• IOANNIS (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία ειναι φανταστική γιατί είσαι λίγα βήματα από το Μετρό οπότε έχεις πρόσβαση σχεδόν παντού γρήγορα! Θα το επιλέξω πάλι σίγουρα σε κάποια επόμενη διαμονή στην Αθήνα. Δε φταίει ο οικοδεσπότης για αυτό, απλά γίνονται έργα σε διπλανό διαμέρισμα με συνέπεια να μην κοιμηθω... 8 το πρωι είχα τρυπάνια στα αυτιά μου!

• Basharat (10/5): Over all very nice - Neat and clean Little noice. Some body disturb us by knocking the door at midnight and very early mornings
• Rachael (5/5): - Pros: on the edge of the old town, Plaka and the Acropolis museum area with plenty of eateries. Exceptionally clean. There was an advertised balcony but it was right over 4 huge garbage containers. It was loud and the bed was uncomfortable. The Internet didn't work till the company fixed it and the door handle that kept falling off mid-stay. The bathroom flush mechanism had a broken button although one worked. It was dark.Thrre is no microwave but there is a washing machine...no dryer.

• Petra (7/5): Great one night stay close to Acropolis - The apartment was exceptionally clean. Communication with the owners was very good & they were very accommodating of changes to our plans. Online check-in instructions were clear & easy to follow, as we were 3 females arriving at 4am!! The bathroom was a good size & the shower was very good. The apartment was very close to the Acropolis (7 mins walk), which was perfect for us. The sofa bed was made up for us on arrival, which was appreciated. But it wasn't very comfortable. The pillows could do with replacing.

• Maria (1/5): Worst experience ever - Our stay started with annoying disturbances on the first night , including doorbell rings at 11pm.. However, the situation dramatically escalated on the second night. From 9 PM to 1 AM, we endured continuous, terrifying noise from a neighboring unit, including prolonged yelling and loud banging/moving of heavy furniture. This made us feel extremely unsafe and prevented any sleep. We immediately reported this severe issue to the property management via Booking.com at 00:17 , while the noise was still ongoing. Despite our urgent notification, they offered no resolution and later refused any responsibility, denying our refund request even after Booking.com intervened. The conditions became so unbearable and frightening that we were forced to leave the apartment at 1 AM in the middle of the night and find another hotel, incurring significant unexpected costs. This property failed to provide a safe, quiet, or peaceful environment. Avoid if you value your safety and ability to sleep.
• Carolyn (10/5): It was like I was in my own home. - The apt was thoroughly cleaned and ready for my stay. The amenities were as promised and clean including kitchen, sofa and chairs, washing machine and bathroom areas. For cooking there are plenty of suitable pots and dishes. The location is prime and walking distance of two short blocks to red line metro. There is a hotel across the street where cabs and breakfast is available as well. It is located on a interior street so outside noise does occur from traffic, pedestrians and service people but it is tolerable and to be expected. The apt is on the first floor but inside lobby has some steps before the elevator, but they are manageable. For this reason, accessibilty might be an issue for some.

• Arnold (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location practically at the foot of Phillopappos and Acropolis hills. Good neighbourhood with shops and restaurants. Apartment very clean and well equipped (the only thing we missed was a cutting board and a toaster, but it was not an issue as there is nice bakery ....with no board to slice bread). Air conditioning worked fine in 40 degree heat. First of all - very friendly and helpful staff in their office a few minutes away. We are very grateful for an opportunity to leave our luggage in their office after checkout. When I visit Athens again I will certainly chose one of their apartments.
• Coman (9/5): Good - The apartament is very well located, clean and it has everything you need for a short stay, including hair dryer, iron, washing machine and detergent. We found parking space across the street which was also really good. We had some trouble with hot water, the first 5 minutes after taking a shower, the water starts being colder and colder until you can’t use it anymore. Also, the apartments it’s located near the city center, so it’s very noisy, especially by night. I also didn’t enjoy seeing trash bins from the window and people from the hotel down the street, keep slamming and throwing things in the bin, they were making constant noise.
• Mercedes (10/5): I liked everything about this place. - I liked everything about this place, it was very easy to self check-in. I like the privacy I had during my stay there. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay in Athens. The location is excellent, 3 min. walk from Sygrow-fix metro station, less than 10 minutes walk to Acropolis, there are restaurants around and the area is safe to walk around the apartment at any time.
• Tamara (9/5): Superb - Great location, clean and comfortable. It was helpful to have a washing machine with detergent available. Hot water was not working well for some of time that we were there. It was luke-warm but not hot. Luckily the weather was warm so we managed ok without fully hot water.
• Hjermstad (10/5): Practical and nice - We needed some help and felt insecure ( + 80), the company gave a very good impression on the phone and even came to help us on our arrival. We felt very secure with them View to garbage cans!
• Igor (10/5): Great stay in Athens - The apartment was really great. The keys were easily accessible even arriving late. The rooms were spacious, all amenities there. During the heatwave the AC in both rooms is a much needed bonus. There was nothing that we didn't like.

• Tobif (9/5): Perfect place for a city-trip to Athens. - Great location: quiet, but still very near the main tourist destinations and local transport. The operator company reacted promptly to my request about a second pair of keys and to fix some small technical discrepancies. The arrival information I received beforehand explained everything I needed to know. Although there is a lift in the building, one has to first walk half a level by feet. We noted this since my wife has a problem with her knee right now. At our visit, there was no microwave oven in the kitchen. No problem for us, but may be worth noting.
• Ieva (9/5): Great stay - Perfect location, close to Acropolis, metro and great restaurants! The apartment has everything you’d need starting from kitchenware to hairdryer, and we even saw there was ironing board etc. Super comfy bed and soft sheets.
• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The flat was very spacious for 2 people and very very clean. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around the centre and to all the main tourist and archaeological sites (less than 5 mins walk to the bottom of the acropolis paths and museum). The road it’s on is just off a main street and there aren’t any late night restaurants / bars on the street either so it’s not too loud at night. Shutters were great to block out all light and the balcony was a good size with table and chairs and isn’t really overlooked. The door double locks and the street and building feel safe. Check in was very easy and the host was very fast to reply and easy to contact, we also left some luggage at the office down the road during our last afternoon. The Wifi is fast and easy to connect to. The amenities were amazing: lots of plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans, cleaning products, washing up liquid, coffee machine with pods, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack on the balcony, lots of towels and bedding, shower soap, washing machine (which we didn’t use as we only stayed a few nights). There was a good amount of storage space for 2 people but needed more hangers ! This place is perfect for long and short stays. Completely out of the hosts control but the only downside is the neighbor who has their TV on full volume all day until late at night and then shouts on the phone at 3am (you can’t hear it from the bedroom but from the sofa bed in the lounge it’s very loud - bring headphones or earplugs if you’ve got people sleeping on the sofa bed !). I knew about this loud neighbor from previous reviews and it wouldn’t stop me staying here again !
