• HOAREAU L F (7/5): - La literie est excellente Le logement est assez proche du métro Sepolia (7 minutes à pied) ce qui est idéal pour se rendre au centre d'Athènes Des attentions à notre arrivée : café, croissants, boissons... La pièce de vie est très sombre, il faut toujours vivre avec les lumières. La promiscuité avec les autres logements (vis à vis)

• martinidp (10/5): - Всё понравилось, мы были на новый год, так что хозяин разрешил выспаться и уехать в удобное время, было чисто и комфортноб посуда была вся и был даже праздничный пирог и сладости детям.Находится в хорошем месте есть много магазинов и в пяти минутах большой супермаркет, диван можно было разложить в гостинной. удобно для большой семьи, была и стрильаная машина и порошёк имелся в наличии!

• Domajor7 LTD (10/5): דירה מדהימה ומרווחת ,תמורה מצויינת לכסף!!!! - דירה מדהימה! פעם שניה שאני ואשתי מגיעים לדירה הזאת והיא יוצאת מן הכלל והיינו בהמון דירות ברחבי אתונה. שכונה מקסימה!יש הכל מסביב.תיירים לא תראו שם הרבה.סופרמרקט קרוב,שופינג ,בתי קפה עם קהל מקומי.אם לא רוצים לשהות במקום הומה אדם.רק 5 תחנות במטרו למרכז אתונה. בעל הבית מקסים ואיפשר לנו להשאיר חפצים אחרי שעת הצ'ק אין. דירה מרווחת ויש בה הכל. מאוד ממליץ!אני מבקר הרבה באתונה,וזאת דירה שאני פשוט רוצה לחזור אליה. תמורה מעולה לכסף.ולט סתם הדרוג שלה גבוה!!! אהבתי הכל!!!
• ANDREEA (10/5): Great 2 weeks stay in this appartment - I think it was one of the best appartments I've stayed in. Well equipped, very confortable beds and the owner thought at everything: the kitchen full of plates&glasses, the bathroom with paper, shampoo and bath lotions, we could wash and dry our clothes, a lot of towels and pillows, 3 air conditioning(!!!!), cleaning products and also a welcome gift in the fridge. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with lots of caffe bars, great restaurants and big and small stores. Also the metro station Sepolia was near, just a 5 minute walk. I liked as well that the building has an elevator (usefull when you have luggages/shopping bags). Thank you and hope to come back!! -

• val (10/5): Nice apartment. Wish I booked for longer! - The area surrounding the apartment was really nice and I felt safe at all times. The fridge also had some soft drinks as welcome which was nice as they weather was hot and the owner was very friendly and understanding. Nothing , everything was brilliant.
• Ula (1/5): A stressful and unpleasant stay due to a chaotic check-in and an extremely rude host. - I arrived at the apartment in Sepolia shortly after 11 PM and was shocked to find that the keys were not in the lockbox, even though I had received the code and opened it successfully. Left stranded outside late at night, I repeatedly called both emergency numbers provided by the host—no answer. I also tried contacting them via WhatsApp. Eventually, a lady responded and said she would arrive in 5 minutes. In the meantime, the host messaged me asking if I had entered the flat. I explained that I hadn’t, because the keys were missing. Instead of showing concern or offering an apology, he responded aggressively, accusing me of lying. His excuse was that I had not sent a copy of my ID. However, there was no mention or reminder about needing to send my ID when he provided the lockbox code earlier that day. When I pointed this out, he shouted over the phone and was completely disrespectful and hostile. The entire experience was stressful and deeply upsetting. I managed to enter the building only because another couple happened to open the front door. Still, I could not access the apartment itself. Nearly an hour after my arrival, the lady finally arrived with the keys. I strongly advise against booking this apartment. The check-in process was disorganized and unreliable, and the host’s behavior was unprofessional and aggressive. No guest should be treated this way, especially when arriving late at night in a new city

• Ahmed (10/5): The stay was very comfortable, great property! - Property is recently renovated, it is clean and modern, building and area is really nice It is not close to the city center and touristic area. However, it is 8 mins away from a metro station and by metro city center is 15 mins away
• Ramis (8/5): Very good - Well, definitely one of the best of 3 different apartments we stayed in Athens. Very spacious and well equipped. Has a quite good design and planning. Spacious bathroom with regular+ shower In general it was a noisy place because of the gap under the door, and small gap around other sides of the door as well. Second problem it's a location. Half an hour from the city center and just few cafe nearby. Restaurants was far away. Probably because of that gap or some sewer hole on our second day we saw enormous bug (photo). It's like 5 cm in length and few wide. All the windows were closed so we don't know how that bug ended up in the bathroom
• Dennis (9/5): Nice stay in a very comfortable Apartment - The apartment is really spacious and it is equipped with all the essentials that one needs, incl. an ironing board and hair dryer etc. The two beds are comfortable. The apartment is located roughly in the middle of two metro stations. Sepolia is closer and Attiki is a bit farther away. But both can be easily reached by foot. There are some nice bakeries, shops, groceries stores, and (fast food) restaurants in the area. There are only two cons that come to my mind and both are notbthe apartment's fault. First you can hear the neighbors. One on particular was laughing and making noise soooo loud, it was crazy and annoying. However this happened only on saturday. The second point is that the apartment is not as close to the city center as I initially thought. So ot takes like 25 minutes to get to the centre.

• Benjamin (10/5): for two nights - Comfortable place. There are 2 metro stops, convenient grocery stores, snacks nearby. Very easy to pick up the key. Given our late arrival and early departure, this was extremely important to us. Thank you for the welcome. There was water in the fridge which was also important due to our late arrival. everything was fine
• Michael (10/5): For a family or two couples who want to stay several days: This is your place to do so. - This was one of the most complete apartments I have encountered and I've been in dozens. There is everything four people will need, not only the beds. You get storage space for 4, the table is big enough for 4 and the kitchen con be used to cook for 4. Even the wastebin is big enough for 4. All appliances are new and all I used worked. The ceiling is a bit higher than I'm accustomed from Germany, maybe at about 3m or slightly more. This and the very good lighting lets you simply forget that you don't have much of a view. Even so the two bedrooms are amply lit as both have access to the small balcony. Also nice: Items that are cheap but cannot be purchased in small quantity for a short stay like laundry detergent are supplied. During my stay of 6 nigths I simply found whatever I needed - perfect. There's hardly anything I can criticize unless I'd be nitpicking.

• Artem (10/5): Probably the best option in this area of Athens - Very nice apartment. Clean. Beautiful interior. Everything is well thought out. There is everything you need for accommodation. Pleasant host Erjon is always in touch. Self check-in. It is about 7 minutes walk to Sepolia metro station. There are several large supermarkets and shops for all needs near the apartment. Probably the best option in this area of Athens. We are very satisfied.

• George (10/5): Perfect stay a short ride from the center - It's rare to find a privately run apartment like this where everything is right and just works, where all the little details are thought of and well done....but this is one of those places. We were really comfortable here, and impressed by how clean and well thought out it was. And, as I mentioned, all the little things were there and everything just worked. The location, while not right in the center, strikes a good balance. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro station and then just a 10 minute ride to be right in the heart of everything. The street the apartment is on is quiet and it's just one or two minutes walking from the heart of the Sepolia neighborhood (which, while small, has enough that you don't feel you're in the middle of nowhere). No complaints!

All clean, veeery comfy beds. Nice and quiet, cool rooms even in the 29 degree in Athens. Perfect equipped for days, maybe weeks to stay. Close (5-6 mins walking) from metro station where you find 2 supermarkets also. Good metro lines to rich a lot of places in the city. The place is actually as in the picturues. Instruction regarding collecting the keys sent a day before. very easy to find. The apartment was clean and tidy, Everything we needed for a 4 nights stay was available in the apartment. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was clean. Parking is a little difficult as the case in all of Athens, but I was able to find a spot around the building all the times. no view at all, all you can see around are the walls of neighboring buildings. which didn't bother us as we were going out during the day.
