• Simon (9/5): - L appartement était très propre, les terrasses très chouettes, l'immeuble est calme et le quartier aussi. Tout était parfait ⭐⭐⭐⭐les photos représentent l'appartement a 100,%. Le métro est a 250 mètres et dans le quartier il y a quelques boulangeries qui sont super bonnes.

• karine (8/5): Logement agréable et bien équipé mais mal isolé et quartier sans grand attrait - Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, Literie confortable, Immense terrasse, Proche du métro (5-10 minutes à pied) A 25 minutes à pied environ de l'acropole L'appartement est mal isolé : forts bruits de voisinage et bruits de circulation jusque tard dans la nuit. Le quartier ne pose pas de problème particulier mais il n'est pas très attrayant.

• Denis (9/5): Schönes Appartment in ruhiger Gegend mit toller Terrasse - Wir waren schon das 2.Mal zu Gast. Die Terrasse ist toll und sehr gemütlich mit den vielen Pflanzen und die Wohnung hat alles was man so braucht für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Athen. Die Gegend ist auch ruhig und es gibt einige Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Beim ersten Besuch war das Aufschließen der Haustür unten etwas schwierig, das wurde offenbar repariert, danke! Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, ist die Parkplatzsuche vielleicht etwas mühsam, aber das ist eben Athen. :-)

• Marin (10/5): Un havre de paix et de soleil ainsi qu'une terrasse magnifique. - L'appartement est tout simplement parfait, une immense terrasse ensoleillée, très bien entretenu. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait à notre arrivée. Tout était parfait, nous y revenions pour la seconde fois car nous en étions pleinement satisfait. Un vrai plaisir que nous recommandons, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

• Suzanne (9/5): It is a very nice apartment with a great leafy big veranda. - It absolutely had everything we needed and wanted. Loved the veranda. We use only carry on bags so they are not very heavy. However the 54 steps, (3 flights) would have been too impossible if we had been lugging heavy suitcases. Having said that though, they were a good fitness exercise!

La terraza es maravillosa y la cocina nos gustó mucho también El check in: Se nos dio el código de acceso a la llave con mucha antelación y cuando llegamos, dicho código se había cambiado y nadie nos había avisado y eran las 5am. Como consejo para el futuro, que por favor indiquen los códigos unos días antes. Por lo demás, todo genial. El apartamento es una maravilla.

• Andrei (10/5): Perfect - The property is very nicely decorated, the terrace is just fabulous, we spent most of our time there, all facilities are functional and ok, Kassandra was very active and nice, fortunately we did not need to contact her as everything was perfect. The property looks the same, photos are not altered, I would come again and even consider staying for years there when I move to Athens. For some people going up 3 floors is going to be heavy, I am used to walking allot so, it was not that bothersome, if you work or have to do daily big transfers, the internet will not manage the job, it is mainly for casual usage, which is normal.

• VOLHA (10/5): Great apartments to relax in a new place! Book with confidence! - The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and bathroom and two air conditioners. The area is quiet, calm and safe. The main bonus for us was the huge and cozy balcony. We spent every breakfast there. We felt so good there that sometimes we only went for a walk closer to lunchtime. I highly recommend these apartments! In a new city and possibly country, you will feel very comfortable and safe here.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely adorable apartment. It was a pity for me to stay only one night. Beautiful, clean, with everything you need. 15-20 minutes by foot to the historical city center.
• László (10/5): Close to the metro, in a quiet street - Fully equipped, comfortable, clean apartment with a fantastic large terrace. Just a few minutes walk from the M2 metro station Aghios Ioannis. Quiet surroundings. Have to walk a few hundred metres if you're looking for a taverna or café. Or I was not attentive enough.

• Terrykenneth (8/5): Very good - This apartment was huge. It has a fantastic wrap around balcony. The kitchen was well stocked if one wanted to cook. It has a washing machine which was great to get a chance to catch up on laundry. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. It was out of town but so close and convenient to the metro we preferred it to when we stayed in town at the beginning of our trip. Really one of the nicest apartments we have stayed at in our many travels The same thing other reviews have mentioned. The fact you gave to go up 3 flights of stairs. For myself, I could not possibly carry our luggage up. My husband was able with difficulty and we are in good shape For seniors or someone with physical difficulties, as much as this is a fantastic apartment, I would suggest you give it a miss

• Jevgenija (9/5): Superb - It is great appartment - cosy and spacious enough for 2-3 people. Great terrace with lovely flowers. The host was welcoming with some fruits and drinks. We found everything needed for the comfortable stay. The location is 7min walk from metro station Ag.Ioannis. The area needs some development, but it felt safe. There is a supermarket close by, but mind Greek working hours. 🙂 Eating out would be challenging, unless some snacks and coffee. I would recommend this apartment, great place to stay! For those who might find it challenging, there is no elevator in the building. You have to take stairs to the 3rd floor

• Jorge (10/5): Would stay there again - Everything was great, the apartment is really spacious, there are multiple grocery stores near at walking distance, main attractions are not that close but the metro station is very close and easy to use. It has a smart TV which can be very handy to watch Netflix, the A/C worked perfect which was one of my main concerns, the building is very quiet, at night everything is quiet too. Definitely would stay there again. Finding a parking spot can be tricky I found a spot 2 blocks down the road but I was lucky since it was a very small spot but I had a super compact car.

• Linda (10/5): Fantastic apartment, amazing value - Fantastic apartment, a few minutes walk from the excellent Athens subway system. Great space, lovely balcony and and apartment with all the signs of someone who cares and thinks about the comfort of her guests. Just lovely!

• Marsela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very close to the metro station which makes it 5-10 mins from the city center. Ms Kassandra, one of the nicest hosts I've met, was very helpful and patient - I've requested an early check in and the apartment was ready on time but unfortunately I was late due to traffic). For me the strongest point of this apartment is the cosy and romantic balcony that is absolutely perfect for spending some time to relax on a hot summer night. This property goes straight to my list of favorites ☺️ Thank you Ms Kassandra!

• Jo (7/5): Lovely terrace and location, but... - Most things mentioned in other comments are correct: great location (quiet + close to handy metro line 2), comfortable, good bed and as a great plus: the magnificent terrace! And all of tbat for a very reasonable price. Nevertheless there were two aspects that make me give a moderate score. First of all there were some cockroaches. After mentionning, the landlord send immediatley someone to desinfect, but still, for me that is a red line. May be I am to touchy about this... Also important to mention: there is a good sofa bed in the living room, but only two out of four big windows have stores. So it is bright very early. I fixed that with some sheets, but still. If you do not mind these two things: go for it! Then it is priceworthy.
