• Anna (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments! The location is great - very close to the beach and a lovely long promenade, which made everything very convenient, especially with children. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated how family-friendly it was. The kids were absolutely happy with the little toy cars on the large terrace/balcony and spent a lot of time riding them around while we could relax or enjoy meals outside 😊 Everything was quite clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The terrace was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer and were sad to spend only one night there. The hosts were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place, especially for families with children!

• Vladěna (9/5): - Excellent location near the sea and tram stop (direction center). Nearby are shops, restaurant and cafe. The apartment is spacious, the terrace was great (entrance from each room). Excellent communication with the owner. We were satisfied here. We would like the bathroom to be more modern.
• Elisa (9/5): Mobilità Erasmus+ ad Atene - L'appartamento è enorme. Ci sono 2 camere, una matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli. Un bagno grande con vasca da bagno e uno più piccolo. La cucina è comoda e l'abbiamo usata spesso per cucinare in casa. Frigorifero, forno, piastra ad induzione, bollitore e macchina del caffè perfettamente funzionanti. Dalla cucina è possibile uscire ed entrare in quanto collegata alla scala d'emergenza. L'ingresso principale è situato al primo piano raggiungibile dalla scalinata che porta al portone d'ingresso e c'è un balcone enorme che fa il giro completo dell'appartamento. La sala da pranzo è composta da 2 vani collegati, da un lato un salotto e dall'altro un bel tavolo grande e un divano letto. L'appartamento è vicino alla fermata del tram n.6 che porta direttamente in piazza Syntagma da cui è possibile muoversi a piedi o prendere mezzi pubblici per qualsiasi zona di Atene. In zona ci sono inoltre diverse fermate dell'autobus, inclusa quella del X96 che porta all'aeroporto. Gli autobus turistici tipo Big Bus o Hop On hop Off passano lungo mare a circa 500 MT, di fronte all'hotel Poseidon. A poche centinaia di metri c'è un supermercato, una farmacia e diversi bar e ristoranti. La spiaggia è a circa 450 MT dall'appartamento. È possibile acquistare biglietti validi per tutti i mezzi pubblici alle fermate del tram. Una corsa singola costa 1.20 e vale 90 minuti. Un biglietto turistico di 5 giorni costa 8.40. È possibile pagare la singola corsa anche con bancomat direttamente sui mezzi senza acquistare il biglietto.

• Barbara (8/5): Családdal nyaraltunk , kényelmesen elfértünk , sétatávra volt a tenger , és jó a környék. - Nagyon jó helyen van a lakás , villamos és tenger is közel van !Tágas terasz. Konyha felszereltsége kicsit lehetne bővebb , fürdőszobára ráférne a felújítás.
• Jan (7/5): Spacious appartment, bit dated - The appartment has loads of space and is situated close to the marina and beach. Some maintenance needed here and there in the appartment.

The bathooms are very old and not in a very good condition. The entrance and surrounding areas of the building are not clean or in a good shape. The terrase was not entirely cleaned.
• Taline (9/5): Great location in Palio Faliro - Great location, comfortable rooms, AC in each bedroom and living room, and beautiful large French doors/windows. Close to supermarkets and Edem Beach. The master bathroom was a bit dark with minimal lighting in the evenings.
• Lauren (10/5): If you’re not staying here when visiting Athens, you’re missing out! - Absolutely amazing property - very spacious, clean, and nice. Air conditioned in each area with shutters that keep the place beyond comfortable in the Athens heat. The area of the apartment feels safe. It is very easy to access the sites of Athens via the tram that is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment - you only have to take one tram in and out of the Monastiraki and Acropolis areas. There’s a local market right around the corner that is very convenient and a few small eating places nearby which were very good. It is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The host is amazing and communicates very well and quickly replies. I could not have asked for a better place to stay with my family in Athens. Nothing :)
• Agneta (5/5): Not so valuable for the price. - Near the bus to the AirPort. Nice livingroom and diningroom. The kitchen was also good as well as the air condition. In the bedroom where I slept I could feel the metal spirals in the bed and didn’t have a good sleep. The toilet was unable to flush since the flushing tap got stucked. Luckily for us it was a toilet in the bathroom.

• Niniam (9/5): A house where you feel at home - The apartment is located near the beach. It is in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment is equipped with all necessary equipment. It is clean and tidy. It also has a large terrace where you can have a nice dinner in the evening. To get to the center you can use a bus or a tram. At first there was a problem with hot water, which was soon resolved.

Location is good close to beach but the exterior of the property is a dump and too many doors - Location near the beach and spacious Exterior of the property is a dump and 3 doors to enter the room is super complex and a big hassle. Keys were a bit confusing. Also our tap on the kitchen was broken

It is a nice place to relax as it is quiet, has a huge balcony and good quality sofas and beds. Also a very big smart tv, with Netflix and Disney plus. the host was very polite and helpful. • Milic (3/5): The price was high for the apartments quality and no owners reaction to solve problem with bathroom. - Spacious rooms and balkony Location in Paleo Faliro is good. No private parking.Building looks abandoned, with bad smell at the entrance. Rooms are ok, old beds. Only one bathroom, with no toalet seat at all, and not properly clean. Second one is not a bathroom but toalet. Large tv but no tv chanells at all, only netflix. Large nice balcony. Area arround the building should be cleaned better.
