• Marlene (8/5): - Gastgeber hat immer schnell reagiert und war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gemütlich. Das Bad war nicht sehr einladend (Schimmel), aber für ein paarTage geht’s. Ansonsten war alles ok.

• Miranda (9/5): Ligging - Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Het appartement is vlakbij terrasjes, restaurantjes en gezelligheid. Wel aan een drukke straat. Redelijke drukke straat, vanaf balkon lawaai, maar geeft ook reuring. Anders lekker binnen gaan zitten. Het 2 persoonsbed ligt niet lekker.

• Nóra (9/5): - The location is perfect, the bus stop is in front of the house.The metro station is in a few minutes walking distance. The apartman is fully equipped, very comfortable, big living room- dining room and two separated bedrooms. A little disappointing, despite the advertisement of the apartman with breakfast, that for three nights, for three persons, the breakfast includes one sliced,packed bread,some slices cheese and pariser and a pack eggs in the fridge.I think it wasn,t problem,because there are many coffybars, bakerys and tavernas in this territory. The bathroom requires some renovating,renewing.
• MARIA DEL MAR (5/5): - La ubicación El apartamento en general bien, pero el baño muy antiguo y viejo, muy deteriorado.
• Lucia (10/5): Soggiorno Atene - La casa è molto grande efficiente cioè di tutto la posizione è ottima perché per arrivare in centro ci si impiegano 10 minuti a piedi. Solo il bagno è un po' piccolino per quattro persone. Il quartiere è molto gradevole e vicino si trova tutto. Per chi ha l'auto è un po' difficoltoso trovare parcheggio sotto casa, ma alla fine si trova.

• Jitka (9/5): - Poloha , vybavení kuchyně, čistota. Slabé stěny,takže při návštěvě u sousedky se moc nevyspíte. Pokud hledáte snídani,počítejte s tím,že je jenom na jeden den, takže zařazení " Snídaně v ceně "je nesmysl. Ale v těsné blízkosti je tolik možností jídla nebo nákupu ,že to ani nevadí.

• Lila (10/5): Me encanto!!! - Un hermoso departamento muy buen ubicado a 12 cuadras del Partenon, muy limpio y con todo los artefactos necesarios,camas comodas, lindo balcon, fue muy útil tener lavarropa ,volveria a alojarme Lo unico por decir algo que se debe esperar 15 minutos que caliente el agua para bañarse ; pero tampoco fue algo tan grave
• GEORGIOS (9/5): - Ένα κλασικό αθηναϊκό διαμέρισμα που σε κάνει να νιώθεις ότι σε φιλοξενεί ντόπιος. Πόλυ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα- φαγητό ποτό μάρκετ ότι και αν χρειαστεί.Κοντα σε μετρό για εξορμήσεις οπουδήποτε στην Αθήνα. Ότι χρειαστηκαμε υπήρχε στο διαμέρισμα- και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη άμεση Το μπάνιο ίσως ήταν ο χώρος που χρειαζόταν μια αναβάθμιση- χωρίς να θεωρώ ότι ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση. Και ίσως λιγότερα έπιπλα θα άφηναν περίσσοτερο χώρο μέσα στο διαμέρισμα να κινηθείς.

• GEORGES (9/5): Bien dans l’ensemble. Dommage qu’il ait plu ! L’acropole sera pour un autre jour ! - Très bien situé, pas loin du centre historique. Métro à proximité. Assez bruyant. Pas mal de passage de véhicules. La musique forte chez les voisins. Difficile de garer la voiture sur le trottoir. Des parkings privés en face heureusement, mais un peu cher si on laisse la voiture 24h

• Wilma (10/5): - Me gustó la ubicación es perfecta,todo está relativamente cerca,hay muchos restaurantes en los alrededores y se come muy bien ,limpio . Un desayuno muy pobre ,al dueño no lo vimos y me hubiese gustado conocerle porqué tenía algunas dudas del sitio,pero por lo general todo bien,
• Galina (8/5): - The location was very good. Enough space for a small group. Air-conditioning worked very well. The shower head is very inconvinient to use; it needs to be renovated . Although on my booking it says "Meal plan: Breakfast is included in your final price", the breakfast wasn't provided. Except bread, a few slices of cheese and ham on the first day. And coffee for the coffee machine was also provided. That's it. So we had to buy food for our breakfasts for the other days of our stay by ourselves.

• Marta (5/5): 3 días en Atenas - La ubicación, está cerca del centro de la ciudad y se puede ir andando a todos los lados. Está en una calle con muchos comercios, bares, supermercado etc.. El sofá que se hace cama, es más cómodo que la cama. El aire acondicionado. Las ventanas hacen que este muy insonorizado. El precio es económico. El colchón de matrimonio es muy incómodo, tuvimos que dormir en el sofá para poder descansar mejor. "Desayuno incluido", consta de pan de molde , café, mermelada , un blister de jamón y queso y cuatro botellas de agua, para 4 personas y 3 días. Es mejor que no pongan que influye el desayuno ya que no lo es como tal. Había 2 royos de papel del baño, insuficiente para 3 días y 4 personas. Mejorar la limpieza.

• Botond (10/5): - Szállásadó kedves, segítőkész. Lakás mindenhez közel volt. Mivel idősebb épület, a lépcsőházban és a lakásban is kellemetlen szag üti meg az embert. A "reggeli az árban", annyi volt, hogy a hűtőben várt bennünket egy csomag szalámi, sajt, vaj, lekvár, kenyér. Mindezt három napra 4 főre nem lehet reggelinek nevezni. Megoldható a probléma, mert rengeteg bolt van a közelben, de így kell számolni.
• Geo (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. All you need from small shops to taverns with really good food are just near the apartment. And the most important aspect for us was in walking distance to the Acropolis. Niki was super nice, very responsive and very discreet. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

• Nylynn (9/5): Good stay and we recommend! - Clean and spacious apartment. Provide everything we need for stay. Beds are very comfy. bathroom needs a make over; breakfast was provided, but expect very basic one and the amount is not enough for 4 people/2 day stay. plenty of coffee though.

Communication with Niki was very easy and prompt, flexibility provided is very much appreciated. Little bit tired looking bathroom, but the rest for he property is in a very good state and clean.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean, equipped with everything you may need (dishes, spare blankets and towels, kitchen appliances, books, even butter, jam, coffee, tea and water). Location was great, close to main attractions, shops and restaurants. Host sent all the relevant information timely and answered to all our questions promptly. Comfortable beds and couch. Highly recommended. Bathroom may need uplifting but it is functional and clean. Trolly can be seen through the window, which is confusing, but luckily doors and widows close tight so it was not noisy.

• Dáire (8/5): Great place to stay in Athens - It was very affordable, the accommodation was within walking distance of city centre and major attractions. The neighbourhood was a big plus also, lots of good eateries and bars, shops, within 100 metres of the door. The shower was a bit dated - bathroom could probably do with a little renovation generally.

• Anne-claire (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was spacious with everything needed, the host was available and very quick to answer our queries! I know that if I come back in Athens I will try to book this flat again! It can be noisy during the evening due to the restaurants/bars next door (but not a problem when putting earplugs in!) The neighbours can also be a bit noisy
• Taye (7/5): Good - The place is spacious. Many shops/bars/restaurants are nearby. All the main tourist attractions are in walking distance. Bus and metro stations are very nearby. The owners of the place need to improve their effort to keep the place clean. Many of the fittings in the apartment are old and they need some improvement. There must be a better way of availing the keys to the client instead of many people waiting for you during check in at the apartment. The surrounding area is very noisy and if one is travelling with kids, one needs to think twice.
• Lora (8/5): A nice place to stay - The apartment is in a very central area with everything just around the corner. It is little too busy and noisy, but that’s how it is in the heart of the city. The rooms are really cozy and well furnished. It was clean and nice. The balcony is really tiny. There was no soap and the bathroom could get some refreshment.

During our stay, the washing machine broke down so after failing to get it working again, the owner had a new one purchased and installed within a day or two. There were funny little noises seemingly coming from the apartment upstairs (maybe a pet).
