Δεν απαντησαν στο αιτημα.Δεν απαντουσαν τα τηλεφωνα και τα μηνυματα.Ζητησαμε βοηθεια της Booking.Ουτε στην Βooking, που προσπαθησε σε 3 διαφορετικες ημερομηνίες να επικοινωνισει μαζι τους, δεν απαντουσαν. Το τραγικο στις 30 Δεκεμβριου 2025 ΔΕΝ μας εστειλαν οδηγίες για να μπουμε στο διαμερισμα, ενώ πληρωσαμε κανονικά μέσω Booking €427.50. Φανταστητε 30 Δεκεμβριου στην Αθηνα και δεν ειχαμε διαμονη.Αναγκαστηκαμε να κλείσουμε άλλο διαμερισμα. Πληρωσαμε την διαμονή στο Syntagma sweet house 4 και αναγκαστηκά πληρωσαμε και δεύτερη διαμονή στο νεο διαμερισμα. Ειμαστε διακοπες, με υπολογισμένα τα εξοδα μας, και αναγκαστηκά πληρωσαμε δεύτερη διαμονή €581.15 (€153,65 περισότερα δηλ. 35.9%) Μας ξεγελασαν. Σημερα 19.01.25 πηραμε επιστροφή του ποσου της κρατησης €427,50 απο την Βοοking
• maria (1/5): - Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν μας άφησε να μείνουμε γιατί φτάναμε 9 η ωρα αντι 2 με 8 που ήταν το check in του.Του ειχα στείλει email,viber,τηλέφωνα χωρίς ανταπόκριση. Πριν μπουμε στο αεροπλάνο απάντησε και δεν μας αφησε να του μιλήσουμε να του πούμε οτι αφού δεν μπορούσε να μας δώσει κλειδί για το 1ο βραδυ θα πάμε την επομενη μέρα να μείνουμε. Έτσι με τις βαλίτσες ψάχναμε κατάλυμμα αφού δεν είχαμε που να μείνουμε!! Αναιδής και άξεστη συμπεριφορά!!

• KARIM (5/5): - Location ONLY - communication was the worst ever!! They are not responsive at all. Asked for towels 5 times untill i got it seconed day after 24 hours! - during checkin there was confusion about some money which i don’t understand so far even though all was paid in advance. - the number they provide for communication don’t answer and even no call back! - when you check out, they don’t have a place to store your luggage!!! Checking out at 11:00 and and holding your bags till you go to airport. - no cleaning during our 4 nights stay, and tried to call to ask for cleaning one time but no answer.

• Helen (10/5): Perfect location, nice neat, clean apartment in the heart of Athens . - We recently stayed at at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect located right on ermou which is close to all shops and and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Host/Management: The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great tips for local dining and activities. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again. Nothing

• Mahmoud (5/5): Passable - The location is in the heart of everything. It was too noisy you can hear everytbing happen in the street as it is in the first floor. Why the check in at 1400? And the check out 1100? Pillows was not good at all. Toilet seat is very high which is not comfortable. Need to fit a house for the toilet to meet the arab or muslim culture as many arabs visiting the place.
• Nabil (1/5): Worst stay ever, Avoid and save your health and money. - We only liked the location of the hotel The AC is very small and works very slowly. We were suffocating in the room. It takes several hours to start cooling. And it doesn't cool well. My family couldn't sleep at night. The owner claims that the 160 euros per night is a small amount and that we shouldn't have high expectations. This is bubllshit. If booking.com doesn't step up to close this lising, the tourism ministry should step up.

• Giulia (9/5): Superb - The house is very cosy and has everything you need. The host is very kind. The house is within walking distance from the metro syntagma. On my arrival I found hair in the shower and it was not very pleasant, but otherwise everything was clean

Very short walk from Syntagma Metro Station and close to very significant monuments of Athens .The staff was extremely helpful and very kind from the very first moment. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Athens and I for sure will be booking this apartment for my next stay.

• Walid (1/5): Don't book this property!! - They scammed us !! Crooks !!! They charged us the total amount of 5 nights ..And refused to check us in !! They were ignoring our calls and messages during their working time.. We arrived and found No one to check us in !! We had to book another hotel to spend the night and confirmed that we will check in the following day at 2pm since they already charged the full stay. We were surprised that they cancelled the whole stay and charged the whole amount!! We had to book another apartment the rest of the stay and pay again. We contacted The owner personally and he was very rude and refused to offer any solution as all he cared about is talking our money in this dishonest way. Shame on you !!! Very disapointed!!

• Lee (5/5): Passable - Location was good Our flight landed in the middle of the night, so we did a very late check in. as agreed, we called 15 minutes, before arriving, and then messaged 5 minutes before, but still, we had to wait for someone to open for us for over 15 minutes... outside the apartment, in the street, with all of our bags, with our small children at 5 am in the morning. It was such a bad experience. The room wasn't so clean, the floor was pretty dirty. The bed was awful. We could feel the mattress springs in our back. I couldn't sleep on it so I slept on the sofa bed with my son. Plus you could hear a lot of noise from the street, the windows are not soundproof.

• Garry (3/5): Tolerable for one maybe two days, no more. - Location. Kitchen was okay. Curtains blocked light well. Bed was uncomfortable. I sleep on an extra firm mattress, but the mattress there had NO give. I could not sleep right and had to constantly shift, it was like sleeping on the floor. The bed also broke three time, wooden slats too short. The TV was horrible and needed to be unplugged several times to get it to work. The table was useless since seat angle downward and you could not stay seated. Place was dirty when we arrived, and only properly cleaned once after two weeks. No microwave or toaster oven, so warm items up meant using large oven. Couch was uncomfortable. Despite being told elevator was large, it was small, and VERY busy due to rooftop cafe. Did not use balcony much since some of neighbours smoke on their balcony and the wall separating us from them was partially open; this also let in a lot of noise. Some of employees on floor smoked in hallway. I had to use pot holder for electric kettle since steam ran up handle and burnt hands. A/C was directly over bed so directly on you as you tried to sleep. Door to unit let in all noise so you could hear every conversation and noise in hallway. Internet was terrible.
• Pamella (1/5): Worst experience!!!! - Only the location although a taxi cannot take you directly there. No check in instructions provided. Called gentleman at 13:55 to ask where I check in & he told to be there at 14:00. I told him I was there waiting & he hung up on me! Apartment not clean, commode base leaked water, not informed about necessary information, the owner’s wife did not give me a total refund & she lied to Booking.com saying I didn’t show up!!! Old furniture, uncomfortable bed, soiled bed linens including the coverlet!
• Dorin (1/5): The worst place - רק את המיקום When we booked the room, it was written in the description of the apartment that there was a 1 separate bedroom ( I even shown them a screenshot for that ) something that was especially important to us and we also wrote about it to the owner of the apartment before we arrived and he did not tell us that this was not the case. In practice, it is a single, small space, especially for a family. When we asked to cancel the order we were told it was impossible and they had no way to help us. The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped, for example no pan or basic utensils. The bathroom curtain fell on my head, the sewage in the bathroom came up and there was a really bad smell. In the order it was written that there was a free shuttle from the field, in practice they do not provide a shuttle and you have to pay for it. The owner of the apartment was not nice and did not help when we needed. Those interested in working on a computer from the apartment, the internet is very weak. I've never written a review but this is really the worst place I've ever slept in my life. The only good thing about the apartment is the location and there are better apartments in this location, I recommend not to go near them.
• Bruno (10/5): Fantastic. I highly recommend you stay here. - The location and the kindness of the host. I honestly couldn't be happier. Also, you have a fantastic view of the Parthenon as you drink coffee and plenty of bars and restaurants. In all honesty, there's nothing to complain about.

A modern studio with good wifi, a washing machine, good lighting and cotton sheets. Double windows ensures quiet from Ermou Street activity Apartment was not ready for rental. Broken TV, no drying rack or clothes line, no dish towels, no cleaning or linen change, dirty windows, balcony was a storage space with 2 chairs and no table, drape was partially fallen off the rod. After check in, host ignored my emails. Sent check out information after I left for the airport. No map or other information about Athens

• Dany (9/5): Superb - Clean, modern and easily accessible Better to add a certain bedhead to the mattress. Its not comfortable to sit on the bed and lay our back on the wall. Plus the pillows are so soft, not enough on a bed without a head.

• John (10/5): A perfect base to explore Athens. A+ - The apartment is excellent, it met all my demands. It was very clean on arrival. The location is great, a 2 minute walk to Syntagma station. All necessities were present such as paper towels, dish soap, toiletries, tea & coffee. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would have no hesitation staying again, if I ever travel back to Athens. Nothing. I couldn't find a fault at all.

• Gay (10/5): Loved it and would love to go back - We found this place at the last minute after the property we had booked for several months canceled. This place was much better. It was well located and there were restaurants and markets nearby. It was close to the Hop-on-Hop-Off Bus which we used to get around. There is a roof-top bar (and restaurant I think) with a great view of the Acropolis. There is a glassed in patio which is nice. It is best to close the glass to block out street noise at night. We would definitely stay there again!! The kitchenette was well equipped. It would be nice to have a microwave. It was great to have a washer. Since dryers are not common in Europe, a clothes rack for drying would be nice.
• Mariana (10/5): Most amazing apartment with Rooftop Bar Ermou18 - Everything was wow, after i arrived home i was like this ...just 3 days ??? Next time we will come a week because you are staying in hearth off center....after you go out from the building you are in the sintagma street and life begins ♥️ Room is Soo big and very modern- has everything you need, like an hotel apartament, bath amazing and very practical, with big balcony ( when we arrived in the apartment in nights we stayed and listened live music). 10 minutes from Acropolis, and we walk every day 10 hours for visiting around, amazing place. Most and most and most important : the building has a Rooftop bar Ermou 18 which is the best location for going night out and you can go with elevator. We learned about it in last night :(( is an amazing place with narghilea, quality music acompaniate ♥️ delicious breakfast and prices are very good. İn conclusion we had a spectaculos vacation here 🥰

• Manijh (9/5): Great flat in great location. - Great flat. Clean, sunny, warm, comfortable bed with basic kitchen facilities. Great location with easy access. Also the owner/manager responded very quick. The only downside was the noise from outside which is not their fault. There is a restaurant downstairs and one on the roof and the road outside is also very busy till past midnight. I guess this is the problem in city centre especially around Ermou.
