everything on foot. It is also very close to the tram station, which offers a direct connection to and from the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The towels were old and quite worn out, but they were clean It would be nice if the room cleaning service was more frequent, especially in the bathroom. Since toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in the bin next to the toilet, it would be better if the bin was emptied daily. Changing the towels every day would also improve the overall experience. The area can be quite noisy at night, especially when young people finish their parties. In addition, since the room is located in a storage-style building, it can also be loud early in the morning and during the day.

Ich kann City Bee wärmstens empfehlen und sollte ich wieder in Athen sein, dann bei City Bee. Bis zum nächsten mal. es war alles super

• Ilaria (10/5): Consigliato! - Posizione ottima, il primo impatto ci ha un po’ spiazzati perché risulta all’interno di un piccolo centro commerciale, ma la cura dei dettagli della stanza, la pulizia e il materasso ci hanno conquistati Nell’appartamentino non manca nulla, cura e pulizia voto 10. La posizione è fantastica, vicina alla metro e ai negozi della piazza ed anche ai ristoranti
• ΙΟΑΝΝΑ (8/5): - Άνετο και ευρύχωρο, σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο Δεν είχε ούτε νερό στο ψυγείο, εστω τσάι.. μονο κάψουλες καφε..δεν δίνει αίσθηση φροντιστικοτητας. Όσο κανείς είναι στο μπάνιο κάτι συμβαίνει με πίεση του νερού κ ακούγεται ήχος σαν να είσαι σε εργοστάσιο.

• Δεσποινα (4/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Άνετο δωμάτιο. Το κτίριο εγκαταλελειμμένο, πάρα πολύς θόρυβος έως τα ξημερωματα, πλημμελής καθαριοτητα, σκοτεινό δωμάτιο με παράθυρο που άνοιγε με δυσκολία και πολύ κοντά σε τοίχο.

• Amy (9/5): Great location to train station. All major historical sites within easy walking distances. - Owner gave very detailed directions for check in which was greatly appreciated. Few bathrooms lights burnt out.
• Loretta (8/5): - The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everywhere in central Athens, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was quite difficult especially as there is not a handle on the inside. The shower leaked a little. There was a strange intermittent mechanical noise which kept us up on some of the evenings.

• haddeler pekman (7/5): - Merkezi olması, dekorasyon, konfor, ikramlar, temizlik açısından çok iyiydi. Oda binanın aydınlığına baktığı için ilk günden sonra biraz kasvetli bir hava verdi. Bir de gece dışarıdan çok ses geldi.

Das Ganze ist ein Apartment in einem sehr sehr schmutzigen Haus, dass man über ein Rolltor betreten muss, wo man die Tür so gut wie nicht öffnen kann, die Fenster sind in keinster Weise Schall isoliert. Es ist sehr sehr laut in dem Zimmer nach einem Tag ging die Heizung nicht mehr am zweiten Tag morgens um sieben haben Die Mitarbeiter von dem CityBee im Nachbarzimmer angefangen zu renovieren, man nicht schlafen konnte Es gab kein Personal und konnte nur über WhatsApp mit einer Kelly schreiben. Reklamation wie den Lärm dafür, entschuldigte sie sich. Zwar aber stellt es auch nicht komplett ab, das mit der Warmwasser hat sie gar nicht interessiert ist sie gar nicht drauf eingegangen. Aufgrund des Lärms, bin ich um ein Schlaf gebracht worden wollte ich das sind wir 50 % vom Preis erstattet. Darauf wurde auch nicht eingegangen. Ich wollte länger im Hotelzimmer bleiben. Bis wenigstens 2:00 Uhr. Dass ich noch schlafen konnte, wurde auch nicht drauf eingegangen.

La rénovation est belle mais les fenêtres auraient dues être changées - La rénovation est propre et l’emplacement central Le simple vitrage fit une horreur. Nous n’avons quasi pas dormi les 3 nuits de notre séjour. Il nous a été loué pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais l’un des couchages pour enfants n’était clairement pas adapté au coucher. Ma fille a du dormir avec nous.

• Sylvia (10/5): Modernes Apartment-Zimmer in sehr zentraler Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt. In der Nähe des Monasriraki-Platzes, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele nette Cafés, Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Sehr gute Tipps der Vermieterin. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Außerdem angenehm groß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Es ist außerdem recht ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich mir ein Fenster mit Blick zur Straße gewünscht statt zum Nachbarhaus. Für einen 3-Tages-Aufenthalt aber völlig in Ordnung.

Très bien situé géographiquement, vous pouvez y venir en métro directement de l’aéroport, vous serez à 2 pas littéralement du centre-ville, et plusieurs stations de métro autour de vous. L’hôte, Kelly est parfaite, très gentille, répond parfaitement à vos demandes. Le logement est spacieux et très fonctionnel. Allez y les yeux fermés

• Margarida (8/5): Convenient Location Near Tourist Spots with Responsive Host - Walkable and close to the main tourist attractions. Very clean. The host was very responsive. We stayed there over the weekend. On Friday at 10:00 PM, a club nearby started playing music that was so loud it kept us awake until 4:00 AM. On Saturday, the music also started at 10:00 PM, but it wasn’t as loud, and we were able to sleep. On Sunday, the club was closed and there was no music.

Supermarket just around the corner. Apartment was clean and tidy with nice decoration. You can hear the noise from other apartments, washing machines, showers, anything banging, people arguing. Aircon also dried me out a lot. Your paying for the location if anything.

• Christos (10/5): Just perfect! - Comfortable apartment, so tastefully decorated right in the heart of the city! It was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. The owner was always so kind and very quick to answer. The apartment is within walking distance from Plaka, the Acropolis, Syntagma square, Thisio etc. and it has immediate access to bars, cafes, restaurants and also public transport. Practically everything is just around! I would definitely recommend it and obviously choose to stay there again!

• Halperin (6/5): Visually Appealing, but Functionality Requires Improvement - 1. Location 10 out of 10. 2. Cleanliness of room 10 out of 10 3. Kitchenet is great although would have been nice if it had a small micro 4. Hot water and pressure of shower is amazing 5. owner communication is great 1. The building is unclean and poorly maintained. Krav maga studio above will create tremendous noise when music is played. 2. The sofa is not a sofa bed, and the additional mattress left for use is stained with blood (photos available). 3. The bathroom door lacks privacy, being a sliding door that opens on both ends, providing no visual or sound barrier. Sitting on the toilet exposes you to anyone in the kitchenette area (photos available). 4. Bathroom issues include: - No towel racks or hooks. - The single shelf for toiletries is broken. - The shower glass door is incorrectly installed, causing water to spray outside the shower. - The water pump is extremely loud, disturbing everyone if flushed or used at night, and even wakes you if a neighbor uses water (audio recording available). 5. Parking is a pain in the rear. Dont rent a car.
