Kris (10/5): An amazing stay in a great location. Will definitely be back if ever in Glyfada again. - The outdoor balcony was a perfect spot for us to all gather and have a coffee or have dinner together. The apartment was very clean and convenient for our large party and the location was close to everything we needed. The bath products were very nice and the complimentary drinks and chocolate were very helpful after arriving after a 10 hour flight. Spyros was a fantastic host, he gave us recommendations to various spots, he was always available via WhatsApp and was super friendly and attentive. Thank you Spyros. We had to ask for certain items and I feel when we arrived, our apartment was not sufficiently stocked with toilet paper, bath towels or beach towels. They brought us a large supply of bath towels on the 4th day, but it would have been appreciated if they were brought sooner.

Chiara (7/5): Good - Great design and location. Host was very helpful and organised everything we asked for incl. extra towels, extra bed sheets, babysitter and transportation. The terrace was small and nothing like on the pictures, there was no dining table on the terrace or any comfortable seating arrangement. The shower did not drain properly.

Danai (3/5): Disappointing & Misleading - The apartment is located right in the center of Glyfada. However, it's situated atop an office building, accessible via a coded elevator directly from the street, an arrangement that might feel unsafe. Our reservation was for a 3-bedroom apartment, but the property's photos were highly misleading. They portrayed a much more expansive space, incorporating elements from multiple units, giving the impression of ample room with two living areas and a spacious veranda. However, the reality was starkly different. The actual 3-bedroom apartment provided was extremely small for six guests. We found it challenging to accommodate our luggage, move freely within the space, or even sit comfortably in the cramped kitchen area, which had a notably petite sofa. Additionally, the balcony was exceptionally narrow, not meeting the expectations set by the advertised visuals.
Eileen (10/5): The property was amazing in location, and outstanding management - The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for 6 people. It had every amenity we could have asked for. The furnishings are modern and VERY comfortable. There was enough outdoor furniture to accommodate all of us so that we could enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and downtown Glyfada. Restaurants, shopping, coffee and a small grocery store all with in a very short walk. Lastly, Yannis and Spyros went above and beyond to make themselves available to answer our questions, provide helpful suggestions, and attend to anything that we may have needed. I would highly recommend this property, and can’t wait to come back! There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like!
Heather (9/5): Superb - Great location, Spiros was amazingly helpful and helped us out in a bind last minute and nothing was too much trouble. The shower drain had a plastic film that had accidentally fallen onto it so it wasn't draining, but he arrived within an hour to fix it and was also really helpful with local knowledge and recommendations of places to visit. We had a lovely stay - the bed was incredibly comfortable with a super mattress and an actual duvet which is quite unusual for European stays :) Thank you very much for everything, fantastic stay.

Diane (10/5): We enjoyed our time in Athens - Our contact was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean. There really wasn't any place to hang towels that could be reused. And there was no place to put toiletries in the master bath. We could have used another set of keys, but it all worked out.
