• Milan (7/5): - Locatie is top. Restaurantjes en barretjes om de hoek. Op loopafstand van alle belangrijke attracties. Bereikbaarheid via de chat verliep altijd snel en vriendelijk. Bij aankomst werkte de wifi niet. Verschillende netwerken en instructies ontvangen en na veel gedoe is het uiteindelijk gelukt. Dakterras verlichting werkte ook niet. Dag later is er wel iemand gekomen om het proberen op te lossen.
• Anthi (10/5): Quite yet centrally located, clean - Appreciating the fact that the hosts contacted me to inform me that there was a delay at cleaning but we could check in regardless, even if the cleaner is there. I informed them that’s no problem at all as long as the cleaner takes the time needed to make a proper, thorough job. We arrived 40 minutes later than the check in time and indeed, the place was spotless clean. 2-bedroom with comfortable beds and pillows, rain shower at the bathroom and shockingly calm and quiet for such a central location. Easy checkin/out process. We stayed for 3 nights at a time that all Athens was fully booked and it was amazing value for money. Minor point: a couple more shelves near the sink.

Quiet. * WiFi was very slow, almost unusable * We agreed on a 10-11am checkout but cleaner arrived at 8:00-8:30am trying to kick us out. They couldn't speak English which complicated things even more. * One shower leaks a lot, leaving a mess and super slippery floor

• Andreas (9/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ασφάλεια, ησυχία, ωραίο designs και διαρρύθμιση χώρων. Πολύ σημαντικό τα έξτρα μαξιλάρια και το χαρτί τουαλέτας. Θα ήθελα να υπάρχουν μερικά μπουκαλάκια εμφιαλωμένου νερού στο ψυγείο ιδανικά, από το μπάνιο λείπει ένα έπιπλο για να ακουμπά κανείς τα πράγματά του, ήταν πρόβλημα αυτό, επίσης το μπάνιο αλλά και οι χώροι χρειάζεται να έχουν περισσότερο φωτισμό.

• yasow (8/5): Tekrar kesinlikle gelirim. - Konumu çok merkezi, gezmeye ara verip dinlenmek istediğimizde 5 dakikada evdeydik, yataklar çok rahat. Çalışanlar her soruya hemen cevapladılar. Binaya giriş, bilgilendirme videoları ile çok açık ve netti. Bir daha kesinlikle kalırım. Beğenmediğim birşey olmadı. Daha iyi olması için kalınacak gün sayısı kadar kahve olmalıydı ufak ama etkili. Ve belki de daha iyi bir kahve makinesi;)

• Katerina (10/5): A truly pleasant and well-organized stay in a great location. - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully arranged, and in a great central location. Communication was excellent — they replied immediately every time, which we really appreciated. We asked for a full-length mirror and they brought it the very next day, which shows great service and attention to guests. Would definitely stay again! It would be even more convenient to have a small shelf or space in the bathroom for personal items.

• sarit (10/5): Excellent location - Second time staying here in Athens and I would gladly return again. The apartment was clean, pleasant, and suitable for three adults, with a nice large balcony. The location is excellent, just a two minute walk from the main shopping street. The hosts were very kind, checked in with us daily, and helped with every request. Thank you for a great stay.

• Ana (9/5): Gran ubicación y sitio agradable - La ubicación es muy buena. La vitrocerámica funcionaba muy bien y la sartén estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Normalmente esas dos cosas suelen fallar en este tipo de alojamientos pero no aquí. Las camas cómodas y grandes. Es de agradecer que no tengas que tirar la basura el último día ya que ellos se hacen cargo. El personal siempre accesible a través de mensaje contestando muy rápido. La zona del salón para 4 personas es un poco escasa. En la barra de comer hay que hacer turnos. Una mesa extensible y sillas en lugar de taburetes hubiera funcionado mejor. Eché en falta un trapo de cocina y aceite. Cuando vas pocos días se gasta poco. Espero que el litro de aceite que dejé lo disfrutasen los siguientes visitantes. Por lo demás el apartamento es estupendo.

• Agnes (9/5): Nagyon jó helyen lévő szállás, szép, kreatív design. - Szuper lokáció, szép és praktikus design, nagy terasz. A házigazda nagyon készségesen és aktívan foglalkozott a felmerülő technikai problémákkal. Ha a kanapén is alszanak, akkor szűkös a hely, vissza kell csukni nappalra a kanapét.

• Yoav Ben Horin (7/5): - המיקום נהדר, קרוב מאוד לרחוב הארמו. 10 דקות הכל הטברנות. הדירה יפה ונוחה. הבניין בו ממוקמות הדירות ישן והדרך עד לדירה לא נעימה. מציאת הדירה בפעם הראשונה מאוד מבלבלת. לא טרחו אפילו לשים שלט עם השם של המקום…. רמת הניקיון טעונה שיפור. המזגנים פעם עובדים פעם לא לא תמיד היו מים חמים, ואז צריך למצןא את המפסק לדוד (בארון חשמל).
• Yulia (1/5): Disappointing - Location We were very disappointed with this booking. Upon check-in, the apartment was not ready — cleaning was completed only by 16:00. Inside, there are almost no windows: one faces a blank wall, and two are sealed, so there is no access to fresh air. The Wi-Fi information was missing, and we had to call customer support to get the details. When we checked in, there was no water at all — not in the shower, sink, or toilet. Due to all these issues, we were forced to leave immediately. No alternative accommodation or compensation was offered, as would be expected in such cases. The property does not match its description — not recommended.

• Marlene (7/5): Good - I really loved the location and response from management personnel while setting up reservation and answering questions. Upon arrival requested they provide new sheets after sending picture to confirm spot on sheet. However, after checking the unit setup of coffee area nothing provided in one apt. 401. Im not sure room was prepare at all. Need to defrost freezers in 401 and 402, hard to get small ice tray in. Slippery floor in hallway and shower. A bath mat or slip stick strips to help prevent falling would be nice. Directions for washer /dryer in Greek only. Video just showed how to plug in, not operate dryer only in combo unit. Construction during day understandable but very loud no naps.. TV in 402 only 18 local channels in greek too.

• Rachel (7/5): A great modern apartment, great location. - The location is walkable to most attractions with many bars and restaurants nearby. It is modern and clean with many facilities and the two bathrooms was a bonus. It was very difficult to find which felt very uncomfortable and unsafe as a lone female arriving late at night. A more detailed description as to the exact location would have been helpful. The apartment itself was really clean but was at times foul smelling due to the drains which I appreciate is not the fault of the owners but did impact on our stay a little. Also we did not have any materials to clean the dishes etc.

There was a heavy odour in the bathroom.The images are misleading, although there is a terrace, we learned that there is no terrace at the last minute.Finally, they do not have any place to leave luggage.

There are two bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms. The beds were particularly comfortable After the entrance to the flats , it is too dark. An automatic light can be used instead of looking for the light switch.

We appreciated the block out blinds on the windows, lovely terrace, air conditioning, comfortable bed & fantastic sound proofing. Walking distance to public transport, shopping, Plaka & the acropolis! Good communication from the hosts too. There is limited storage in the bathroom. Washing machine was a bit tricky to find - ask ahead!

• Lior (10/5): Exceptional - Super location, close to everything. The apartment was in high quality, very new, good air condition, and also very spacious. I stayed with 4 kids and it was super comfy for all of us.
• Clara (3/5): Not comfortable and would not stay there again. - The location was good but I was put off by the lack of cleanliness and comfort. We were only staying in Athens for one night so decided to book an apartment. This apartment had not cleaned properly there was a lot of hair in the bathroom when the sliding door was closed, there was dust on the skirting boards and near the bed. The ironing board that had a hanging hook was left on the floor of the wardrobe without an ironing board cover so we weren’t able to use it. The bathroom didn’t have any area to place your toiletries. I had to put my towel on the toilet seat when I was having a shower as there was no hook near the shower to hold the towel, the only hook was at the entrance to the bathroom and if you hang your bath towel in there, then there was nowhere to place your hand towel.
• Nicky (5/5): It was in a good location, but was not suitable for 2 x couples - Location and the beds were very comfortable The bathroom door didn’t latch or lock. The bathroom door handle came off in your hand if you pulled the door closed. Not ideal when sharing the apartment with another couple. There was a kitchen area, but the bench/table only had 3 stools and you had to face the wall.

They even organized my transfer to the apartment. The communication broke down the day I arrived. The host was not getting back to me until the next day with responses. This was only a minor inconvenience.

The location, very easy to walk around Athens. The washing machine in the hallway - all other properties we have stayed in had the WM in the apartment. Also would have been good to have a hanging rack to hang our clothes to dry. No storage in the bathroom - this was a bit of a nighmare, you need more places to store things!

• Nicole (10/5): Fabulous stay in Athens… - This is my second time staying. We stayed in the larger apartment last time with family. This time we switched to a small apartment which suited our needs as as couple. The location is perfect. A quiet lane in the heart of everything that we needed. Precise photos sent by the host helps with your contact free check-in which is easy. Fantastic communication with the host as we needed information prior to arrival and he quickly responded. He’s available on WhatsApp also which helps if this is your preferred way to communicate. Comfortable bed, great shower, good Internet speed. Much appreciated balcony space to dry our clothes. Clean and exactly as pictured. Although the laneway that it is in looks dodgy as does the big wire door at night don’t be put off. Most laneways in Athens look this way. It is completely safe and secure. I would confidently recommend. Everything was great. Nothing negative to say.
