• Salojee (9/5): - There's a lot of finer details that makes the apartment more comfortable to the visitors. The apartment is neat soaciosu and well put together. I do not think i didnt like anything in particular. I just misunderstood some of the booking details.

• Elena (8/5): We would come again:) - Nice apartment with everything you need to stay for a short or a long time. 2 ACs and 2 TVS (one in each room). Free toiletries, hairdryer, iron, tumble dryer and a washing machine… The apartment smelled a bit even though it was clean.
• Rowena (8/5): Very good - It was nice to have a toaster and kettle, in addition to the oven. We also appreciated the washing machine, dryer and extra towels. Having a key box also gave us the flexibility to leave early in the morning for the airport without disturbing someone. The apartment felt safe and is furnished in a modern way as others have noted. Although the manager of the apartment is available via WhatsApp to answer any questions promptly (and that's great), it would be nice to have some standard information for guests inside the apartment e.g. location of the nearest supermarket, recommended restaurants, information about the waste / bins / recycling, if the tap water is drinkable etc. Obviously there is Google, but personal recommendations are always better in my opinion! It took us a bit of trial and error to find a good place for breakfast - in the end, the cafes near the metro Neos Kosmos seemed the best for quality / price. A microwave would also make a great addition to the apartment, just to heat something up quickly instead of having to use the oven. Ideally some oil for cooking too as we realised too late that there wasn't any after doing the shopping! The toilet also leaked a little bit, but this was no big deal and I let the manager know when we left.

• Shrainbow (9/5): Very nice home stay in Athens - The apartment is located in a residential area, very convenient for sightseeing and shopping groceries, walking distance to the city centre and Acropolis etc, near metro stations and trams. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, washer and dryer , nice and clean, the only downside is on the ground floor, can't open the curtains hence quite dark inside but not a big issue. Overall we had a very nice stay, Maria the liaison girl was very helpful, I will recommend this place to my friends! A bit noisy and dark.

The property itself was both lovely and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The host was delightful, making us feel welcomed and at home. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends traveling to Athens. A perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the city!

• Kirsi (9/5): Superb - The apartment was so nice and clean. I liked the washing machine and a dryer. There were enough room for one person in the apartment. Walking distance from Acropolis for example and less than 10 minutes walk from metro and tram. Everything was so nice. I would come back. The voice from the hallway and from the street was disturbing once in a while.

• Karolina (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment looks like in the pictures and the facilities are as listed on booking. It was clean and the sheets and towels were prepared. Quick contact with the owner. Except that the apartment itself was as described. The owner did not mention the presence of cockroaches. Even though, after they showed up (before our stay), a pest control was done, but not mentioned to us as guests. On the second day we found dead cockroaches and contacted the owner, and the other day she came and put covers on two drains. She did not tell us in the first place to close the drains. Few days later we had alive cockroaches. We contacted the owner so she does something about them and also booking service for a refund, they actually cared and took action. The pest control was done day after alive cockroaches were found. We were not updated after she came to the apartment but we had to ask about everything ourselves. Even though, the last 2 days there were no cockroaches we still felt stressed at the back of our head. If the owner mentioned their presence in the first place and what to do to avoid them, our review might have been different:)
• Bartłomiej (9/5): Perfect! - Apartment was modern, the amenities were a plus. Washing maschine and dryer of high quality. The proper amount of sheets and towels. Hairdryer and iron available- two TV (one smart). The apartment is a little dark. It can be noisy event during the night.
• Jan (10/5): A pleasent stay in a cozy apartment. - Very nice, clean and comfy apartment, and very close to the center. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you! The host provided exact instructions how to get there from the airport so that was very easy too. Just a few details. The big TV in the living room did not work, but it was not a smart TV anyway. However the smaller one in the bedroom was OK and Netflix enabled. Also an extension cord would be nice to have next to the workbench so I could work and have my laptop powered there.
• Tatiana (8/5): Wonderful apartment with all the facilities - The apartment is in 7 minutes from the nearest metro station. And in 20 minutes from the city’s center. It’s on the ground floor, but it has the roller shutters on the windows, that’s why nobody disturbs you. Wi-fi connection speed is quite a good (about 40 mBps). There is a toster, that’s great (but we became fatter😁) The apartment has a heating air conditioning system, that’s really important in winter. And there are a washing and a drying machines, that is really fantastic! I could wash my clothes and in 15 minutes they are almost dry. Also the apartment has a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. And there are a lot of blankets, that’s nice. To sum up, this apartment has almost all the facilities that you would wish and even more. You should be ready that the floor there is very cold in winter. It is impossible to stay on the floor even in socks. You can only sit on the sofa or run fast from bed to the sofa)) Honestly, I think, that it would be nice to have a few carpets there, that would resolve this issue. And 2 issues in the toilet, that should be fixed: The toilet starts to flow near the foundation on the floor. The shower starts to splash.

• Samantha (9/5): Lovely little apartment. - The apartment was spotless. It was compact, but had all the amenities you could need, including air conditioning. It was plenty of space for us 3 adults and would be fine for a family of 4. It was within walking distance (20-30mins) of the Acropolis and other sites, but also within 10mins walk of the metro station, which takes you directly (and quickly) to the Acropolis or Syntagma Square. There is a small grocers right opposite with a friendly and helpful lady server and there are other shops/supermarkets nearby. There is a cafe across the street, but we didn't use it, so I can't comment on it, but there is a gorgeous little courtyard cafe/bar a couple of minutes away called Teras Athens. The accommodation contact was very good and sent us all the info we needed and more. I would highly recommend. It wasn't in the best part of town, but it wasn't bad either. We had no trouble with noise or anything else, so was happy with the convenience of the location.
