• Mark (10/5): Amazing apartment, lovely host, fabulous cleaner. Wonderful stay - just be careful at night. - Super modern with absolutely everything you need. We loved the little touches like shampoo and conditioner and breakfast. So thoughtful. The area it’s located in. During the day it’s no problem, but one night we returned late and clearly Athens has an issue with migrants. These lads started harassing my wife but stopped when I confronted them. I’m an amateur boxer so wasn’t intimidated and the group very quickly apologised. However this could have turned nasty. Allot of the graffiti says to rob tourists and tourists go home.

• Boland (10/5): - I loved the space in the apartment, and the Jacuzzi with the view of the Acropolis, the housekeeper and the owner were lovely to deal with, would definitely come back The jets in the shower in the main bathroom absolutely soaked the whole bathroom so was a bit of a nightmare trying to clean up, the area on one side looks a bit run down and unsafe but was pleasantly surprised with how safe it turned out to be

• Frank (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Athen - Hatten 4 Übernachten im Appartement. Aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die für eine nette Begrüßung gesorgt hat (Verpflegung und Osterbrauch). Appartement war komfortabel, ruhig und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Athen. Fahrzeug konnte bequem in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden.

• Maria (10/5): Θα ξανά έμενα! - Το τζακούζι, το ιδιαίτερο τζάκι, το μπάνιο, το άνετο κρεβάτι Το ότι δεν είχε αρκετό ζεστό νερό ώστε να γεμίσει κατευθείαν το τζακούζι, θόρυβος απέξω (ίσως έτυχε να κάνουν έργα), αυτό που «έλειπε» από το κατάλυμα ήταν ένα ανοιχτήρι για το κρασί.

• Alessandro (10/5): Fantastica suite - E' un'appartamentio molto spazioso, in una zona tranquilla non troppo distante dal centro città. Abbiamo avuto tutte le indicazioni chiare per il self check in, e in un'attimo siamo riusciti ad entrare nell'appartamento. La bellissima suite è arredata con cura, molto pulita e la camera matrimoniale con jacuzi vista Acropoli è spettacolare. Apprezzate tantissimo le coccole di benvenute (vino , frutta , prosciutto, pane, acqua, caffe',te) ci hanno salvato la cena il giorno dell'arrivo. Ci torneremo volentieri e la consiglio a tutti. L'unica nota da segnalare che ho provato a impostare il livello massimo sulla mia jacuzzi, ma credo che "al massimo" equivalga a "un leggero movimento dell'acqua". Questo aspetto può essere migliorato per avere una completa soddisfazione del soggiorno.

• Konstantinos (9/5): - Τοποθεσία και υπόγειο parking Το δεύτερο δωμάτιο δεν έχει ενα τραπεζακι ή κομοδίνο . Το μπάνιο μάζευε πολλά νερά και δεν υπήρχε σφουγγαριστρα μα τα μαζέψουμε. Το καπάκι της τουαλέτας ήταν σπασμένο
• jbird4yankees (7/5): Spacious apartment with a nice view. - Really spacious apartment. They gave us some snacks to have too. The hot tub was a nice touch overlooking a view of the Acropolis in the distance. The owners were very helpful with getting us situated. There was a faint cigarette smell. The location was okay but a little far from major touristy areas and the area was a little unflattering and not the safest/easiest to walk around. The split air units weren't super effective (I needed to put them in turbo to maintain a comfortable temp).

• Ζωή (10/5): - Ενα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα με αρκετές παροχές. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν αρκετά φιλόξενοι και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε κάθε απορία οποιαδήποτε στιγμή . Όμορφος χώρος και καθαρός με πολύ ωραία θέα . Επίσης διαθέτει και πάρκινγκ. Θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα ! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ
• ELINA (5/5): - Το γκαράζ ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό. Μπήκαμε άνετα, είχε κάποια μικρά γεύματα, το μπάνιο πολύ καλό το ίδιο και το ντουζ. Γενικά πολύ καθαρά. Είχαμε πρόβλημα και με τα δύο ερκοντισιον. Αυτό στο δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αρκετά δυνατό και το βράδυ σκάσαμε και αυτό στο σαλονακι έβγαζε νερά. Στο τζακουζι είχαμε πρόβλημα με την τάπα και μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες το κάναμε να λειτουργήσει. Και φυσικά η θέα με αυτό που βλέπαμε στις φωτογραφίες δεν είχε καμία σχέση.

• ZOGRAFOS A (10/5): Μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία - Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο και άνετο.Είναι επίσης πολύ φωτεινό και διαθέτει οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται κανείς κατά τη διαμονή του σε αυτό. Οφείλω να πω πολλά μπράβο για το ότι ήταν τόσο προσεγμένο και ειδικά για το ότι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Όσο αφορά την οικοδέσποινα ,ήταν πολύ ευγενική,προνοητική και πρόθυμη να απαντήσει σε κάθε μου ερώτημα.Αν και δεν είχα μαζί της επαφή δια ζώσης,καθώς παρέλαβα από θυρίδα το κλειδί και έκανα check-in μόνος μου,ωστόσο είχε φροντίσει να μου δώσει σημαντικές και συγκεκριμένες πληροφορίες για το διαμέρισμα πριν από την άφιξή μου. Η διαμονή μου ήταν ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη.Το υδρομασάζ με θέα τη φωτισμένη Ακρόπολη τα βράδια είναι μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία ,που δεν περιγράφεται. Σίγουρα είναι ένα φανταστικό μέρος για να μείνει κανείς ερχόμενος στην Αθήνα και λόγω της αισθητικής του αλλά και λόγω της τοποθεσίας του.
• Sandu (7/5): - Apartamentul a fost curat, cu un loc la parcare subterana. A fost foarte cald, cladirea avand foarte multa sticla. Nici unul din cele 3 aparate de aer conditionat nu functiona corespunzator si erau foarte zgomotoase, fiind imposibil sa dormi in timp ce functionau, desi apartamentul e la ultimul etaj si se incalzeste foarte tare.

• Martina (1/5): - Positiv: Geräumige Wohnung und Tiefgaragenplatz Leider hatten wir überwiegend negativen Erfahrungen mit diesem Apartment. Das anscheinlich zuerst luxuriöse Apartment hat bei unserer Ankunft extrem nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher Apartment war. Der Geruch war für unseren Aufenthalt so unangenehm. Lüften war bei der Hitze nicht möglich. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war nicht leistungsfähig genug. Es fehlt ein Lattenrost im Hauptschlafzimmer am Ende des Bettes, der Bettrahmen ist beschädigt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu generell zu Wünschen übrig. Am schlimmsten war, dass wir mit schlafenden Kind circa 5 min auch nach mehrmaligem Versuchen nicht mehr ins Apartment gekommen waren, da die Türe klemmte. Über die Kakerlake im Badezimmer haben wir hinweggesehen. Die Garage war der einzige Pluspunkt während unseres Aufenthaltes.

The neighborhood was very quiet. A bit far from the center, requires taking a taxi ( which is NOT expensive) or a 15-20 minutes walk. It can also be an advantage

• Christian (9/5): Immer wieder gerne - Sehr netter Kontakt und hilfsbereit. Kamen einmal nicht rein und nach 5min war bereits jemand da. Sehr schönes Bad. Vorallem der Privatparkplatz in der Tiefgarage war super. Das Foto mit Blick auf die Akropolis ist nicht ganz das passend. Der Blickwinkel und Abstand passt nicht. und ein Wohnblock ist noch links. Beim Baden muss/kann man die Gardine zuziehen. Aber man sieht sie auf jeden Fall. Was echt schön war.

Από φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγειάκι, μάτια κουζίνας, πιάτα, ποτήρια, σκεύη μαγειρικής, μέχρι επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια! Η ιδιοκτήτρια και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατες και εξυπηρετικές! Η περιοχή που βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα δεν έχει κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Πρέπει να μπείς κέντρο με κοντινότερο σταθμό του μετρό το Μεταξουργείο, περίπου 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Attention to detail: Free snacks/wine - Communication, facilities, closed and safe parking, supermarket just 2 min away, excellent view Its location, not of the appartment, they neighborhood in general. You can walk around but it feels a little bit degraded

Great for young couples. - Property has a lovely ceiling lit shower room which along with the jacuzzi were fantastic for decompressing after long walking days. Air conditioning was fast and quiet. Overall a modern look and feel. Some of the finishings are a bit rough around the edges. Location is not amazing, 20-30 minute walk to get into the centre, you should expect this in Athens as that's how the City is. Couldn't see the Acropolis from our room.

• Karina (7/5): Good - View poor soundproofing, all morning we listened to children playing on the field opposite. you can't fill the bathtub with more than half of water, otherwise the water flows out of it. so we spent the first night with a towel 'in our teeth". even though we did everything according to the instructions, but the water still leaked out. • David (10/5): Excellent accommodation in Athens with a view of the Parthenon from main bedroom. - Beautiful people was the perfect base for our family to explore Athens. The view of the Parthenon from the main bedroom was fantastic. The place is spacious and has everything we needed. Nicoletta was very helpful, checking in from time to time to see if we needed anything. Always fast responses from within the app. Would stay there again.
