• cédric (10/5): - Location très propre et calme, une grande salle de bain confortable Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu utiliser le wifi, ni la TV. L'obscurité est suffisante pour dormir mais pour ceux comme moi qui y sont très sensibles, il n'y a pas de volet.

The host was simply amazing and very welcoming, we have never been so spoiled in a private property before! We even had some free snacks for breakfast and a foot massager! Truly a great experience, will definitely come back again! Thank you so much for everything!

• Georgi (8/5): Very good - The property was nice and big the best part to me was the bedroom when I tell you that the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever been to!!!! Best sleep ever. The bathroom was very modern and the mini treats in the living group was such a great gesture they even had bottled water ready to use if you wanted to drink which saved me going to the super market . Overall for the shot stay was very good. I did not like the moisture of the walls for me that’s a bit risky given the fact that is it dangerous to have someone living in such moisture…for a day was ok but if I was to stay longer probably I would have raised it. Another thing I would say is the heating they had ac instead of actual heating installation. It was not bad but it was hard to control the temperature so it would become scorching hot at one point and the when you would turn it would get cold and then you would be on repeat. Regardless it’s was a good stay.

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! It was spotless, cozy, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hosts had even left a few snacks for us, which was a really thoughtful touch after our journey. Traveling with a baby was made so much easier — the cot was already set up and very comfortable, which we really appreciated. The apartment was also very well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to little extras that made it feel like home. The location was great and check-in was super easy. Overall, it was a calm, comfortable, and family-friendly place that exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient stay !

However, I did encounter an issue that I feel is important to bring to the management’s attention. During my stay, I noticed several bites that were directly spotted after my visit at Athens OwlCity, making me believe bed bugs were in the room. This was concerning, as it affected my comfort and quality of rest. I understand that these issues can sometimes occur unexpectedly even in well-maintained properties, but I recommend that the management address this promptly through professional pest control and a thorough inspection of bedding and furniture.

• George (10/5): τελεια επιλογή - η εξωτερική εικόνα δεν μπορει με τιποτεε να δεξει αυτό που θα αντικρύσουμε στο εσωτερικό . Απίστευτα λειτουργικο με τεραστιους χώρους , άνεση , εκπληκτικό μπάνιο . Το νοικοκυριό των ιδιοκτητών είναι εμφανές σε κάθε σημείο και κάθε παρέμβαση . Οι λεπτομέρειες που έχουν τονιστεί δεν περνούν απαρατήρητες .

Λαϊκή αγορά το Σάββατο). Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρός και μας πρόσφεραν νερό και σνακ στο καλοσωρισμα!

• Georgios (2/5): Η εικόνα δεν ανταποκρίνεται στη πραγματικότητα - Μας άρεσαν οι χώροι αρκετά άνετο διαμέρισμα. Είχε αρκετή υγρασία. Το σπίτι είναι μονοκατοικία πάρα πολύ παλιά που έχει γίνει κάποια ανακαίνιση. Δυστυχώς αν και καλοκαίρι το σπίτι φαίνονται πολύ ταλαιπωρημένο από υγρασία . Χρειάστηκε να μείνουμε μόνο το ένα βράδυ καθώς είχαμε κρίση άσθματος.Το σαλόνι ήταν λερωμένο όπως και οι καρέκλες στην τραπεζαρία το υπόλοιπα ήταν σε γενικές γραμμές αρκετά καθαρά. Ωστόσο από την πίσω πλευρά μας προβλημάτισε αρκετά ότι δεν υπήρχε πατζουρη για να μπορούμε να το κλείσουμε για ασφάλεια. Σε επικοινωνία με το καταλύματα μας ζήτησαν συγνώμη και μας επέστρεψε μέρος του κόστους της δεύτερης διανυκτέρευσης.

• Kimberly (10/5): Athens Owl City was a wonderful stay! - We had friends that live close by, so this was the perfect space to stay for an extended time in Athens. Always quick to respond, and helpful with information about the area! Laundry access was such a nice amenity, the neighborhood- quiet and interesting. The goodies left for us were an additional bonus!

Everything was so clean and fresh, there were refreshments provided including water in the fridge and the shower was incredible. Right in the heart of a cute local neighborhood with shops, banks, restaurants and cafes nearby. The sofa bed (including an extra bed) was already made up on arrival. The host was very responsive and self check in was explained perfectly. Highly recommended. N/A

They also informed us in advance on events affecting our stay (such as a local Saturday market on the street, because of which we had to find a new parking place for our car). There was nothing I did not like, everything was excellent

From the lovely hosts who welcomed us very late in the evening (due to a delayed flight) and allowed us a late check out with our little ones, to the beautiful and very clean property and well thought out apartments with everything you might need to cook. The location was exactly what we needed and their kindness was very much appreciated (especially the milk for our little ones) and breakfast items which were such a nice surprise. We will 100% be back again next time we are in Athens. Highly highly recommended! Nothing, its perfect

• Kostas (10/5): Great place for families or individuals really, a very nice stay. - The "hotel" is great! But I would not call it a hotel, It's a small apartment, and in our case that is a lot better. We travel with two small kids so we would need 2 double rooms and both the cost and the required time and personal work required to get them sorted for sleeping would be 3fold. This, is a nice apartment, that has it all, costs less and is very conveniently made. Well done!

Can see that owner cares about every customer. For us, little negative: Parking on the streets, needs to find free spaces. The house next door is not in good condition

The owners added a very fine baby bed for us to use. All was great and soon we'll book our next stay! There's nothing to dislike in this house really. If I get very very picky, maybe the bed mattress is on the soft side for my preference, but slept well regardless!
