• Frank (10/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient to the metro.feels like home - Very clean, comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The place was open, airy and clean. Felt very safe. The view on the rooftop terrace was spectacular. The host was very accessible , helpful and friendly. A really good choice for Athens! Not many places for dinner directly around, but what we found walking was very good , delicious and friendly
• Guillaume (8/5): L'appartement est grand et confortable, mais ne comptez pas sur la vue. - Grand logement bien équipé (cuisine, salon, literie, ...). Grande terrasses. Propre et linges fournis. Centre ville assez proche (15-20 mn environ à pied) La vue depuis la terrasse de l'appartement n'a pas beaucoup d'intérêt (immeubles) La vue depuis le "roof top" est bien, mais le roof top est partagé, et il nécessite de quitter l'appartement et de monter 2 étages. Nous n'en avons pas profité du tout. Le quartier n'a pas beaucoup d'intérêt, mais il n'est pas trop loin du centre ville à pied (15-20 mn environ)

• Hagar (10/5): - היינו 3 מבוגרים ותינוק בן שנה וחצי , כשהגענו הכל היה מוכן עבורנו, הדירה גדולה מאד, אפשר לשחק כדורגל בסלון , מרפסת ענקית ומטבח גדול ומאובזר . גבריאל היה זמין לנו בכל שעה לכל שעה . האיזור שקט ומלא חנייה קרובה . כ-2 ק"מ מהמדרחוב של הארמו , מומלץ בחום !!
• Udo (9/5): Viel Platz und somit ein bisschen Luxus. - Das Appartement war aussergewöhnlich gross, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer hatten je ein separates Bad. Zu beiden Seiten des Appartements gab es eine grosse Terrasse. Das Haus hatte Fahrstuhl und war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Mit dem Buss und der Metro konnte man des Zentrum in 15-25 min erreichen. Die Lage war somit gut, es war aber kein Villenviertel. Es gab Bistros und Supermärkte ein paar Strassen weiter. Wie waren eine Woche in Athen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

The platform shared gives details and information about everything you need. The location is not within walking distance from Plaka, but the Uber is cheap ($5-$15) and just 10 minutes away from touristic attractions.

• Mark (10/5): Superb - can't fault it! So spacious. - The apartment is extremely large and well designed. Loads of indoor and outdoor space in a modern apartment block (plus access to the roof terrace). Great communication throughout. It's not far from the city and well connected. If you have a car, it's not far to the motorway either. Would highly recommend this place at a really good price as well. We had a baby with us and they could roam safely in the roof terrace apartment and loved the amount of space they had to explore.

• Carol (6/5): We liked Athens very much but feel misled about the location - The size. Its location it was in an industrial location. Our taxi driver wished us luck when he dropped us off and warned us not to walk around the area. The view of the Parthenon which attracted our attention was not available from our apartment. When I contacted the owner the response was rude and patronising. There was no public transport we had to take taxis the reviews appear to be describing a different property

• Michaela (10/5): I felt like a local and not a tourist - The apartment was spacious and furnished with everything that was needed and value for money. The location and view of the Acropolis was a bonus. There was nothing that I didn't like.
• Allybee13 (8/5): Nice apartment, nice views, nice host. Would definitely stay here again. - Very modern, well equipped, bright and spacious. Beds were comfortable, everything in the kitchen worked, TV worked, aircon in the bedrooms was great. It was also good to have two toilets and there was plenty of toilet paper supplied. The towels were clean and good quality. View from the roof terrace was fantastic and it was a great place to watch sunrise and sunset. Plenty of hot water when we needed it and there was also dish soap, cloths and a sponge as well as some liquitabs for the washing machine. Gabriel responded to messages quickly. Overall a really good place to stay. No furniture on the roof terrace so we had to take chairs up from our balcony. The TV is very small for the size of room, so we had to move the sofa closer and then vacuum as there was a lot of dust and crumbs underneath from previous guests. Some of the balcony doors don't lock, but as it's on the 5th floor this might not be a problem.
• Raffavegan77 (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment, clean, with all the comfort. 10 mins walk to the Blue tube line, so it's very convenient to go to the city centre and the Airport It's close to many locals where to have a drink, eat and have fun with several roof party places.
• Olinda (10/5): Perfect apartment for a stay in Athens. - It was clean, spacious, easy access to local restaurants, public transportation, etc. The host was extremely helpful and available. A bit noisy in the night.

Best choise in Athens for the great price!!! The host is very nice helped as with all questions we had Thank you very much Gabriel!!
• Toni (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious, with everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was huge and from one corner you can just see the Acropolis. You can get a better view from the roof top. It is situated in not the nicest part of town, but if you walk about 1.5 km you can reach some nice dining places. Only the immediate surroundings outside the apartment were grubby and Industrial.
• Victoria (10/5): We really did enjoy our stay there and couldn’t ask for a better host and service all in all. - We spent 7 nights in this apartment and I must say everything was great! I traveled with my aunt and cousin who have never left the country before and they were very comfortable as well. Nice cutlery, electric shatters on all windows, very spacious and convenient air conditioning in all rooms necessary. Everything is in reasonable distance by taxi and also fair prices for groups. On our last airport transfer we arranged a car and they upgraded our car to a small van for the same price so it was extra convenient on our way back to the airport. Thank you for that. Gabriel is a very decent manager, responds very quickly and takes quick initiative. Informative and helpful. We also had extra groceries, or remaining goods from the previous travellers but it was actually a lifesaver as we didn’t need to buy them as well when we went shopping the first night. The washing machine was very efficient and my aunt now is looking for a similar one! This was one of my best apartments I booked so far! There was little to nothing I didn’t like! For the sake of extra comfort there could be a rollable roof over the balcony maybe so it’d not be so hot to sit outside in the daytime as it’s an eastern positioned apartment. But it’s just a suggestion! Maybe one thing: the door handle of the entrance door stays in your hand if you pull on it. With a little care, it’s still manageable! Also we thought there will be another shower with the second bathroom but it was manageable still! I can’t really list anything else negative.

• Silvia (8/5): Nice apartment in Athens! - Spacious and very clean apartment. Communication with the host very easy. We also had the possibility to check in earlier and it has helped us a lot. We had problems with the hairdryer as it didn’t work and being Sunday, Gabriel couldn’t bring us a new one. The apartment was really nice but the area around was not the best, especially during the night. 17 min by walking to reach the nearest underground.
• Verica (5/5): Passable - Big, comfortable appartment, air condition in every room, new building with elevator, free parking near, good wi-fi. Not clean enough, we coludn't use rooftop at all because was too hot, also the view was not as described. We could see only old, very ruined buildings without windows, also location looked like "car repair service street". During the night the parking places were empty, we felt uncomfortable and not safe enough. Also we had a problem with the staff. We made mistake booking this appartment for 4 children less than 1 year, so after we informed the owner that our children are older and we need more pollows and bed linens, he asked to pay 40euros more, and we said ok, expecting we will have everything we need. But it was not the case, so our children didn't have pollows and slept on the sofa ones, without bed linens to cover themselves. So we told him that was not fair to pay additional charge in this case. So he started blaming us that we are trying to find excuse just to avoid to pay, and asked us to leave app if we are not satisfied, at 10pm. The children got very upset, but we were ready to do that. Later that day, after 11pm we had face to face conversation and the resolution was we have to pay only for one day, because he give us 2 pillows for one of the days, even we needed more. We travel a lot via booking and this was first time to have problems like this.

• Theodore (7/5): Reasonably priced, large apartment in Athens - This apartment is comfortable and spacious. The rooms are also generously sized and it has excellent closet space. The air conditioner works very well and we were able to maintain a pleasant temperature inside, despite the extreme heat outside. The apartment features many helpful items (ironing board, tea kettle, kitchen items/fridge, etc.). From my perspective, the BEST feature of this apartment was the washing machine, which worked very well and really facilitated our return home. The blackout roller shades in the bedrooms were also a nice feature. The rooftop view was nice (though it was too hot for us to want to stay out there for long). This apartment has large balconies, which is pleasant. This location is quite far from the city center, but we knew that ahead of time and didn't mind, as we like to walk. The neighborhood is quite run down, which took us aback at first, However, we did realize afterward that this is the case for most of the city of Athens, with the exception of Plaka, the port of Piraeus, and parts of Monastiraki. We did realize that, despite its dilapidated state, the neighborhood seems safe. We could tell this apartment had been very nice, in its day. However, it needs some TLC. The cleaning left a lot to be desired -- I am talking about food items left behind by previous guests and a somewhat smelly dishwasher -- though I will say that the host promptly took care of one problematic cleaning issue that we raised. The apartment, though nicely decorated, needs a bit of a refresher and a few repairs (i.e., the valances and roller shades in living room/kitchen area). Adding better lighting in the main bathroom, as well as extra power outlets, would be a big improvement. Other than that, the lighting in the apartment is very good.

• Lesley (10/5): Great - The flat is modern and very spacious with great views. We loved the neighbourhood, cafes and supermarket close by and a great Wednesday market. A 3km walk into central Athens via Salaminos, a tree-lined pedestrian walking path with a nice cafe area. Perfect! Nothing

Located in an interesting location. - Excellent apartment, very comfortable beds, three very large sofa's to sprawl out on after a hard day sight-seeing. Wonderful very large veranda at the front, good size veranda by the bedrooms. Great view of the hills and on the rooftop (which is very easily accessible) with great views of the Acropolis. The kitchen was very modern with a large oven, stove, microwave. Stand alone fridge and stand alone freezer - ideal for cooking and then freezing your meals. The neighbourhood is the real Athens, it has no tourist charm. However the people are friendly/polite (though speak very little or no English) and it is very safe to walk around - unlike the tourist areas which are full of pickpockets and hawkers. It is a good 20/30 minutes walk into the central tourist area and on busy roads. You need to navigate via your mobile phone otherwise you can very easily get lost. Nearby is a fabulous bakery and nice sized supermarket aimed at the locals (so a lot cheaper than elsewhere). Lots of cafes/restaurants again at reasonable prices. This area is really suited to independent travellers not tourists. Really great, large food/clothes market on Wednesday mornings near the bakery - again aimed for the locals.

• Pool (10/5): hidden gem ! - almost everything was top : the available space, the rooftop, the view, the bed, the kitchen, the terrace, the parking just in front, the nearby coffee shop, a tasty taberna around the corner, the ‘easyness’ of walking to the city center, as well as the comfort of driving in and out smoothly with the car. a real hidden gem, making you feel at home, with Athens city lying at your feet 🤩 combine all this with a friendly, helpful host and the only thing you can want is : we will be back !
