• Tuğçe (6/5): Üzücü - Tesisin konumu, temizliği, yatağın rahatlığı iyidi. Metroya çok yakındı. Benim konaklamamda sensörden sürekli sabit aralıklarla bip sesi geliyordu ve inanılmaz rahatsız ediciydi. Geceleri sürekli bu ses yüzünden uyandım. Ev sahibi anlam veremedi o yüzden herhangi bir öneride bulunmadı. Banyo biraz eskiydi duş aldıkça kabin su kaçırıyordu ve banyo ıslanıyordu.

• Viviane (4/5): - O chuveiro com banheira é decepciomante porque a agua quente fica apenas uns 3 minutos..o chuveiro é péssimo tambem de força d'agua ...queria banho de bamheira mas passei raiva.
• Viviana (8/5): BUENA UBICACIÓN Y CÁLIDO APARTAMENTO - El apartamento limpio y está en una zona perfecta en Kolonaki cerca de tiendas, bares y restaurantes pero además caminando llegas a todas las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Es cómodo para dos personas . Aunque la verdad mi estancia fue muy buena creo q deben mejorar la calidad del internet q es débil, además de adecuar algún elemento para que la ducha se quede en la parte superior del baño y no tenerla siempre en la mano, por lo q también sería bueno tener cintas antideslizantes en la bañera para proteger a las personas mientras se duchan

• Orovecchio (4/5): - Era veccino a ospedale Tutto apartamento buio,balcone non era un balcone, di piu un balconcino non si poteva metere neanche un sedia .il bagnio sporco la vasca di piu con bordo nero che non era pulita chi sa da quando.e meglio di speccificare bene come veramente e fatto questo apartamento.il bolittore pino di calcare ,la machina di tost gialla con filo spaccato non meritta soldi che costa .Booking.com deve controllare questo aparttamento

• Jenny (10/5): Πολύ μοντέρνο και πολύ ήσυχο κατάλυμα! - Πολύ καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, το κρεβάτι και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα άριστη ποιότητα. Πολύ όμορφο και μοντέρνο decor. Ούτε 5 λεπτά από το μετρό στάση Ευαγγελισμος και 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια το σύνταγμα. Πολύ κοντά έχει να φάει κάποιος σε εστιατόριο και φούρνος,μίνι μάρκετ, καφέ κλπ όλα δίπλα! Άμεση και και ευγενέστατη η ιδιοκτήτρια σε ότι την χρειάστηκα και την ευχαριστώ πολύ!

• Xanthi (10/5): Άνεση, πολύ κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες, καθαρό. - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Διαθέτει πολλά καταστήματα για καφέ και πρωινό. Επίσης πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό. Το κατάλυμα είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένο, πολύ καθαρό, και παρέχει όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για μία άνετη διαμονή. Επίσης είναι πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή. Η κυρία Μίρκα μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόταν για να έχουμε μία καλή διαμονή. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή σε επόμενο ταξίδι.

• Kate (10/5): Clean, modern oasis located in the cutest neighborhood - I so appreciated the communication with the host - they allowed me to check in early which was much needed after a long haul flight from the states. The location, comfort, and vibe of the space was perfect for our needs. I was a little confused about which unit the apartment was and tried to use the keys on the wrong door for a while 😅😅 To clarify: it’s the unmarked door down the hallway by the elevator with the “home” doormat. Not the door right next to the elevator.

• CHARALAMBOS (9/5): Clean, Renovated and Well-Located - Excellent location, clean and recently renovated. Ideal for one or two persons, for short stays. The only drawback is that it faces the building’s backyard, so it is not very bright. The host is excellent and very attentive.
• Yael (6/5): It was an evrage and basic apartment. - No breakfast was served in the property. The prices for dinning and the grocery shoppong in this location were expensive. The wall paint next to shower is chipping & doesn't look presentable. There are few things to mention. There was a blood stain on the bed sheets & the host had asked housekeeping to come & change the sheets. The air confition was very noisy. The bathroom cover keep coming out of it's place. The shower head was NOT mounted to the wall & was uncomfortable nor convieniate to shower holding it all the time. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on.

• Chrystalla (7/5): Good - The location was perfect for my needs, close to amenities and metro station. Clean, comfortable bed. Very dark room,which makes it unwelcome to spend more time than just sleeping in the room. There is no hook/stand to hang the shower head which makes it very difficult to have a shower. A bottle of water in the fridge, a nespresso machine and something small to eat will make you feel more welcome.

• Ljiljana (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect. It is near the metro station with connection to the airport, main sights and the port. Nice neighbourhood with nice restaurants and caffees. It is also within walking distance to the center. The flat is oriented towards the inner yard and therefore a bit dark. Since we spent most of our time outside exploring Athens, it did not bother us at all.

The double glazed doors blocked out any noise and with great ac, kitchenette and wonderful access to city centre either via walking or jumping on Evangalissmos Metro a minute's walk from the front door, (1 stop from Syntagma station) we can thoroughly recommend it. • Alex (10/5): Defenetely would recommend this to a couple - Great position in the city. Near the mountain and close to the city center. Inside, very good at everything. Very little sunlight coming from the windows.

• Ognjen (10/5): Exceptional - What you see on the pictures is what you get. Location is perfect, metro station (Evangelismos) is only 2-3 min walk from the apartment. The neighbourhood is beautiful and has everything what one needs. Kitchen facilities are in a great condition, the flat is warm and the air conditioning is working properly. What you can't see is the host. Maria is great. :) Communication is very easy, she is easily accessibile an quick to respond. I wish you Maria all the best and a great season ahead.
• Goran (9/5): Superb - Nice & clean!!! Close to the metro and bus station. Close to the Supermarket. TV with Nerflix. :) Iron, Hairdryer, nice kitchen, nice bed, first floor apartement. Cold. Heating only works from 18-23h. We turned on the Aircondition, but it is not working properly, or it is not enough to heat the Apaetment, so it was cold inside... No natural light in apartement.

• Sandra (10/5): We stayed because we had a hospital appointment and for some sightseeing, we weren’t disappointed. - Lovely apartment in a good position for the hospital and for sightseeing. Very clean and well equipped, the host Maria was very helpful and easy to contact. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is very tastefully furnished. Would definitely stay here again.
