Lynne (2/5): Apart from health & safety issues, sofa bed and hosts non- engagement the room was clean. - The room was clean, nicely designed. Outside terrace very small and view blocked by massive tree. On our arrival no bed linen for sofa bed which was dealt with quickly. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable you can feel the bars. Fire alarm in room went off at 2am advising ‘change batteries’ this was in a very loud voice every 10 seconds and woke up our neighbour. After messaging and phoning host several times their texted reply was take out the batteries. The fire alarm was on high ceiling. I needed to stand on a very unsafe table to reach fire alarm. No apologies from host and they did not even fix the fire alarm. Health and safety issues.
HERVE (3/5): Chambre très bruyante. Impossible de dormir - La chambre est bien décorée. Moderne. Chambre très bruyante sans aucune intimité. Le balcon de la chambre d'à côté donne directement sur le lit. Le voisin peut donc voir notre lit. De plus, à cause de sa proximité, on attend tout ce qu'il peut dire même très tard dans la nuit. Les murs sont très mal isolés et on attend toutes les chambres aux alentours. La fonction première d'une chambre et de pouvoir dormir, sur 8 nuits seule une nuit a été correcte. Son rôle n'est pas atteint.

Indranil (3/5): Nah might not book again - Nothing. The room was very small, not like the pictures, couldn’t open the balcony shutter. Could hear everything from the next door. Also the property managers behaviour was helpful. No offence but this is our honest feeling.
Sylvia (1/5): We have been using accommodation through Booking for many years, but we have never encountered such a frivolous approach - We booked the accommodation half a year in advance, so that it would meet our expectations and our trip would be pleasant. We were traveling together as two families, we wanted to be accommodated together in one house. In the morning of the day of arrival, we received a message on WhatsApp from Aris premium that they were changing our accommodation and that we would not be accommodated in the apartment we had chosen, but in a completely different one and at a different address. It was stressful for our family. Our friends, just like us, were sent information about the change of accommodation on the morning of our arrival. Each family was accommodated at a different address and, in particular, the provided uploaded apartments did not correspond to the level of equipment of the apartments we had booked. Aris premuim stopped communicating with us completely immediately after our arrival. We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights and they did not communicate with us at all during this time. We repeatedly wrote to them that we had no hot water, no one helped us with this problem. We were forced to shower in cold water. Aris premium is very unserious and I do not recommend using its services if you want to be sure that your accommodation will not be changed on the day of arrival.
Lenka (1/5): - Nothing. Unreliable owner of accommodation. Don't book this accommodation!!! The owner sent us a message early in the morning (01:16) on the day of arrival, that he couldn't give us the accommodation we booked (without explaining the reasons). He informed us, that he "upgraded" our accommodation - in a different building, to a different address, different type of apartment. We wanted to cancel a reservation, but he didn't reply for a few hours, then we had no other available option to choose... Our "upgraded" accommodation smell of cigarettes, was dirty, untidy, with old windows, which don't isolate noise from outside. We traveled and wanted to stay at the same place with 1 other family, that's why we booked 2 apartments in the Aris premium accommodation, the same happened to our friends, we had to stay at 2 different places in Athens, which made our holiday much more complicated.
Tekla (1/5): simply terrible - There is nothing to like about this property If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t make the same mistake we did. The location is absolutely terrible — it feels unsafe, like a run-down ghetto, and you will not feel comfortable walking around. In three nights, not once did anyone bother to clean our apartment. The staff are completely useless and couldn’t care less about helping you with anything. This place ruined part of our trip. If you actually want to enjoy Athens, stay far away from this dump and book somewhere else.

B (7/5): Super :) - - check-in mithilfe von Schlüsselbox sehr einfach - Zimmer war geräumig und sauber - es gab sogar einen kleinen Balkon - gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür Wie bei dem Preis zu erwarten, handelt es sich nicht um das beste Viertel Athens. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm, solange man sich bedacht verhält.

Yovana (3/5): SCAMMED - BOOKING SAMPLE PHOTOS AND SERVICES THAT ARE NOT REAL We waited almost three hours for the caretaker to respond to my WhatsApp message, I never saw the person in charge, the keys were left in a nameless mailbox that was not addressed to anyone, it was impossible to enter the building because it had a code and no one provided it to us, the room was outside the building which did not give me trust or peace of mind traveling with my daughter, it is a rather unsafe neighborhood, far from the tourist area, they never cleaned for us and the trash accumulated, the shower had no door and was always swampy and we had no way to dry it, NO ONE did it, the photos include cafes that do not exist around, the taxi driver said it was a rather unsafe area. Despite no one showing up on time, we lost 60 euros for entry to the Acropolis. We filed a complaint and NEVER HAS THERE BEEN A RESPONSE SO FAR. BOOKING ALSO DOES NOT RESPOND TO COMMENTS OR COMPLAINTS.Esperamos casi tres horas para que el cacero diera respuesta a mi mensaje por Whatsapp, nunca vi al encargado, las llaves las dejaron en un buzón sin nombre a quien estaba dirigido , era imposible ingresar al edificio porque tenia clave y nadie nos la suministro, el cuarto quedaba fuera del edificio lo que no me generaba confianza ni tranquilidad viajando con mi hija, es un barrio poco seguro, lejos de la zona turística, nunca nos hicieron aseo la basurA se acumulo, la ducha no tenia puerta siempre estaba con pantano y no teníamos la forma de secarlo NADIE lo hizo, en las fotos incluyen cafeterias que no existen alrededor, el transportador de taxi dijo que era una zona poca segura. Peses a que nadie aparecio a tiempo perdimos 60 euros de la entrada a la Acropolis. Presentamos la queja y NUNCA HASTA EL MOMENTO HA DADO RESPUESTA. Arda (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay very much at Athens and at ARIS. We mainly spent time in Kypseli and Exarcheia which is very easy to get to from the apartment. The bus station is a minute walk, which you can take many options to get to the center. The balcony in our room was very small, we couldn’t really use it. But since the city is very lively, we also didn’t have much time to spend at the apartment, so we don’t really consider it as a negative. The last day, the managers let us store our luggages in the complex until our flight time while we spend time in the city, which we’re really thankful for. Overall, we would really recommend this place.

The location is greta. very friendly neighberhood. It is our second time at Aris suite and net time we are at Athens we will surely stay there again.

Alon (10/5): Great apartment - We had a wonderful stay—**the apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly**. The house owner was very helpful, and the house manager was lovely and always available whenever we needed anything. The location was great, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Tracy (9/5): - Great location. Easy access to tram and metro. Great bakery and coffee shops just around the corner. Amazing square with lovely authentic restaurants a few blocks away. One room wasn't ready when we arrived but they sorted it out quite quickly.

Jeniffer (5/5): Non-smoking should mean non-smoking!! Unfortunate as the stay could have been great. - Very affordable and the room was very nicely designed with a large balcony. Relatively convenient location with easy access to busses. The check in process was very difficult. We were not given the details until the last minute and when we entered our room, it was filthy. Towels and cigarettes on the floor, and even a pair of shoes. The "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke and the smell did not go away during our whole stay. While the cleaner did her best to help out and cleaned very well, the manager was extremely unhelpful and only offered a suggestion that we cancel if we didn't like it.

Hanna (5/5): - Dobra lokalizacja Niedziałające WIFI, niedziałający czajnik, brak udogodnień, żeby przygotować podstawowy posiłek, niesprawny prysznic. Nocleg oferowany jako "pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami i balkonem" to pokój z jednym podwójnym łóżkiem.

Outside narrow streets no parking place or even for taxi to stop.. Very noisy surroundings Location and surrounding area is like a slum

Jo (9/5): Comfortable modern studio - Really nice, clean comfortable studio. Easy to find and within easy reach of the centre and restaurants and bars. Lots of hot water, good mattress. My only complaint is the walls are way too thin between rooms and the other guests can be very loud

Miroslaw (3/5): My apartment was occupied by someone else - Little good things to say, the other room they gave me was dirty. They did not offer me a reward because of their mistakes. The keys when we arrived were missing and when we got to the apartment, it was already ocuppied by someone who said it was staying long-term. It was late and it caussed innecesary stress and a lot of lost time trying to contact the owners.

Alektoridou (6/5): Ευχάριστο αλλά με δύο σημαντικά μείον - Το δωμάτιο ήταν φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο, ανακαινισμενο και πολύ καθαρό. Το κρεβάτι ήταν μεγάλο και άνετο, λιγο πιο μαλακο ίσως απο οτι θα θελαμε. Το κατάλυμα δεν έχει ασανσέρ σε λειτουργία. Θεωρώ ότι θα έπρεπε να το αναφέρει στην περιγραφή καθώς εμείς το κλείσαμε χωρις να το ξερουμε για τους γονείς μας οι οποίοι είναι μεγάλοι σε ηλικία και δυσκολεύτηκαν να ανεβοκατεβαινουν δύο μέρες τις σκάλες. Η τηλεόραση λειτουργεί μόνο για όσους έχουν συνδρομή netflix. Θεωρώ ότι θα ήταν συν στο δωμάτιο να έχει ελληνικά κανάλια.

Hunk Muller (10/5): Werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf is aanwezig, echt een top accommodatie dit! - Locatie en de inrichting van het appartement zijn uitstekend. Alles in de buurt, van restaurants top supermarkt en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien.
